We did the $2 personal pan pizzas for the kiddos and they were really good! Hot and fresh when we picked them up and the manager who range us up was very nice. Luckily we were dining out tho because it was very warm in the restaurant. Feel bad for the staff.

It's been a long time since I've ordered Pizza Hut delivery. It took a very long time to be delivered, but the most disappointing part of the experience is that I had a long hair baked into my delicious tasting hamburger melt and my pizza looked like it was put together from a few other pizzas. The pizza was nowhere near as fresh as the melt, albeit less hairy. *sad face* UPDATE: It took about 2 months to get an update, but they are trying to make it right by giving me a credit towards another meal. I will be trying them again in the near future and hopefully I have a better experience this time around. Thank you.

Ordered a medium pepperoni and two different pastas. One of the pastas had a hair baked into it. They didn’t charge me for it, at least. The breadsticks were crispy and not ideal. The pizza either had no sauce or too much sauce. Not great.

Such rude service, and even after spending $60 on two pizzas, they would not give us any Parmesan or red peppers. What kind of a pizza place is this? Save your money and go to neighbors or Domino’s.

Horrible customer service the little got on the front at e counter has an awful way of speaking to people. Idk but at Pizza Hut in Taylor round rock and pflugerville they give sauces with wings not a ton but 2. Maybe she was having a hard day or jot getting tips. But you have to be nice to your customers.

Multiple delivery orders over the last few weeks were incorrect or missing items entirely. They never have delivery drivers available and I have to wait for doordash driver to take over so my food is cold by then.

Wanted stuffed crust couldn’t get it Cashier didn’t know why but it wouldn’t let her add upgrade so she made us choose alternative instead of seeking further help

I order pizza online while on break so I could get a discount and not have a long wait for the order. I was told because I ordered the pizza online I can’t eat it inside!! They did not have any customers in the restaurant. Also this is a pizza restaurant and they don’t have the packets of parmesan cheese or the red peppers, I was told that I would have to buy one of their containers of it. That is why I rated them 1 star and I would not recommend them.

Called to order a pizza and was put on hold for several minuets then the phone was picked up and the receiver put down (hung up). This happened the 4 times I called. On one of the calls I did manage to hear a female talking to someone. On the fifth attempt I was able to place my order and was told my order would be ready in 15 minutes. When I arrived my order was not ready and was told it would be 15 to 20 minutes for my order. I asked the shift manager what happened and she responded by saying that the call center did not process the order fully. As I was speaking with her I recognized the voice as the person who hing up on me. I cancelled my order and ask the shift supervisor as to whom I could file a complaint with, her response was call the call center. I then called the same number where I placed my order which is the store number. I called 5 times each time I was placed on hold for over 5 minutes and then cut off. When I was finally was able to make contact with the number called I spoke to a young lady who I believe was trying not to laugh as I was talking. I believe that store manager was involved with this call.

Just ordered the ultimate bundle and asked for hand tossed. Both pizzas were thin and tasted like cardboard. I called them and they said they would need the pizzas back and something about charging the driver or something. The girl on the phone wasn’t very clear and didn’t seem very concerned . She should have gotten her manager instead of upsetting her customer more. Needless to say I have wasted over forty five dollars I didn’t have to waste because my husband and mother had already ata a couple pieces before I told my husband it wasn’t hand tossed. She basically blew me off. Back to Dominoes we go!!

Ordered 1 large stuffed crust with extra cheese and half bacon/mushroom. Also ordered 12 traditional mild Buffalo Wings (with a cup of the blue cheese) and 1 order of Roasted Garlic Cheese sticks. The pizza tasted freezer burnt, but it was stuffed with cheese in the crust. However, the rest of the pizza tasted like thin cardboard. There was a pool of oil and sauce on the cheese sticks. The wings were bland, and several must have come from baby chickens as small as they were. We also were shorted the blue cheese dip. Just didn't seem like anyone cared at all when preparing the order. All this for $56!!!!!! We won't be back despite being less than a mile away. Update : We ordered again after being credited almost $50. There is no need for another review as this location is very bad at making pizza taste any good or filling order correctly. Overcharged us despite being deals for the exact coupon we provided.

I purposely by passed 3 other pizza competitors to order from Pizza Hut because I knew they would give me what I was desiring. I was so confident that the fact they don't deliver to my area which is only 15 minutes away didn't deter me. So imagine the disappointment when I pick my pizza up, get home, and see this. Undercooked, Undersauced, and totally diasppointed. $50 bucks later, I ended up going to Whataburger.
