First time here. Tried the Ahi Tuna sandwich, tempura green beans, char double cheeseburger and fries. Everything was good even though I don't like sweet dinner food. The sauce on the Ahi was sweet. The dipping sauce they gave me for the tempura green beans was decent. It kind of had a pimento flavor to it which I would have rather had a ranch style sauce. But all in all I'll give it a 4.

Wow! Talk about slow workers. They move at a glacial pace. Line was out the door today and the workers in the kitchen were ridiculously slow even though the place is packed. Waiting an HOUR for food. Pushy with using the screen. Already too many screens in my life. Will just go to In N Out next time where I’m greeted with a smiling face and not a cold “use the screen”. There is a thing called customer service. You know, us pesky folks who keep you in business. Updated to add dirty tables everywhere despite moderate business, my drink was left off my order and they wouldn’t give it to me without seeing my receipt. No sauce even though I asked for it. Waited over 30 minutes in a drive thru with 2 cars in front of us. The woman right away says it’s a 30 minute wait which when you pull in, there’s no way out. So we had no choice but to order. Never come here. Not enough staff and urgency. In n out is crazy but at least they’re fast

We arrived just before opening at 10 am. It was windy, cold outside & left outside. The doors were opened for an employee and the staff would not allow his customers to come in and get out of the cold. The men's restroom was filthy. Toilet paper on the floor, mirrors full of scum, no soap to clean hands, and no trash receptacle. The dining area had an awful odor too. I can't admit to awesome food if the presentation to customers is what I had just explained and experienced about the restaurant building. Is the kitchen kept to this uncleanliness? Customers will never know. So, "Corporate," think about it. Are your products sold to healthy standards or unhealthy standards and conditions???

Charged for extra sauce but didnt receive extra sauce. Its frustrating when they insist on charging nearly a dollar for a ranch and of course they dont forgot to charge but dont include the ranch. The food is overpriced, the guac has way too much citrus its sour. I mean making the wage they do youd think they can atleast follow directions. Smh will not be returning to this store.

The staff are rude, seem unhappy and completely lack basic manners and common sense. I ordered on the habit app to pick up my food through the drive through. Waited 15 minutes before I went through drive thru, (plus the ten to drive here). Was asked what did I want. No greeting, No "welcome to habit etc.". I told her I had placed my order on the app. Told her it was the char box and without missing a beat she told me , "oh its not ready you have to come in. " Keep in mind, im going through the drive thru, ordered for drive thru pick up. and have 3 cars ahead of me and would have to reverse around a curved bend. Why would you tell me I need to come in? waiting in the line, by the time I get to the front my order should be ready.. I placed it for pickup because I did not want to come inside. and the last kicker, she also didnt confirm my order or my name. this is not the first time I have been told by staff I have to come in. even if I order just a simple Burger combo, one burger, they always seem backed up or not enough employees. when I have tried to talk to two separate managers, their customer service skills are worse than the employees. I live in Barstow and I will wait from now on until I go down the hill to eat at habit. FOOD IS OKAY BUT THE SERVICE, THE ATMOSPHERE, AND THE EMPLOYEES... NOT WORTH IT

Portions are really small. Burnt burger, yet cold, cheese wasnt even melted. Bread was hard and stale. Wait time in the drive thru was crazy considering you get burnt meat cold and stale bread, thought the wait was because it was going to be hot and fresh. Number one burger is laughable at rhis place. 38 dollars for two meals, that were stale amd nasty and child size food is ridiculous. You have fatburger across the street, you have in n out as well as carls jr, hell i hate Mcdonalds but the quarter pounder would have been bettwr than this garbage Habit resturant. I would not recommend this Habit to anyone in this area choose any other of the many places to eat around this area. Food was gross. I forgot to add, that they were out of onion rings and sweet potato fries.

I had an incredibly disappointing experience at The Habit Burger Grill. The customer service was absolutely terrible. The staff was rude, inattentive, and seemed completely uninterested in helping customers. My order was wrong, and when I brought it to their attention, they acted as though it was my fault. No apology, no effort to correct the mistake in a timely manner. On top of that, the wait time was ridiculously long despite the restaurant not being very busy. It’s clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority here. I expected so much better from a place with a good reputation for quality food. Unfortunately, the poor service ruined the entire experience. I won’t be coming back.

This place is a joke. There are only 2 employees, the manager and the cook. They have no cashiers to take orders, only an automated system. But the manager doesn't even acknowledge when you walk in. He sees you standing there and just keeps bagging orders and taking drive thru. So eventually you realize that you have to do it yourself. He's extremely rude too. This place needs some MAJOR attention from corporate. We had a poor experience with the manager last visit too. We thought maybe it was just a bad day. But it's not, it's a bad manager and no employees.
