Un restaurante de comida saludable, con una gran variedad de opciones para poder hacer una comida sana, y con buenos ingredientes. Sorprende la propuesta y es un sitio muy visitado. Si puedes reservar mejor, suele tener alta ocupación.

It was so good we came in twice and both times Carlos waited our table. Not only was the food incredibly good, the menu is very refreshing, loads of stuff I‘ve never seen anywhere else before. Flex & Kale has become one of my favorite spots to eat in the city. The menu offers a great variety of balanced and flavorful dishes, with options for different dietary preferences. The food is always fresh, tasty, and beautifully presented. The atmosphere is calm and inviting, and the staff is friendly and attentive. The outdoor terrace is a highlight — perfect for sunny days to relax, enjoy a matcha latte, and have a nice conversation with friends. A place I happily return to again and again.

As a pescovegetarian, I absolutely loved the menu — it was almost impossible to choose because so many dishes sounded delicious. I had the falafel, and it was super tasty. The restaurant itself is very stylish in a relaxed, easy way, and the overall atmosphere is great. A place I’d happily come back to.

I didn’t eat any food, just passed by for a coffee and realized they have a roof top sitting area which do recommend go site at the top. Coffee was amazing that I ordered another just because why no, that’s why I rated the food as 5 star, other then that the atmosphere is calm, relaxing and cozy.

The food here is fantastic. It’s light, healthy and satisfying. I had the mango avocado tartar with a tuna taco and my partner had the Korean bibimbap. We both had a carrot juice mixture called “forever young”. I highly recommend a visit to Flax & Kale.

Flax & Kale is hands down our favorite spot for vegan food in Barcelona. We ordered all vegan options and every dish blew us away. The nachos were loaded with flavor, the veggie tartare was fresh and creative, and the flatbread was hearty and perfectly seasoned. And the desserts absolutely to die for. Beautifully made, indulgent without being heavy, and the perfect way to end the meal. The atmosphere is modern and lively, the service is friendly, and the food is next-level. If you’re vegan (or even if you’re not), this place is a must-visit. Easily our favorite dining experience in the city!

Flax & Kale – Barcelona We recently visited Flax & Kale and was drawn to a vibrant brunch offering. The crunchy tuna taco was a standout—crisp, flavorful, with perfectly marinated yellow-fin tuna and creamy avocado. I also enjoyed a refreshing gazpacho, which paired nicely with a matcha-flavored treat that added a delightful, healthful touch. The café’s famous salad format was the real highlight: imagine a nutrient-packed base (like their Parmesan Kale or easy kale‑AND‑greens mix), elevated with your choice of proteins. I paired it with their Wild Alaskan salmon cubes—for a satisfying, fresh, and flavor-rich salad. Add in the lush, light-filled interior with greenery and a welcoming, modern industrial design, and you’ve got a restaurant that feels both energizing and comfortable. They have a wide variety of menu and this was my second visit having been first in 2020 and again in 2025. Both times the food was amazing and would visit on return to Barcelona again.

very beautiful and cool place with a cute terrace on the second floor - sat in the sun and had the smash burger and the pastrami focaccia (both vegan and really tasty). They have a wide selection of different dishes and a lot of vegan options. Will definitely come back!

Lovely lovely atmosphere. It reminded me of a Californian brunch place. So many food selections all the way from Korean bowls to burgers and tacos and immunity shots. The prices are surprisingly reasonable given how much goes into the dish all the way from the way it is sourced to how it is presented. The smoothies are unique and are a must try. Service size is respectable. If it’s a nice, sunny day make sure to get a table on the terrace.

Absolutely incredible. Perfect for DATES, but good for all kind of events. FOOD: out of this world! I love meat, but I’d easily be a vegetarian if I had the chance to eat this everyday. It tastes better than meat! ATMOSPHERE: Honestly, an astonishing atmosphere. I was sitting at the balcony and it was ♾️/10. A lot of green and the use of robots to clean the little garden is just incredible. Also everything is good for the environment! It’s like a restaurant from the FUTURE.

Really good food, beyond expectations for a “modern” brunch place. We shared everything, it was great. Sweets were a bit much, but I guess that was the point. They are short-staffed so things were quite slow - staff was very helpful, though, and they remembered everything. It’s in a nice building, and they grow veggies and herbs (apparently in collaboration with an organization, see the pictures). Definitely nice

Everything about this place is just incredible. The style is instagrammable, the spaces are aesthetically impeccable. The food is world class. They designed a very complete and characteristic menu and execute it deliciously without fail. We’ve come here for years, and we already have favorite dishes. In fact the ones we recommend are Tacos del Pastor, Pad Thai and Crunchy Tacos. These are stellar. The rooms upstairs are very stylish and the airflow makes for a very pleasant experience either when dining outside or inside. Finally, the staff is always very kind and polite. The service is fast and precise. We strongly recommend this restaurant as it’s our absolute favorite in all of Barcelona.

En la segunda planta hay una terraza que es muy visitada. 🎶 Hilo musical con un buen play list de música chill out, el volumen correcto, aunque a veces podría estar un 10% más bajo, depende de la canción de turno. 🥗 No siempre apetece comer lo tradicional, así que si quieres una opción con alimentos de fácil digestión y buenos sabores, aquí puede ser tu lugar: 🌮 Los nachos estaban muy buenos 🫘 El hummus rico y fácil de comer 🍣 El salmón estaba bueno, aunque podría ser mayor la porción de pescado 🐟La lubina con trigo, muy rica de sabor, pero la porción pequeña. ✨Buena experiencia, y buenos sabores. Repetiremos.

El local es muy bonito, mesas espaciosas... Tiene una terraza perfecta. La carta está muy bien, diversa y productos de calidad, precio correcto. Buen ambiente. Los profesionales muy simpáticos, como mejora, estuvimos bastante tiempo esperando los postres. Fuimos en diciembre y hacia bastante frío en el local , en la parte de abajo,según el camarero porque la puerta continuamente se abría y entraba frío y aire.

Hemos comido 7 personas en la sala de la planta de arriba a la derecha, muy buena la comida, y el servicio muy atento. Para los niños es accesible por tema de cochecito, nos has dado hojas y colorines para pintar. Y aunque la planta de arriba parece que no hay aire acondicionado, en nuestra dala si.

Phenomenal tuna carpaccio! Flavourful but delicate! Pasta was okay and the sauce was a bit hot which some people like but they should mention it in the menu. Service is efficient, quick and polite. Place and atmosphere are very nice and enjoyable.

Great plant based health food conscious restaurant serving up protein/salad bowls, sandwiches and other dishes with natural ingredients. Reasonably priced and quick service. I ordered the Hawaiian poke bowl. Great flavors, fish wasn’t the greatest but other parts of the bowl were great. Friendly staff.

The place has a beautiful interior with a great atmosphere. I really like the concept of the healthy options that are very tasty. However, for the price we paid, the portion sizes were quite small and because there was no protein, the dishes aren't considering the macronutrients and leaves you a little unsatisfied.

Local amplio y decorado con estilo. Platos veganos y vegetarianos. Íbamos un grupo de amigas, servicio rápido y amable, pero los platos simplemente un suficiente. La hamburguesa con pan de carbón sabía a quemado (desconozco si es lo normal, pero no me gustó), acompañada de boniato delicioso. Los nachos normalitos, la pasta bien. En general, por la cantidad de las raciones y el precio y teniendo en cuenta que no soy vegetariana, no repetiría.

Es un lugar muy lindo. Vale la pena ir a conocerlo, tiene 2 pisos y una terraza que vale la pena. Pero la comida deja mucho que desear, no es la primera vez que estoy allí, pero la comida le falta sabor, le falta gusto, nunca sales pensando “que bien he comido” es una comida que pasa desapercibida por tu paladar. La atención está bien, y el sitio, repito está lindo y aceptan grupos grandes. Lo recomendaría para ir a tomar un café, a tomar un zumo, quizás “picar algo” pero no pensar en ir a comer algo delicioso, por que no es el lugar, y estoy seguro que en Barcelona encontrarás muchos lugares más. En cuanto a reservar y grupos grandes, es perfecto.

Rancid smoothie + staff insisted it was “fine” — very disappointing I’ve been coming to this restaurant for a long time and have ordered every single one of their smoothies many times. I know them well. This visit was shocking. I ordered the Clarity smoothie, which is normally very sweet (coffee, maple syrup, sugar). I took one sip and it was rancid — sour, fermented, chunky, and honestly revolting. I nearly threw up at the table. I told the waitress, who took it back. I then watched the bar staff taste only the top layer, which is a chocolate layer, and bring it back, telling me it was “fine.” I explained again that I’ve had this smoothie many times and this is absolutely not how it’s supposed to taste. They took it back a second time and once again insisted that this is “how it’s supposed to be.” It wasn’t. No one could drink that. It tasted like expired milk products. What’s most upsetting isn’t just the rotten smoothie — it’s that staff argued with the customer instead of taking a serious food safety concern seriously. I ended up still ordering food but couldn’t finish it because the taste stayed in my mouth and my stomach hurt so badly that I had to leave mid-meal. I’m extremely disappointed. When a customer who knows the product says something is off — especially to the point of almost vomiting — that should be taken seriously, not dismissed. This was very poor service and honestly concerning. Update: Update: On my way out, I spoke with the manager, Paula, who was incredibly professional, kind, concerned, and took this very seriously. She comped my entire meal, which was extremely generous, and assured me she would speak to the staff and personally check all the smoothie ingredients. I do want to add that I come to Flax & Kale often because the food and smoothies are usually very good. This felt like a one-off experience. I do hope this is taken into account for the future, and I will still go back.

The lady at the door not welcoming at all - as nice is the place as ugly was her treatment and attitude. and I had just said good morning and asked if the terrace is open. If I hadn t decided I wanted exactly to come here to eat I would ve definitely walked away. The place is beautiful and the waiter upstairs was really nice. Food is good and the terrace upstair is wonderful. Manners for the lady though - zero.

esta valoración es un toque de atención en varios aspectos: 1- es la segunda ocasión que reservo y que me esfuerzo en que nos pongan en una mesa que tiene un bonito recuerdo para mi pareja y para mi, en esta ocasión puse comentario en el tenedor y también envié correo a la dirección de correo que tienen en el pie de página de su web corporativa. No recibí ninguna respuesta y no tuvieron en cuenta mi comentario a pesar de haber hecho la gestión con más de una semana de tiempo 2- Al acabar nos han ofrecido más agua y hemos aceptado, pero después la hemos visto sumada en la cuenta, a pesar de ser osmotizada. Creemos que es un detalle bastante pícaro en beneficio de la facturación, tanto el ofrecimiento como el hecho de cobrar por agua osmotizada, esto sale más a cuenta que hasta el café. A parte de eso el personal es muy atento y han sido muy agradables, y la comida es muy buena, el pastel de chocolate, excelente.

Llegué sobre las 6:30 Pedí la carta me senté y pasaron más de 20 min sin que alguien se acercara a preguntar si quería algo, llamé a la chica que estaba en la barra que se llama María y pedí mi cena, lo cual nunca llegó, según María que era la persona que me atendió no entendió que yo pedí para cenar un plato, pasaron más de 40 minutos y ella se mostró algo de mal humor por que según ella yo no pedí mi comida. Es un lugar hermoso pero la atención es 0 para mi, no tienen servicio al cliente, por más lindo que sea el lugar la atención es pésima y de mal gusto que ella se justificara diciendo que no entendió que yo le pedí comida, tenía tiempo limitado para cenar y no pude. Aún así no recibí una disculpa ni nada por el estilo, ella se ha dado la vuelta y no me ha dado siquiera una disculpa. Pésimo lugar, por otro lado sin pedir la cuenta ya me la estaban poniendo sobre la mesa.
