Fuimos a este restaurante por casualidad y realmente me sorprendió la calidad de la carne y del vino. Realmente uno de los mejores restaurantes de Poble Nou, ambiente romántico, servicio amable, atento y comida casera y bien hecha! Recomiendo las empanadas, mollejas y la pasta que la hacen a mano hasta la masa!! Sin duda alguna volveremos pronto!! Hacia tiempo que no comía mejor que en mi casa;!

Fuimos a comer hoy a mediodía, nos encantó, el ambiente genial, nos sentimos MUY a gusto todo el tiempo, nos atendieron Stefy y Astrid, con una calidez destacable y una sonrisa en todo momento. Comimos exquisito, seguro volveremos!!!

what s wonderful meal. reservation recommended, it's a small place. I didn't have a reservation but they accommodated me anyway. The staff was unbelievable, smiles, friendly and like I said, accommodating. didn't have the wine I selected but the one she recommended was unbelievably good. not that I've ever had a bad burrata salad, but oh my God it was yummy. then there was meat. the steak was cooked perfectly. served traditional Argentinian style with the salt on the side and some delicious chimichurri for a spicy bite here and there. I ended with tiramisu, which was a good call. Next visit to Barcelona, I have a new favorite steak restaurant.

The steak here was tasty and cooked just right based on what we asked for (so there were no surprises, i.e., medium came out as medium, etc.). I was also pleasantly surprised by the prices — they’re quite reasonable for the quality, so you really get good value for your money. You can choose to sit indoors or outdoors, which is great depending on the mood or weather. The staff were friendly, attentive, and responsive without being intrusive, which made the experience even better. All in all, I’d definitely recommend this place and would happily eat here again!

My fav Argentinian resto at Poble Nou. I usually order the Milanesa Napolitana but every of their meats are just delicious if you’re really hungry then get a parrillada 👌🏽✨ also the desserts and the wines are top nocht. Highly recommended! A must visit if you’re around the area cause even after all it’s not a expensive place ✨

This is a must go in Barcelona, wines and meat are amazing, I go with the high cut. I think that’s how the lady call it out, as advise please call prior to do a reservation, this is a small and such a good restaurant that will be impossible for you to get a table, highly recommended!

Beautiful food, my family ordered steaks, and I had the beetroot pasta, which was divine. The staff that helped us couldn't speak much English but still communicated super well. Very good prices for great quality food. Definitely recommend giving this place a try!

One of the best meals (if not the best!) we’ve had in Barcelona. Low-key atmosphere, and the service is friendly but a tad slow. However the food more than makes up for it! We had the croquette mix, ham & cheese empanada, and stuffed provoleta for tapas; the provoleta was to die for! For an entree we split the chicken pamplona, and it was one of the most delicious things I’ve ever put into my mouth! The tiramisu dessert was the perfect ending to an incredible meal.

Steak was a bit rarer than my partner asked (medium rare and got rare) but was still phenomenal food. The potato was cooked to perfection, the sauce was incredible. Wine was smooth, paired the meal perfectly.

We decided to come to this local restaurant due to the reviews I saw on here. This is a small restaurant and we manage to get a table even though we did not have a reservation. We ordered the croquettes and burrata. The croquettes were nicely crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The burrata was fresh and came with tomato, olives, and some arugula. For the main dishes we both had steak. I went with the sirloin and my friend went with the skirt steak. Both were cooked perfectly and tender. The servers spoke English which greatly helped with the wonderful experience we had for dinner. The meal was decently priced.

Tasty Argentinian, good price/quality ratio, big portions (look at the milanesa ! ) & very nice and friendly staff. They know what they are doing with their meat, everything is absolutely delicious. I loved both entraña, chori pan, empanadas - todo! La Tavernica is a little gem of poblenou, always full; so better call them and book a table. Dale!

Me sorprendió gratamente la carne. Buena calidad y bien hecha. Pedimos unos primeros al centro y los segundos también los compartimos porque eran abundantes. Al final, no sale caro ni se desperdicia la comida.

Llegamos sin reserva porque no logramos que respondieran al teléfono y tuvimos que esperar 15 minutos para que nos sentaran. La camarera fue muy amable y nos ubicó en la terraza. Pedimos Lomo Alto de Angus y Entraña Nacional de Ávila, acompañados de papas, ya que la carne viene con una sola papa pequeña con salsa. Las porciones de carne, de aproximadamente 200-250 gramos, nos parecieron adecuadas, y el lomo alto estaba especialmente sabroso. Terminamos con una cheesecake como postre. Ir al baño es toda una pequeña aventura, ya que tienes que pasar detrás de la barra y el personal debe levantarla para que puedas entrar.

Restante pequeñito pero acogedor. Recomiendo reservar antes porque siempre se llena.La comida estupenda. Ninguna pega a esto. La experiencia hubiera sido excelente de no ser por el trato inicial de una de las camareras que ni bien entrar nosotros con una sonrisa lo primero que hizo fue decir que teníamos que dejar la mesa antes de las 3 ( cosa que es comprensible porque siempre está lleno y como dije es pequeño). Pero yo también he trabajado de cara al publico ( de camarera precisamente)y esas cosas se pueden decir de una manera más cordial y amable . A pesar de ser mi cumpleaños pase por alto su trato..pero a mí familia si le incomodó bastante. Felizmente creo que se dio cuenta de la antipatía que generó y nos atendió Pazma, un encanto de mujer y muy correcta✨. Definitivamente vuelvo porque la comida es espectacular y pasando por alto este primer encuentro con la primera camarera. Todo fue de lujo. Lo recomiendo!

The meat was out of this world. Perfectly seasonned and grilled. They know whar they’re doing with meat and wine. But... you're looking at a 30€ piece of meat and 1 potato. Sorry, that’s way overpriced. All the sides and the bread have to be added and I know it's common practice in Barcelona but still, I don’t want to think about the margin they’re making (a 300g of meat at 30€?).

After adding coarse sea salt it was fixed 👌🏻 The chimichurri was great (also missing a tad bit of 🧂) and all of the little starter plates we ordered were good 👍🏻 If you're looking for a good place to eat, this is it! Pedimos la parrillada de carne argentina, llegó muy fría y teníamos que pedir que calentarla otra vez. Pero ya no era igual. Lo mismo pasó a la mesa al lado. Pedimos empanadas para entrantes que llegó con la carne, y también olvidaron traer agua… Pero lo peor era la cuenta que después de todo eso, nos habían puesto dos porciones de parrillada, aunque que habíamos pedido uno para compartir y decían que va así (no decir nada en la carta) y la carne que nos trajeron era poco y se veía de una porción. Aunque eran majos pero no es para volver. La calidad de comida normal y la experiencia no valía 100€!!

Fui a comer con la familia seleccione un plato de trescientos grms. Y no llegó a 80 , eso sí estaba buenísimo ofrecieron un descuentoo servir otro plato, pero no deberían hacer pasar al cliente por eso, de resto excelente

Estuvo bien pero no como otras veces, la carne llegó fría, y el chorizo en la parrillada me pareció poco para lo que cuesta, un chorizo cortado por la mitad para dos personas; también el cheesecake fue de todo menos eso, tenía gusto a yogurt griego con mermelada de arándanos, estuvo bien pero no es lo que tiene que ser. Igual el servicio bien, muy amables.

empanadas are amazing, but that's about it. beef is good, not extraordinary but pretty good. Staff was rude and not very helpful when asking for food details. they took veeery long to serve. we arrived at 13 o'clock as soon as they opened and we got out meal at 13.50. we came on a Friday for lunch. cute place tho, good to visit

The service was good, and my food came rather quickly. However, I requested that my steak be cooked medium, and it was served incredibly rare (inside looked completely raw) and was full of gristle which made it difficult to cut and chew. It didn't have much flavor either. Lots of other places in Barcelona offer more and better food for less. However, they did offer to correct things, which I did appreciate.

El sitio es pequeño y muy bonito, pero no encontré nada especialmente rico y además a más de 25 por cabeza. Mi entraña tenía un regusto raro, el típico para conservar la carne más días. Las empanadas no eran nada del otro mundo y la milanesa no vale la pena. A pesar de que el local estaba bastante vacío, las chicas no eran muy amables.

Nos sentimos engañados, pedimos cuatro parrilladas que precisamente el precio por persona es caro de 25€ a 30€, y nos quedamos parados al ver las cantidades eran realmente para dos personas no para cuatro y no somos personas de comer grandes cantidades. Otra persona pidió entraña, y lo mismo una entraña muy fina, y poca cantidad, nada que ver con las fotos que se publican. Así que claramente no volveremos y menos recomendarlo.
