Well this was an experience .. let me preface i have been coming to this location for 10 years without incident Today there was some very loud employees having a very loud conversation and dripping F bombs one after another and other colorful language so much so that is all you heard in the dinning area .. I went to get my place my order the girl rolled her eyes an sighed loudly.. I actually apologized and said I just need to make an order if that is okay. She didn't respond . And just glared .. like wow what the ??? So I told her my order . Went an sat down and listen to cuss word after cuss word from the kitchen of the entire staff cutting up.. when they brought out my ice cream .. I told the girl that all that cussing was horrible to listen to .. she never apologized however I will note it most certainly quieted down afterward Came for ice cream got live action life after lock down.

Lady taking orders was great, good customer service. However the place had no Franchise cups, we settled for white Styrofoam cups with lids that don't fit. (Thankfully Warned by the cashier to be careful). Blizzard served, double cup since the original Styrofoam cup broke in presentation and for the first time not served upside down....lol.

Customer service was great. Nice and friendly, but this store has a problem with quality. It’s Texas. It’s summer. It’s 500° outside. No need to fill the cup up to the point it’s overflowing before you leave the store. She didn’t bother to turn it upside-down — for good reason.

Showed up at 1030 pm, posted close time is 11 pm on a Friday. Looked like the place had been closed for the night for a while. Need to either correct the close time on google or don’t close early

Wouldn’t serve us in the drive thru at 9:40 since they were closing at 10:00, even though we were waiting in line before that. The car before us ordered and was served. :/ disappointing. Not coming back. Would give this zeros stars if I could.

Recent experience was horrible, Health inspection needs to shut down ASAP. Called to get my order corrected and they only wanted to replace the burger combo. I ordered 3 ice creams which melted, stake finger and chicken combo with no drink. General manager needs to get involved ASAP. The manager who called didn't want to right the wrong her employees did. Roaches and crickets all in and around the place. Food is cold. Save some time and just pass it up.

I went there August 22 at lunchtime and order a hamburger with bacon and fries and a drink. The burger tasted off the bacon was sour. I was so hungry and it had been so long since I have had food poisoning. I forgot how bad it was so I ate the burger, That evening. I got sick and have been on the couch for three days.

They didn't get our order right and charged us for 2 extra burgers we didn't order when we went to get them to fix it a roach was crawling on counter. Never eating there again

Haven’t even been able to try their food yet. Have shown up two times in the past two years 30 minutes before closing, gone to the drive thru and waited about 5 minutes before realizing no one was working.

How this place even has 3.5 stars is beyond me. I don’t know why I still order from here. It’s bad every single time. I mean like the worst. I’ve been in Bastrop for 3 years and ordered through door dash a handful of times and every time the patties taste like they were made at 9am and sat out all day. The hunger buster burger is so thin you can’t even see what’s inside of it. It just looks like two buns pressed together when you open it from the packaging. I know it’s slim pickins for food around here but save yourself and go elsewhere.

Wow pay almost 6 bucks for this pathetic excuse of a peanut butter parfait. Bad when you can can 9 peanut on top and almost no fugde. They sold me a vanilla parfait, will not be back !

It is annoying how inconsistent and incompetent the workers are here. I order the same thing every time: Brownie and cookie oreo cupfection. Sometimes they don’t put chocolate sauce other times they will try and compensate with caramel sauce.. which I do not like. But lately.. lately they have been filling the cup up not even half way full. It is a total rip off and mind boggling that they are okay serving such small servings for a 6 dollar treat.

So I ordered a belt buster dry with cheese, grilled onions and grilled jalapeños. As I was sitting there watching them make my burger from the pick up window. I could see that they didn’t grill anything. When the lady at the window hands me my burger. I explained to them that they did not grill my onions and jalapeños. She checked with the kitchen and they told her they did in fact grill my onions and jalapeños. After looking at my burger I handed it to her and asked for her opinion. She looked at it and took it back to the kitchen to fix it. When I got it back instead of it having 2 beef patties it only had one. So I had to take it back a 2nd time. When I received my burger for the 3rd time it was made right this time but it was cold. The only reason I am written this review is because they lied to me about it and this wasn’t the first time.

When the manager is in the building the service is amazing but when she’s not there the service is horrible! Just went there ordered three items and two large waters. My entire order was made wrong and one cup of water was dirty like someone stuck their hand in it the other water had a roach in it! When I called to talk to a manager they told me she was not there and hung up on me.
