I go to PTerrys quite often and they have the best service a fast food place can have. They have only messed up on my order once, gave me sweet tea instead of unsweetened tea in my Arnold Palmer. No problem on my part. Their food always taste great. Their services is always great and they are always fast!! I just went and grabbed lunch from PTerry’s and there was a long line. I still got in line and had my order out in Under 5 to 10 minutes. Great place!!

1st time visitor at any P. Terry’s! I don’t know if they are all like this or we just caught the best signature double cheeseburger combo (added onion and pickles) with hand cut fries P Terry’s has ever created. Wow! Probably the best fast food cheeseburger and fries I’ve ever had. All fresh ingredients and ample toppings. Fries crisp. The bun was a golden glistening pillow wrapped around two beef patties cooked to perfection with melty cheese. I’m sorry I don’t have a picture. I was really thrown off on how good this was. I’ve lived in Texas all my life and seen them driving through Austin but had never stopped and tried. My only complaint is no one has ever mentioned how good they were. Keep up the great work!

Waited over an hour for our food in drive through but only because the CEO said he was donating all profits for today to the Central Texas Flood victims. Well worth the wait! Have been here before and the wait was maybe 5 minutes max. Can't beat the prices and taste! 2 combo meals including a shake for $20.

The food here truly steals the spotlight with its deliciousness! 🌟 Despite a few minor challenges navigating the menu and drive-thru as first-timers, the staff was incredibly friendly and patient, making our experience all the more enjoyable. 🚗💨 Plus, the location couldn't be more convenient, right off the freeway for easy access. 🛣️ Overall, P. Terry's gets a big five stars from us for their fantastic food and fantastic service! Highly recommend giving it a try! 👏

Tried this spot when they first opened and wasn't wowed od the quality and taste. However, I wanted to try them again. This time was very tasty. Everything was good from the burger to the shake. Fries were amazing. Only down side was the service. No hospitality. Bland excitement. Pulling up to the window was worse. No smile, just RBF. Felt they hated their job. Didn't want to be there. Other than that, it was good. Will definitely go again.

The service was fast. The staff was friendly. The burger was cool, I could've lived without the special sauce.

Only went through the drive thru for someone else so I didn't rate the food or atmosphere but the drive thru left a bit to be desired as far as customer service and hey everybody, watch it if you are in the inside line. They run out there to get the food to the outside line and neither of the two in saw even looked to see if anyone was coming.

This P. Terry location is a burger stand and not a full restaurant. You can only use the drive thru or the order window to place an order to go. This was my first time trying the chicken burger AKA chicken sandwich and it was mediocre. The chicken meat was very white as shown in my picture. I've never seen grilled chicken this white. The taste of the chicken was less than desirable. I'll stick with ordering a beef burger next time. The strawberry shake was good.

Get it right Bastrop. 3 times I've ordered chicken bits. 3 times I've asked for 2 special sauces and EVERY time I have gotten HALF of one special sauce. Its a huge disappointment, especially since I was also charged more... do better. It is Bastrop specific because I go to several Austin locations and this does not happen.

I don't rate fast food above 3. Hamburgers are good not large similar to in and out fries ample and cooked hoevi like them not over crispy. Was ordering for 8 people and order taker got it right the 1st time which is a +

I’m a big fan of P. Terry’s and east at multiple locations but the last two times I’ve been to the one in Bastrop the items tasted like old grease, both my egg burger I got a couple of weeks ago and the veggie burger I ordered this week. It seems maybe they’re not taking cleaning serious at this location. I’ve never experienced this at any other P.Terrys. A friend confirmed she had the same experience her last two visits.

I typically don't have any problem ordering gluten free burgers at p Terry's, infact it is my favorite place to go for them. This location they do not follow gluten free procedures AT ALL and you will get extremely sick if you eat at this location with celiacs. I brought it to the managers attention that the cook was putting buns on the grill right where he was cooking the burger patties. She acted like I was being crazy and then made comments under her breathe and refunded my meal. Avoid this location at all costs. Worst p Terry's in the greater Austin area.

If you liked high-school hamburgers you will love this place. It is drive through or walk up window and people in general are not smart. They have 2 drive through lines and people always stay in the one closest to the window. The food was edible in my opinion. Will I eat there again...probably not thumb down.

Looking for a chicken sandwich? This ain’t the place. Despite being served what looked like mystery meat out of a can, I gave it a shot. I couldn’t even finish it. If the chicken is this bad, what else are they getting wrong? Look elsewhere.
