we love Chick-fil-a. The food is always good, hot and they get it to you rather quickly. We have had struggles using the gift cards they provide to customers at school events but the eventually got it working. The only thing negative comment I can think of is regarding the line, which can cause traffic issues in Burleson Crossing and the access road to 71. Understandably, that is beyond their control.

Chick-fil-A has got service & speed down to an art! Whether I'm coming through the drive-through & dining in, the wait is surprisingly short regardless of how many people are ordering or waiting for food. Well done! My go-to is a Kale Crunch Salad w/an order of Naked Nuggets if Im not ordering a Spucy Chicken Sandwich! And don't pass on the Peach Shake ... you'll need a spoon for the juicy chunks of peaches blended in!

Make sure to check your drive through orders before you drive off! They forgot our waffle fries and we were too far down the road on a trip to turn around and get them. I thought this company prides itself on being a Christian company, and all about the customer service? Not the case, I came into this location today because I'm moving my 75 year old mom to Florida, and I came in with my backpack, a bag with gifts and a small gift bag and a water bottle. Apparently I looked to homeless to warrant a good morning or welcome in, and then the young girl behind the counter looked at me and couldn't stop long enough to get my order, took a nother nice young lady to come out from the back to come help me. Shame on this location, corporate should really come give them some customer service lessons and treat everyone regardless.of economic status with respect and dignity.

⭐ 1-Star Review - Chick-fil-A, Bastrop, TX I stopped by this Chick-fil-A in Bastrop for breakfast, and honestly, it was one of the slowest experiences I’ve ever had at any Chick-fil-A. There were only two parties inside-my table and one other couple-yet our order took 21 full minutes to come out. Also they brought our food in a bag. So far all the one’s we’ve been to bring it out on trays. That’s a little thing but I’m dining in not taking out. What made it worse was the complete lack of acknowledgment from the staff. No update, no explanation, not even a simple apology for the unusually long wait. I actually reached the point where I was about to get up and ask if something was wrong. The food itself was good-as expected from Chick-fil-A-but the service fell so far below the standard that it overshadowed everything else. When you go to Chick-fil-A, you expect quick, friendly, reliable service. This visit missed the mark entirely. For that reason, I have to give this location 1 star. Great food can’t make up for poor service, especially when it’s this far from the level of care Chick-fil-A is known for

The restaurant was super crowded and the drive thru lines were packed, as well as the bathroom lines. A restaurant with that big of a customer crowd needed to have restrooms of a larger capacity, (1 toilet and 1 urinal in men’s and 2 stalls in the women’s) and the bathroom line was just as long as the order line. Then there were 9 employees standing in the register & kitchen area and they were walking all over each other. I ordered a to go iced coffee, and other people behind me ordered full meals, yet 5 orders went out, to go, 7 more employees crowded the kitchen and my iced coffee nowhere to be found, after 17 minutes I politely told the cashier, gave her my receipt and left with a paid iced coffee but no product in hand. She was clueless, but I do believe she was the same one that took my order. Horrible customer service. The one good thing I can say, is the lady wearing the green shirt, was ensuring everything was wiped down and swept. This was my first and last visit to a Chik-fil-a!

I went through the drive thru and, the car in-front of me was talking to the worker taking order for 15 minutes. Once I finally got my order taken I asked for Chick-fil-A sauce, and then I waited another 10 minutes for my order to be taken to my car because all of the employees were just standing around. I looked in the bag and there were 0 sauces and I had already driven off, this is the worst service I’ve ever had at Chick-fil-A.

I told the drive thru attendant that l wanted two spicy deluxe meals one with coby cheese and one with pepper jack. Only lettuce,no tomatoes or pickles. She had an attitude and I had to repeat my order twice to make sure it was right. When I got to the window my order was incorrect. I was given regular spicy sandwiches with just pickles and cheese. After telling them to fix the order they had to go "verify" before fixing my order. While waiting for the sandwiches to be fixed I wanted to snack on fries but they were super salty. I look at the fries and they were dark. Like the had been refried and salted again. I tried dusting off the salt and it was still too salty. When they came back with the remade sandwiches they still had tomatoes. -_- Before they left I asked if I could get new fries and then supervisor/manager came out. She asked how she could help and I asked her if she could replace my fries. She said "Well I could but it would just be replaced with the same fries. All of our fries are salted together" I told her "well can't you make new fries without salt" (I already know this is an option) She said "Well yes but that will take 6 minutes and don't know if you want to wait" I was getting frustrated with her tone and the service. I told her not worry about it and went on my way. We just threw away the fries and removed the tomatoes. This is not Chick-fil-A service I am used to and having to argue about just getting an order correct and having quality food was super disappointing. Would not recommend coming to this location.
