On a weekend away from the city, we decided to book at this restaurant near our ski resort. Booking online was easy. Once we arrived, we immediately noticed the kindness of the maître d' who welcomed us and the rest of the service. Those who welcome you and serve you with a smile already do half the work. We ordered two tasting menus (drinks not included) for €42: we were served delicious dishes, reinterpretations of Piedmontese tradition, and with praiseworthy presentation. There was also a great wine selection with many options. We were really happy with this choice!

My husband and I had lunch yesterday, arriving without a reservation, and we immediately noticed the kindness and courtesy of those who greeted us. They managed to get us lunch in time for the religious service we were happy to attend, with excellent service. The food was high-quality and expertly prepared. The view was spectacular. That was a huge surprise this place. First, its beautiful view on the Monte viso mountain, second its extremely nice stuff, that will help you to understand what exactly you will get in your plate if you dont speak Italian at all as me. And the main surprise its a kitchen. I will remember this place forever as best food in my life. thats a good chance to try really haute cuisine.

Today I had the opportunity to dine at this restaurant, but unfortunately the experience didn't live up to expectations. I ordered a trout dish with asparagus, as indicated on the menu, but it was served with three peas—without any prior communication from the staff about the lack of asparagus. This lack of transparency is unfair to the customer. Furthermore, the portion was decidedly small, especially considering the price of 15 euros: a poor value for money. Even as for wine, they only offer bottles (no bulk wine available), with the cheapest bottle costing 18 euros. Water 💧 4 euros!! Overall, this is not a cheap place, and the food offerings aren't particularly distinctive enough to justify the prices. I hope this feedback can be useful to other customers looking for a more balanced experience between quality, transparency, and value.
