Local siciliano en el que encontrarás tapas muy, muy buenas como las patatas bravas hojaldras con las salsas 100% caseras, la tabla de quesos, muy top y el taco de carrillera que estaba hiper bueno, de plato hemos hecho los rigatonis con pesto de pistacho y un tiramisú de pistacho que sinceramente uno de los mejores postres que he probado! Lo recomiendo, volveré pronto!

Recomiendo ir en grupo para probar varios platos porque me pareció todo riquisimo! El ambiente es un poco ruidoso porque está lleno de turistas (como casi toda la zona de alrededor), para ir en grupo está bien, creo que no en pareja. El rissotto nos pareció espectacular (y eso que no es de mis platos favoritos). El canelón de pato, el vitteltone y el Tiramisú también buenísimos. Nos quedamos con las ganas de probar los espaguetis porque vimos prepararlos en el parmesano fundido con soplete y la pinta era tremenda

La verdad que pese a estar donde esta, y que puede caer en el postureo, está muy bien decorado y aunque los platos que cocinan no son novedosos con una mezcla entre cocina italiana y catalana, están modernizados y el resultado es excelente. A recomendar el canelón de pato, muy relleno, muy rico, los carbonara bien ejecutados y el tiramisú aunque sea caro, es exquisito.

Si te gustan los platos con auténtico sabor, no dudes en ir. Además si tienes la suerte de que te atiende Julia, comprobarás lo que es una profesional que le pone amor a su trabajo Volveremos sin dudarlo !! P.D. Hay que probar el coulant de Avellana, como diría aquel de Ubrique... en dos palabras, IM PRESIONANTE !!

We chanced upon this lovely place while looking for our 2nd dinner. The food was awesome and service was gd too! The grilled octopus caught us by surprise with the umami taste! We did not order many dishes however every single one was amazing. I also recommend the spaghetti with the galician crab 🦀 😋 The pistachio tiramisu ended the meal very well. 😋 highly recommend to visit this place.

We’re so grateful we were able to get in and make reservations as a suggestion. Every bite was an experience Every bite was an experience. You don’t find that often with such thoughtful ingredients and flavors. We got very lucky the place was full and booming. Their wine menu is unlike anything I’ve ever seen if you’re unsure just go! You won’t regret it you Yogesh was the best if you are able to ask for a server he took such great good care of us.

This was the first restaurant we ended up trying on our first night in Barcelona and it was one of the best choices we could have made! Each tapas had a unique twist and full of flavour. The portion sizes allowed us to explore different dishes from seafood to meat options. The service was imacculate. The staff struck the perfect balance between being attentive and giving us space, and they clearly knew the menu inside and out and gave us their recommendations on which dishes we should definitely try. Their genuine excitement about the food elevated the entire experience and made the meal feel truly memorable. There was also a great presentation and experience on the presentation of certain tapas which added an extra note to the whole dining experience. Overall, we had a great dining experience both flavour-wise and service-wise. We would definitely recommend this place as we’ve seen many locals dining at this tapas bar and the atmosphere was excellent. It would be best to make a reservation as it can be fully booked at times.

I’m not sure my first review got posted. After two weeks in Andalusia having experienced some excellent restaurants,Tapas 2254 exceed all of these . Having been here for 14 months ago and living in Canada ,the effort to come here again was well rewarded once again. The creativity and flavours were exceptional on an international scale.

OMG OMG! We enjoyed several delicious specialties. The artichoke was cooked perfectly…delicious. The crabmeat pasta dish reminded me of my mother’s crab sauce with spaghetti, the Octopus was crispy delicious & was surrounded with a mustard curry sauce, so tasty. Just when we thought it couldn’t get any better our dessert pistachio Tiramisu was so good that I told our waitress that every other Tiramisu should be ashamed. This was a fantastic restaurant find. There were only a few tables outside and we were a group of 8 including 2 children. Service was good and food was excellent although the waitress pushed us to order more food than we wanted. Anyhow, they were delicious especially the cochinillo - which was a small portion of a suckling pig that was very tender. The tapas was nicely presented and was a feast for the eyes. Highly recommended!

The best steak tartare I've had anywhere. Serving it on the mint leaf (I'm not sure what kind of mint) is genius and really are a fresh note to the rich bite. This was the only restaurant we ate at more than once in Barcelona because the food, service, and cozy atmosphere were absolute perfection for us. As a huge bonus, they also take reservations. I can't say enough as well how amazing the service is. They are so kind, helpful in making selections, and kept a great pace with bringing our dishes out... which were ambitiously ordered on our part because we wanted to try everything on the menu! Highly recommend any of their sangria's too! *We didn't get a picture of the beef taco because it was devoured within seconds. 100/10

Un italiano 100% auténtico en pleno centro de Barcelona. La pasta carbonara o los tagliatelle cacio e pepe (preparados al momento en un parmeggiano gigante) son platos estrella. Intenta guardar sitio para los postres. Y el servicio, muy amable y atento.

Hemos comido muy bien, una experiencia totalmente recomendable. Los platos eran muy curiosos, originales y estaban todos deliciosos. Queremos destacar especialmente la atención de Leandro, que fue nuestro camarero principal: atento, cercano y muy profesional en todo momento, hizo que nos sintiéramos muy a gusto. También agradecer a Francesco su amabilidad. Y para terminar, el tiramisú de pistacho estaba simplemente increíble. Sin duda, un sitio al que volveremos.

Anoche cenamos en Tapas 2254 y la experiencia fue algo irregular. Empezamos con unas patatas bravas hojaldradas que, aunque la textura era curiosa, resultaron bastante sosas y con poco sabor. El foie gras micuit tampoco nos convenció: tenía poco sabor a foie y un exceso de manzana, lo que hacía el plato demasiado dulce y desequilibrado. El tartar roll seguía la misma línea, correcto en presentación pero falto de intensidad de sabor. El plato que más nos gustó de los salados fue el huevo poché con sobrasada, que sí estaba bien ejecutado y resultaba sabroso. Donde realmente brilló la cena fue en los postres. El tiramisú de pistacho estaba muy bueno, y especialmente destacable la tarta de chocolate, sin duda lo mejor de la noche. En general, nos dio la sensación de que la cocina es de quinta gama, algo que no tiene por qué ser negativo, pero en nuestro caso echamos en falta más sabor y personalidad en los platos salados. Una experiencia correcta, con buenos postres, pero mejorable en cuanto a intensidad y equilibrio de sabores.

I got the ceased salad and it gave me food poisoning. I was throwing up non stop that night. The service was bad, to be fair it was busy. My brother ordered the cacho a Pepe. It took over 30 minutes to come. Do not recommend if you want an authentic experience.
