Exceptional food- the soup, the fried cheese appetizer, the Tour of Italy, spaghetti…it was all delicious! We were passing through on the way to Houston and very glad we stopped in here.

What a wonderful place to dine. Everything was top notch from the quality of the food to the service. We tried several dishes from calamari, to a seafood dip, tour of Italy, etc. If you are looking for an upscale Italian dining experience, check this restaurant out.

Love the atmosphere, the entire staff was friendly. Our waiter Harold was AMAZING! He had great food suggestions as well as drinks. Would DEFINITELY be going back in the near future.

What a great find! Dad and I enjoy our Father’s Day lunch. Food was delicious and flavorful. Portions were very generous. Staff was very friendly. Definitely will return. Thank you!

Very great food!!!!!!! Every item that I tried was "fresh" and had a homemade style (authentic) taste. The hostess was welcoming. The waitress from Albania was very cordial, as well. For everything we tried: 3 appetizers and 2 entrees, this repast didn't get to $100. It was a few dollars less than 80 bucks. You can't beat a great restaurant that is 5/5 stars without yielding a huge bill, but this place won it...as far as Italian cuisine goes!!! The entrees ordered were the spaghetti and meatballs, and the chicken and sausage dish (forgot the name of it; neither photo is present). We ordered garlic bread, crab cakes, and stuffed mushrooms for the appetizers. FANTASTIQUE!!!!

The food is Amazing. We ordered the fried cheese appetizer. You can tell it was freshly made and not pre packaged. The Caesar salad was a little blah but the Lobster ravioli made up for that. It was delicious! My husband had the tour of Italy and he loved it. This is thee best Italian food I've ever had. I will definitely go back.

Had reservations for two. Atmosphere: somewhat upscale feel without having any Italian restaurant atmoshere; but we do love the singer doing classic Italian karaoke. Ordered two cocktails; Blackberry Whiskey and Strawberry Prosecco were delicious. Salads were nothing special. Entrees were delicious as usual. Service was spot-on. Great dining experience.

La Contea had been on my list of places to try in Baton Rouge for years and I'm so glad that I finally gave them a try. They were surprisingly more upscale than I was expecting, yet very reasonably priced. Easily one of the sleeper hits in Baton Rouge that I didn't know I was missing out on, but I' easily a fan now. The arancini was better than the ones I had in Italy.

I cannot recommend this place more! We started with the Bruschetta and I had the chicken parmigiana as my main course. It was absolutely delicious! The produce is fresh and the flavors are amazing. The service is also outstanding, our server Alek was very kind and attentive! An all around great Italian find in Baton Rouge!

Great hidden gem. I have probably passed it 50 times since moving to BR and didn’t know it was here. Lunch specials were very reasonably priced. Service was awesome. Tomato soup, bread, and eggplant parm were all outstanding. Much better than a local little village restaurant everyone raves about. Everyone I was with agreed the food and service were awesome.

The food here is exquisite! It's apparent they use all fresh ingredients. The food didn't come out quickly but, we didn't wait long either. They pay attention to detail with their food & take the time to make sure it comes out properly to the coustomer. The cocktails we had were presented beautifully &, tasted very good. The alcohol per mixture ratio was perfect. The atmosphere is very clean & elegant. The prices are high but if, they continue putting out excellent food & service. I don't have a problem with it. I can honestly say, this is one of the best Italian Restaurants I've ever eaten at. I Will be back.

I honestly wished I had found this restaurant a lot sooner versus just last week because this Italian restaurant is now my new favorite spot in Baton Rouge. The lobster ravioli was so good that I wish I had more of it. The Arancini was also wow, too! Came in for Restaurant Week and was blown away by both the food and the service. The food was rich, delicious, and overall amazing with great portions. My waiter Dominick definitely made the experience that much greater with his recommendations and incredible personality. I'll be back for sure and I am already planning when my next visit will be. Food was great as always. I’ll be honest I come to this place because of their bread, it’s my favorite part.

Absolutely wonderful service, very calming atmosphere. The live performer is fantastic and Is happy to take requests if he has the music preprogrammed. The food was delicious and very fresh. Its easy to see that it was made with true care of the ingredients. We will without a doubt be back and will be telling family and friends

Valentines day was our first time eating here and it was great! Staff gave great service, i believe tara was our server that night. The atmosphere didn't seem chaotic as you would expect on such a big holiday. Our food was paced out well, and their was even a live musician! Definitely will be back.

Nicole was phenomenal! So professional and kind. Very attentive. The restaurant week menu is very good. The pork was mid - but if you like a roast you’ll love it. It has that flavor pallet for SURE. Falls off the BONE. The tiramisu was some of the best I’ve had - let alone in Baton Rouge.

Not really for the t-shirt and jeans or shorts crowd. Wonderful decor, semi dressy, great background music, and plenty of parking available. Another phenomenal option on Jefferson.

My husband and I were on a date night and were craving Italian food. We looked at our options locally and neither of us were familiar with La Contea Italiano Ristorante but the menu looked great, we were hungry and there were wait time at that moment. La Contea Italiano Ristorante far exceeded our expectations! The food and cocktails were amazing, lovely atmosphere, and service was impeccable! There was a guy singing live Rat Pack tunes who was great and added to the atmosphere. We can't say enough good things about our experience! This will likely be our future anniversary or special occasions place!

The most delicious and affordable italian meal I’ve had from a restaurant. The lasagna was the best, look at all that meat!! My wedge salad speaks for itself (AMAZING) and this was a to go meal, I can’t wait to go back! They get 5 stars for sure 😍🤩

Have eaten here many times. Had Easter lunch there and was fantastic. Blackened redfish was one of the best meals I have ever eaten and Janice is worth the price of admission. Excellent overall dining experience. Would definitely recommend!

Very impressed with the entire experience from the front door all the way through. Had a solo performance that was appreciated, not too overpowering and he sounded like all the greats! The menu is vast, but we'll executed. Great red sauce for tye Italian dishes, and outstanding seafood! Way too full to get dessert. Service was impeccable, clean elegant atmosphere. Fair prices. Our server, Dillin, was awesome. Food was insane. Service and experience 10/10 catered to my wife's food allergies, and she didn't get sick. Worth every penny. The desserts were amazing. All three of us tried something different (we all got a salad, entrée, and dessert), and it was all excellent. Lobster La contea ravioli, spaghetti and meatballs, and grouper with crab meat and a beurre blanc sauce mine was over broccoli instead of asparagus like it said on the menu. Asparagus would've been so much better, I'm not a huge fan of broccoli.. we all agreed with the pasta dishes that the only thing missing was a piece of bread at the end. Tres leches was the favorite dessert overall. Best I've had in my life. We also came in late, and they took care of us. The tres leches was so good I bought a pan of it to share with friends and family. Drove 50 mins to try it. If you're thinking about trying this place, you better. Otherwise, you're missing out.

Recently visited La Contea with family and we had the best time. We had the eggplant Parmesan and the chicken picatta and both were delicious. The restaurant is very nice with a large selection of wines. We visited on a Saturday evening and they had live music which was so nice. I recommend this restaurant for fine dining at very reasonable prices.

Food was fresh . Service was great. High end vibe restaurant with very affordable prices. I had the tomato soup with the lasagna and a peach belini. Amazing fresh food. They have a daily happy hour with flourishing drinks. I would recommend this restaurant

My family and I went here for a birthday get together with my mom. The house bread is lovely and my favorite dish was the shrimp fettuccine. We had 12 adults and 3 children and they were very accommodating. We brought our own cake with plates and forks to make the dessert easier on the server.

Best Italian Food in Baton Rouge hands down. I am not sure why the Best of 225 sleeps on this restaurant. In short, my wife and I are food snobs and have eaten at restaurants all over the country (and other countries), and La Contea is definitely one of our favorite restaurants in the nation, not just Baton Rouge. Whether you are looking for traditional dishes like Spaghetti & Meatballs (amazing by the way), Lasagna, Chicken Parmesan, or seafood fare, or unique Italian dishes created by the owner, you will not be disappointed. Thank me later, but go eat here. P.S. The Tiramisu is delicious!

I have eaten here quite a few times now. The service is always great. They checked on us a few times throughout our dinner and even poured our wine for us. Prices are especially reasonable considering the atmosphere and the quality of service and attention provided to each table. Modern design aspects that don't take away from a great feel of an Italian restaurant. Went on a Saturday night and enjoyed live piano music! Definitely returning for more great experiences.

The food on Saturday was amazing and it’s such a cute spot but our server Kelsey was out of this world!!! She was so personable and took care of our every need with efficiency and obvious care for making sure everything was right. They are so lucky to have someone like her on the staff. That kind of customer service just can’t be found anymore. I’ll be back for their lasagna and for Kelsey.

I had my birthday brunch here and it was wonderful. The food was great the atmosphere was great. There was a Pianist playing the piano during our meal. I had veal piccata and a birthday dessert. Highly recommend this restaurant

This place is amazing!! The food is incredible and the staff is wonderful. The bread is delicious and every dish I have had there has been fantastic! Contacted La Contea via email as I was interested in ordering catering for a small dinner party at my house. All correspondence was timely, professional and kind. The food was ready at the scheduled time and they loaded all pans in my car. It smelled so good on the drive home;-) We waited a few hours to eat. Pans were easy to toss in oven to keep warm. The meal was delicious (rave reviews on the lasagna)!! Actually, rave reviews for all dishes. It was really quite yummy!! We'll definitely try dining at the restaurant soon.

My husband, my sons, and our daughter-in-law went here a couple of weeks ago. Our son and daughter-in-law insisted we go because the food was so good and the service was excellent. Our waiter, I believe was Howard, was very knowledgeable about the menu items and very helpful. If I didn’t have his correct name, I’m sorry. I ordered an Old Fashioned. It was smoked and oh my goodness, was it good! Our food was wonderful and so were the appetizers. If you visit this restaurant, you will not regret it. I can’t wait to go again!!

We had mother's day lunch. We ordered Chicken piccata with zucchini noodles, Your de Italy, Shrimp scampi, seafood risotto and grits and grillades. Service was wonderful everyone was pleasant and helpful. The food was delicious.

We ended up here after not being able to get into Gino's. Best thing that could have happened as we were blown away by this lovely restaurant. The atmosphere is inviting, very clean and well maintained, and just lovely for a special night with loved ones. We went on a Saturday night and were pleasantly surprised by the live music coming from the bar area, a very talented man on the piano kept the mood playful and relaxing. The service was top notch. Every staff member we encountered was warm, kind, and was also very efficient and attentive. I really don't think we could have gotten better service anywhere else in Baton Rouge!! We even had a cranky toddler in tow and they were so sweet and patient with him. The food was incredible. Italian classics that are perfectly executed and delicious down to the last bite. We quit going to Little Village because the main dishes are always sopping in oil and it turns my stomach. Judging by the packed house last night, we are the last people on earth to discover this local gem. I am embarrassed it took us so long to find this place, but we will be back for sure. This is the Italian date night you want, skip the others!

Did take-out twice. Ossobuco is a must. Risotto was perfect. Excellent pizza. If you can go, go.

Ate there for the first time tonight. I couldn't believe how inexpensive it was. The atmosphere and service is about what I'd expect at places costing twice as much and the food almost at that level too. Great place for a date.

Excellent! Our group of 9 arrived a bit early & they happily accommodated us. The servers were exceptional, as was the food. It's probably the best Veal Piccata I've ever had & the bread... oh my goodness, it was wonderful. If I lived in Baton Rouge, I would be a regular here.

I just got home from this establishment and I have some thoughts. First! If you are planning on going here, take a laxative and fast for at least three days. Trust me, you'll thank me later!! We walked in and were sat immediately. The dining room was immaculate!! We were handed our menus and the wine/ cocktail menu. My lady ordered the peach whiskey margarita and I had the gentleman cocktail... I recommend the gentleman cocktail!! My lady and I, then looked at the menu. This is where the fasting will help!! You are going to want more than one appetizer. She had the fried cheese and I had the fried calamari. Both were amazing!! They brought us a beautiful bread and oil for tasting... tasting... yeah we about ate all of that!! You will too!! Remember, fasting? Then we received our main entrees! She had the eggplant parm and I had the seafood risotto. I should have fasted... her plate was made for a man twice our size!! It was wonderful!! Taste and presentation was spot on!! The seafood risotto was spectacular!! The flavors were there!! I've been to restaurants and had to use the salt and pepper to taste. Absolutely wasn't a necessity here!! The flavors were amazing!! Everything was amazing!! Our waitress was very pleasant! I apologize I don't remember her name!! She worked the bar and tables and did an amazing job of both! I am happily miserable at home, more full than I've ever been!! I regret nothing!!! I believe in getting what you pay for and this restaurant brings receipts!!! I highly recommend this restaurant!! Great food and Service. My wife and I celebrated our 9yr wedding anniversary today at this Restaurant. One of best decisions. Definitely recommend to everyone.

Absolutely loved our first time here. Harold was our server and I highly recommend requesting sitting with him. The food was amazing. We had trouble deciding what to order because everything looked so good. The drinks were delicious. Perfect spot for a date night. Thank you Harold for the wonderful experience and excellent service. Went there for the first time to celebrate our 21st anniversary! Could not have asked for a better experience! From the time we walked through the door could not have asked for better service.! Amber was awesome! Food was excellent! To top it off the atmosphere with live entertainment made this night very special!

So I just had to come share my experience. Earlier this week, i placed a to go order for one of my favorite dishes, the Bruschetta appetizer. Although I've never dined in, I've been ordering to go meals for years. However, this time was a little different. I noticed a few days after placing my order that i was overcharged. I immediately drove to the restaurant to speak to a manager because I didn't understand how that could have happened. I was greeted immediately and asked to speak to a manager who just so happened to be the person that greeted me. She was also the person who cashed me out when i picked up my order. I explained the situation to her and she looked up my ticket, apologized and immediately rectified the situation and also blessed me with another order of bruschetta. I gotta say, i had no idea how the situation was going to turn out. I didn't have a copy of my receipt. All i had was my word against the restaurant's. As a single mom, I calculate all my expenses carefully so I was worried about alot. I am so grateful to the manager, Rifka (i apologize if I misspelled it) for her swift response as well as her gracious demeanor throughout our entire exchange. I have worked in food service for almost 15 years and that was some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. It's just one more reason I love this place and will continue to come back!

It was so easy. Reserved a room for 22 and everyone enjoyed themselves immensely. The staff were so attentive and helpful, the food was excellent (every dish!), and the room was beautifully decorated. Thank You!!!!! You made it an easy and wonderful event.

On Feb. 09, I wrote a review on Open Table, that stated that this restaurant was absolutely wonderful in every aspect except my service. I had felt rushed thru the entire meal. The best possible result from that review just happened. The restaurant cared. They called and apologized for my concern. Someone cares. They invited me back and explained the problem. Could not ask for more. I shall happily return for another great meal and looking forward to a leisure Italian feast. Thanks for calling, it meant something to realize someone listens.

We had a family dinner at La Contea, and it never disappoints. I will unequivocally say that the pizza is probably one of the top three in town or even the top one or two. The crust is delicious. The sauce is delicious the toppings are generous and it’s just a fantastic pizza. I broke tradition and had the veal piccata this time and it was fantastic. Service was top-notch and I noticed the manager walking around and checking on tables which is always a bonus. :-)

The food here is delicious! I got spaghetti with meat sauce, simple but fantastic! The meat was obviously very high quality. The bread is also very tasty. Food took a while to be served but that's a good sign that they make it fresh. Only thing I didn't like was that it is very dark in the restaurant.

Very good Italian fare. I've been here several times and enjoyed every visit. The pasta is perfect and the sauces have all been delicious. Atmosphere is great for a date night and service is always top notch.

1st time visit. Harold was a great waiter ... attentive, but not intrusive. Suggested the Little Italy Sample .. and it was quite good. Wife got a GF cauliflower pizza that she thoroughly enjoyed. Nicely appointed tables and interior made it a pleasurable lunch.

My friends and I went for lunch today for the restaurant week special and had a phenomenal time. Our waiter, although I cannot remember his name, was very attentive and friendly with helping us decide what to order. I did the restaurant week special and got the Arancini ball, Beef short ribs, and German chocolate cake for dessert. Everything was delicious and we had such a good lunch together. Will definitely be back and love this restaurant!

My daughter and I came here for a day date. She had the taste for spaghetti so we made our way here. The food was amazing. The environment is very calm and welcoming. You’ll definitely get the true Italian vibe is this restaurant.

My husband and I popped in for dessert to celebrate our anniversary. (We’ve been here many times before but have always been too full from our delicious meal to partake in any sweets.) Let me just say, we were not disappointed! The crème brûlée and lava cake were absolutely superb. And as always, the service was wonderful. (Special shoutout to our waitress Jilyan!) We can’t wait to come back!

Brought the family on Saturday night. We were seated immediately, and were suprised to have a live singer serenading the dining room with wonderful music. All foods served were cooked to perfection, and arrived hot. Obviously, we were not the only people enjoying our meal, as the atmosphere was electric, but not overwhelming or overly loud. This establishment is definitely on our regular list now, and is gem for Baton Rouge.

Chicken Parmesan: the pasta was fine but the chicken was hard. Lasagna: was normal. Not the best i ever had, but not bad either. The atmosphere was great with live music. The bread was good.

Great save for a personal disaster, so thankful they were open on a Sunday. No reservations needed. Great service with a smile, relaxed atmosphere and a menu with lots of options. The sensation salad okay, but the Linguini Vongole was superb with a very generous portion of clams. Finished with the most light and flavorful tiramisu I've had.

I took my wife here for our anniversary. The vibe is giving a 10! I started with an Old Fashion Peach Whiskey 🔥 and my wife had a Strawberry Lemon Drop cocktail 🔥I'm not mad at the bartender, she don't owe me nothing for the drinks!! I had the Seafood Risotto (needed seasoning BAD) 🤨. My wife hade the Blackened Redfish w/ lump crabmeat 🔥. The 1st time we went the Brussel Sprouts were 🔥 and I really didn't have to apply the dipping sauce. It must have been a different cook the 2nd visit, who fixed them 🤨. Also the Redfish platter fell off on the 2nd visit.

This place has a nice atmosphere and friendly staff. I had a soup, sensation salad and the seafood manicotti. The soup was delicious, but the salad and manicotti were lacking. The manicotti was missing something that I can't quite put my finger on. I would try this place again, but order a different entrée.

Very nice experience in this family owned/operated Italian restaurant. Chef Alfred Kulici opened La Contea in 2017 and created a very welcoming atmosphere in this nice upscale restaurant. The cuisine is very good with excellent and attentive service. The menu consists of traditional Italian dishes as well as steak and seafood. We had Blackened red fish with lump crab hollandaise and traditional Veal Parmigiana. Both were very good and accompanied with a Sensation salad and side of pasta. Excellent and extensive wine list as well as a full service bar.

My Wife and I went for the first time for our 50th Anniversary. Nice quiet low key restaurant, we had blacken shrimp appetizer. Wife ordered ribeye steak she loved it, I had the blacken fish w/Hollanaise sauce and crawfish. Sent it back to fishy for me, replaced with blacken chicken Alfredo sauce noodles, was good. Dessert was better than the meal, overall I would not go back, to expensive for my taste. My Wife said to give 4 stars . We do agree that our waiter Harold was Great, very fine waiter and courteous.

The staff were well dressed well groomed and very professional especially the owner/manager. The prices are reasonable for how fancy the place is. The only thing I had a problem with was their pasta sauces weren't as thick as I'd like it to be. It was kind of watery. The whole experience, other than that one thing, was rather formal. I was told the owner/manager sings old school Italian love songs a couple days a week for the diners but I didn't witness anything like that.

I had a black speck in my water, table cloth was visibly dirty, we didn’t have a candle, and the waiter didn’t tells us about the specials. The bread was Good, sweet tea amazing, your of Italy Good!! the pasta in the middle perfect but chicken of the parmesan can be more season.

I'm here for the Lobster Contea substitute with angle hair pasta, the tiramisu. Love the flavor. I am indifferent to the salad. Maybe the dressing is too much, but it is overbearing. I would suggest focusing on salad and how it is prepared. Other than that, good entrees, drinks and dessert.

We had a lovely time. The food was just wonderful. Our server was a little irritable with us. One of our party was very late arriving. Overall, it was a good experience and we will definitely be back.

La Contea is a hidden gem ! The staff was welcoming, attentive, and very accommodating to my party of 20+ women. I loved the Tour of Italy and it was delicious! A few guests felt the pasta could’ve used a bit more seasoning as their dish was a tad bland, but overall the service and atmosphere were top tier. I would definitely visit again!

2 people, we got 1 cocktail, 1 mocktail, 2 appetizers and 2 entrees and spent right under $150, we were very surprised at the total!! I thought the food was okay. The best thing I ate was the grit cake appetizer, but my fiance absolutely loved his food!

We were still eating salad when waiter tried to take it away .Had to say I am still eating then before finishing entrée he was grabbing the plate while I still had my fork in my hand.Told him I was still eating and that I would like another drink which I never received. When he brought the bills as it was 9 of us , everyone with separate bills. I told him just to forget about the drink as it seems like he did already .Food was good , Atmosphere was nice but felt super rushed. Also had a to go order .

Although there spill when u have concerns and r issues with ur food is (Our Recipes hasn’t changed in yrs) but if they r not executed correctly if they miss a step, add or take away, it can’t mess up a dish) my veal masala no flavor I cooked in too much olive oil my wife Little Italy, Trio, a dish that she has gotten several times was very bland. We love this place. We are going to come back. I just hope they get it together.

First time visiting. Nice atmosphere. Dined for a work holiday dinner party. The staff was very pleasant. Appetizers were delicious, especially the Brussel sprouts and sauce. I selected the lobster ravioli for the main dish. The flavor was okay, but it was a bit salty, and the lobster was overcooked. I was slightly disappointed, but I ordered the cheesecake with caramel and strawberries......IT was the star of the night! I would definitely visit again and try something different, especially the desserts!!

Service was very slow. Waited over 15 minutes to take my order. I had to ask the manager to take my order and bring silverware. Bread was burned. Food was good though.

I hate giving bad reviews, but I'm honest. I was so excited to try this new place that has great reviews. However, I'm extremely disappointed. I made reservations, short wait at front, time to ogle over the dessert tray. I couldn't wait to try one. But more on that in a minute. We were abruptly seated, given menus. Then waited a little bit for our waitress. She walked away with our drink order before I could tell her we wanted an appetizer. She brought water.... walked away again. Wait some more. I finally get my drink. By this time I'm annoyed. The menu doesn't explain what each dish is and she didn't seem interested in explaining it. Luckily I had looked online while waiting and could see what they were. Btw, no customer should have to do this... ever. Either have it on the menu or train the staff to explain or be willing to. We ordered the fried cheese. She at the same time took our dinner order. This worried me... and I was right. We got our salads fairly quickly, which btw isn't included with your meal, its extra. Still waiting on our appetizer, we ate our very bland, wilted almost, Caesar salads. This was def bagged lettuce, or old.

This is usually a very good place, Thursday is even better with the live entertainment. Last night was a big miss for the restaurant, perhaps a new cook?? My wife and I had veal piccata and chicken piccata. The sauce and pasta were the only saving graces. Both veal and chicken were down right tough, lots of chewing. My wife gave up quickly. No, we did not complain to the staff as we had friends who seemed happy with their meal and we did not want to spoil their evening. we shall probably try again but am a bit apprehensive.

Another pseudo-Italian restaurant with non-Italian food invented in the US. Although the name "La Contea" was promising, the syntactic error "Italiano Ristorante" instead of "Ristorante Italiano" let you know that this is not the real deal.

Slow service. Sat for some time before drink orders were taken. I received my wine after finishing my appetizer. The apps were average. The entrees were below average. We received table bread well into our entrees. We never had the option of extra Parmesan offered to our table.

I joined my family for dinner at La Contea on Christmas Eve. While the atmosphere was nice (especially the singer)—and our server was friendly and attentive—the overall experience was disappointing. First—the food simply wasn’t good. The salads weren’t crisp and the dressing lacked flavor; I suspect they’d been premade and been sitting for a while. My calamari appetizer was bland while my carbonara and my father’s alfredo both had a bitter aftertaste. My mom was cut off from drinking her iced tea halfway through the meal because it was after closing time and they’d already dumped it for the night. Also, we were told at around 9:30 that if we wanted to order dessert “you’d better order it now”. Truly an unwelcoming experience. I worked as a server for 10+ years, and I wouldn’t DREAM of telling my table that.

Usually, I always have a pretty good experience when dining at LaContea but have had some issues when ordering for delivery. Yesterday’s delivery was by far the absolute worst one thus far. I ordered the Calamari and Fettuccine. The calamari was hard, rubbery and completely inedible. The calamari tasted old like it had been cooked the day before and warmed up in a microwave the day I ordered my food. I’ve experienced issues too regularly when ordering for delivery which makes me believe they don’t put the same effort and care into the quality and presentation of the food. Very disappointed and displeased with this establishment.

NOT RUTH’s CHRIS!!! Do not order a steak. They gave me a ribeye shaped like a hill, so the temperature in the middle was correct but the rest of the steak (majority of the steak) was overcooked. In addition, the steak had pepper, but no salt. When the manager came out, she was condescending, more concerned about defending her chef and being right, than ensuring I had an enjoyable experience. She said they cut their own steaks. I told her I’d rather not get another one at all, but she said they were preparing it already though she was still in the dining area asking me how I wanted it prepared. I rarely return my plates because I’m selective about where I dine, but this was a night out with the girls, and someone else selected this restaurant. My server was sweet, but the manager ruined my experience altogether.
