The staff is friendly, the dining room clean, well taken care of, and stocked. The ordering monitors are large and after you get used to the layout, are pretty easy to use. My food was a little cold when I got it from the counter. From what I could tell it didn't sit long. The taco shells were crisp and not stale which is a biggie for me. Tried the luxe meal with avocado ranch chicken taco. It was ok, not much filling, couldn't really taste the dressing, mostly just the chicken. Willing to try again.

This particular Taco Bell was packed as I went through, so I decided to go inside and I'm glad I did. The service was awesome and the good was out very fast considering the amount of customers that were there. Meh. Drive-thru: Made specific mention of no tomatoes: 2 of the 4 items had tomatoes (um, we're allergic to tomatoes), but fault is shared because I don't recall verifying the order on the screen before we pulled up to the window. And, we were passing through on a trip: though we counted that we received the correct # of items, we did not inspect them before driving away. Power Menu Bowl with extra steak: Steak was fresh & tender but low on seasoning (not necessarily bad when compared to too salty, old/hard nuggets we've gotten from TC). The black beans were a JOKE! Were they residual scraps? Tasted horrible and only 1 forkful's worth (which is great since they were atrocious). "Average" regarding "fresh, crisp" lettuce. A lot of rice (gives the appearance of a full bowl). And I don't know if it's just me, but WHY sprinkle the shredded cheese on TOP of the cold items (lettuce, sour cream, and guacamole)? I personally prefer it to be on top of the hot items so it can melt! But this is what I've come to learn as common practice for Taco Bells in general. We were debating on McD's across the street & their newer, healthier menu items. Chose the Bell this time. This experience leaves a complete toss-up for the next time we pass through.

Pretty abysmal, even for a Taco Bell restaurant. Didn't get my order correct on the first try, and then gave me a quesadilla that wasn't even cut into the standard wedges. This location has always been inconsistent but this is ridiculous.

Food is good but worst drinks I've ever been served. They are hard to explain, but the sodas are best explained as thick (syrupy) and salty? This is consistent (x3 or more at this location) to the point I can't count on drinks here. Either they aren't cleaning the drink machines properly or the mixture is off. They definitely need to figure it out.

When they get the order right, it is pretty good. My order is right probably every third time I come here. Really need to focus on getting orders done correctly. Especially if they are gonna charge you for extra sauce and toppings then not put it on there.

Extremely disappointed. I placed an order through the app and clearly listed my allergy restrictions, but none of them were followed. Because of this, I couldn’t eat any of my food. I submitted a complaint through the app, and instead of handling it professionally, the manager repeatedly called my personal phone number, which felt unnecessary and uncomfortable. When I finally responded, I was promised a gift card as an apology — but I never received it, nor was I refunded for the inedible order. Completely unacceptable customer service. Do better, Bastrop.

I'm not the kind of person to post negative comments but I just had to. We had ordered 3 steak chalupas but what we got was empty chalupas just a few bits of steak. They had the audacity to say they watched all the orders come out and everything it was coming out as it was supposed to. But as you can see from the reviews it says otherwise. We just wanted our refund back. We are not from Bastrop. We live in the Del Valle area. It's too far to go back or we would have returned the food. Very upset we wasted money for this kinda service.

Worst Taco Bell I've ever been.... If you want good food you definitely not gonna find it here . Ordered 3 steak chalupas and what I got was chalupa shells with sour cream and vegetables and literally 3 tiny pieces of steak also ordered a steak quesadilla with extra steak what I got was literally a cheese quesadilla one piece of steak in each paid 28.53 plus I round up 47 cents to donate not worth it. Just warning everyone on this location check your food before you drive off or just don't go to that location.

I'm not a Karen. I don't usually post reviews. I'm kind to employees. I say please and thank you. I follow the "rules" and hang back at the payment window for 10 minutes so you can catch up your drive thru times. I don't think I deserved the literal bottom of the bag of stale chips I was served as nachos - literally not a single whole or even half chip in the entire tray. I'm also curious how out got an entire steamroller into the kitchen to produce the chip shard heap I was given. Don't get me wrong, my fat @$$ still ate what I could .... with a spoon.
