Rose & Crown offers a fun, British pub atmosphere in Epcot, with friendly UK cast members. The fish and chips and Shepherd's Pie are popular. Many recommend the fireworks dining package for great views, but be aware the regular menu is limited. Reservations are highly recommended.
Tip: Make a reservation in advance, especially for the fireworks dining package, to secure a good view. Consider ordering fish & chips from the outside stand to enjoy inside.

If you ever come to the Rose & Crown to dine, I highly recommend asking Abbey to be your waitress! The most sweetest server I have ever met. She made us feel so welcomed since it was our first time, telling us such great stories about Epcot’s England area and her life back in the United Kingdom. At the end of the service, she surprised me with a congratulations signed card from everyone working at the restaurant since I was celebrating a new life event! Everything about this was magical, even the food was very good! Definitely recommend coming here more. 💛
My party decided to splurge ourselves and did the Fireworks Dining Package at Rose and Crown and we were not disappointed. We have viewed the fireworks at Epcot from various locations and restaurants around the lagoon and this was by far the best view we have gotten. The food was very good as well. It is a limited menu for the package but did have a variety of foods to try. Everything we ordered was delicious and the service was top notch. They sat us outside on the heated patio for dinner due to the temperatures being cold for Florida but when the fireworks started, they allowed us to move closer to the water for better views.
Fun experience and exciting atmosphere in the dining room, the pub, and the outdoor seating areas. We have dined here, gotten drinks at the pub, and even had a private dessert party here for fireworks. It’s not quite UK authentic food, but it’s still good fish and chips and great dessert. We love the UK pavilion at EPCOT: including Rose and Crown Dining Room and Pub! :)
We went for the fireworks dining package the night after getting engaged in Animal Kingdom. Alex from London was our server for the evening. I don't think I can say enough kind words about her. She was so sweet, helpful, and just an absolute joy to speak to. Both myself and my fiance had both said she's the best server we've ever had in our lives. If you're able On top of this, the team at Rose & Crown went above and beyond to recognize our special day including a paper signed by all the staff which we plan on getting framed. The food and drinks as always, were awesome. We plan on doing the fireworks package again and again now.
Fabulous Fish & Chips. The Shepherds Pie was the best ever. Prices are reasonable for Disney. Great ales all draft. Service quick. Atmosphere comfortable. Live piano player. Worth a try.
We made a fireworks package dinner reservation for a Friday night. It was incredible! It was truly the epitome of what Disney is about! The staff made us feel like family. Every single person we came in contact with at Rose & Crown made our evening magical. Our view of the fireworks was front and center. The food was phenomenal! The drinks were amazing! This restaurant is one of our top favorite disney restaurants of all time! We will definitely be back for a beer!
Rose & Crown does have a limited menu, but what they do have is very good. Recommended to make a reservation in advance, as it does get busy. Inside is very small with limited walking around. Bathrooms are located outside of the restaurant, in the England Pavilion across the path. For the food, the Fish and Chips, Bangers and Mash, and Sheppard Pie were all very tasty. Much larger portions than we were expecting and had enough to share between people.
What to say about the Rose and Crown? It is always a stop for me and or multiple stops when in Epcot - however, I do try to avoid it druing the Food and Wine Festival as it gets packed and, people being people that cannot hold their liquour, it gets a bit too much. Other than that it has nice seating outside which is my favorite for a nice pint or two, with some Fish and Chips to go from the window. Price on the fish and chips is way up, and that is a bummer, but it is still good to satisfy that need for it. Also it is a good place to relax the feet when walking the countries, note that it does get some heavy sun at times and other times it does get a nice breeze off the lake. All in all a good stop.

Order your fish & chips at the outside stand and bring them inside or on the patio to enjoy. You can't order food from the inside bar area. The bar has all of the traditional beers on tap you would expect from a pub in the UK. This is a really fun place to hang out, and if your timing is right, you can catch the piano player in the back of the restaurant. Protip: The patio is an awesome spot to watch Epcot's closing ceremony at night.
Always a favorite with our family. Tonight did not disappoint! Food was amazing as always. Tonight they had Tomato soup which was amazing. Chicken so tender you could cut with a fork. Fried Fish was raved about. Today's fish of the day was a marvelous Salmon. A special shout-out to Bree, Mark and our server Christopher for making our night even more enjoyable.
I loved the atmosphere here. Felt like sitting at a London pub. We asked if we could be seated outside and they accommodated, which is awesome for a party of 6. Dan was one of the best waiters I’ve ever had, very personable and helpful. The potato leek soup was a godsend, I loved every bite. And of course I had to order the fish and chips, which were every bit as good as I expected. They had a few really good beers too. I will definitely return!!
Came for a festive girls meal in the run up to Christmas after a recommendation from a friend and we all had such a lovely time. We were served our food by Bethsy and Chloe who were lovely and so helpful throughout the meal. We had forgot to add one of our meals to our preorder and they were so good at sorting it for us and nothing was too much trouble. Bar staff were smiley and helpful too. Overall a lovely team and could tell they were very busy but still made our experience so enjoyable. Oh and the food was super!!
We had a great experience at Rose and Crown tonight! Our food was delicious and the experience was very memorable. We had amazing service from our server Em. It was our one year anniversary and Em brought us a nice card signed by the entire staff to celebrate and recognize us, which was incredibly sweet! We would definitely recommend for a magical day at Epcot!
Amazing place to eat in good old Epcot. Among the excellent dining choices in this Disney Park, the Rose and Crown has delicious authentic English food. The fish and chips do not disappoint. They accommodate allergies accordingly. Additionally, I highly suggest the freshly brewed iced tea, as it is far superior here than any other restaurant I have visited. Highly satisfactory!
This place has great British pub food. My family shared some of the meat and cheese appetizer meal while I ordered fish and chips. My only complaint is that I wanted more fish and chips. The server was very efficient and helped explain the menu choices to us. If there weren't too many excellent restaurants at Epcot to choose from we would eat here more often.
Great place to eat in Epcot. We got the fish and chips and shepherd's pie and both were really good. Would definitely recommend this place if you're heading to the park. Also a good selection of alcohol is served here. Be sure to check it out!
My husband and I always stop into the pub to get a drink at least twice whenever we visit Epcot. The English pub decor is awesome. I love the dark wood and the coziness. Speaking of small, be aware that since this place is modelled after a traditional English public house, it is not spacious, so it is often packed. Thankfully, that never stops us. We love it so much that we are willing to deal with the crowds.....every time. The barkeeps are super nice and super quick, so expect to be satisfied.
Good English food selection but a little pricey as you would expect at a Disney location. The staff is friendly and the service is quick. There is a good selection of English beer and spirits available there. Nice view of the lagoon if you're sitting outside. The outside seating area is shaded and has fans if it is hot. They have heaters available when the weather is cool. Inside is like an English pub and feels a little crowded to Americans.
We tried everything on this menu and all was amazing! I highly recommend the bangers and mash or the classic fish and chips. Service is very friendly and i would consider this fairly priced for Disney.
Overall a great experience! We made a reservation to eat at Rose & Crown so that we would be finishing our meal in time to watch the fireworks. We sat outside on their back porch which is basically waterfront seating. Our waiter was David, who is the definition of a perfect waiter. He was able to guide us through the menu and help us make decisions on our meals and desserts. Two members of our party ordered the fish and chips, and both said it was the best fish they've had in awhile. As our meal came to an end, David told us not to rush and enjoy the fireworks. I've seen EPCOT's firework show multiple times, and in all honestly, this was the best view I've ever had. I'd strongly recommend giving them a try. They aren't too expensive like other sit-down locations across the park, and if you time it right, you'll have a front row seat to one of Disney's best firework displays. If you have children, I'd recommend bringing ear plugs or earmuffs for them, as it can get fairly loud.
Went for my daughter's 6th birthday. We were seated outside, overlooking the water. Food was great. Staff was wonderful, they kept coming over with stickers or little toys for the kids, or to show them around the restaurant. The best part was that after dinner we were able to stay at our table and watch the fireworks on the water!
Nice air conditioned spot to grab a pint on a hot day. You can stand at the bar or be seated at the table. They have British beers and a full bar for cocktails. You get a true feel of an English pub right in the heart of Epcot. Can't go wrong with a good pint and fish and chips!
Really lovely spot to grab a meal at Epcot, one of our favorites in the park. The English pub atmosphere is fantastic and even sitting outside is really quite nice. The food is always tasty and the service is wonderful. I get something different every time we go and have yet to be disappointed.
Authentic British fare in an enjoyable setting, with helpful, friendly, knowledgeable staff. We're vegetarian, so the visible menu seems a bit limited. HOWEVER, there ARE two vegan options: vegan bangers and mash and vegan fish and chips. Both are excellent, and the latter comes with a side of mushy peas. And yes -- there's malt vinegar for the chips ("fries", for those who call football "soccer").
I throughly enjoyed my meal and my time. Dishes ordered: Welsh Pub Burger, Bangers and Mash and a Shepards Pie. I ate the burger and it was perfection and I'm a burger nut! I love them and I would rank their Welsh Pub Burger as a top tasting one. The flavors were amazing and the Welsh Rarebit sauce was heaven. I've had my fair share of dried out burgers at places but this one was not that at all! I highly recommend their Burger. My husband really liked the bangers and mash. It smelled amazing. Definitely two meals worth the money. And our waiter was awesome!
Loved our meal here. Food was great, just a little limited in options. Atmosphere and service great with a perfect view of the fireworks if you time it right. Book for about 8.00
Don’t sleep on this exquisite Epcot restaurant! We have been park goers for over two decades and have not once stopped at this restaurant. Well, we finally did and totally regret not visiting it sooner! We were charmed by the adorable and authentic English decor, live piano music, and friendly servers. My party got the shepherd’s pie and fish & chips. Both were excellent and although I have never been to England, I can’t help but believe this is about as authentic as it gets (in Orlando, at least!). Next time I’m gonna get dessert!
We were at the Rose and Crown for the Dinner+Fireworks package last week and the food and service were amazing. Our younger daughter had a stomach bug that hit right at the beginning of our meal and our server, Joseph, and the manager went above and beyond to assist in the situation. I’ll say it again…they went ABOVE and BEYOND to help us get through the evening. We decided to leave just before the fireworks because we could tell our daughter needed to get back to the hotel but I’m certain the view from the restaurant would have been spectacular. The staff here really care about their guests and we greatly look forward to returning again in the future.
Passing through England you gotta drop into a pub! Carl, the bartender, greeted us with a few recommendations the locals would have to wet our palettes with; a "golden" and a guiness. So we had a few of those and tried out a bit of the fare (was very pleased with the pub fish and chips). If you're lucky you'll find a few seats come open because it was a hopping and lively place with several people stopping in to get out of the sun and refresh a bit. And oh...ask him to do the glass trick for ya. We won't ruin it with a picture here ;)
Located by the water in World Showcase it is a perfect spot to watch Luminous Fireworks Show. A fixed menu is available for those who want to watch the fireworks show. The food is delicious. Servers are great. We liked Hannah from Lincolnshire so much. She was so cute, so friendly and funny. ❤️❤️
We just had the time of our lives. The server Niamh from Scotland was such a funny Person. She got us the best Food and made us feel at home. Definitely recommend to eat here while being in Epcot. Snack Bite is the drink you should get btw
We were very surprised by how good this place was. We sat outside, since the weather was beautiful. Inside looked like a run down English pub, which is what they're going for. We did the Festival of the Arts dining package, so it was a pre fixe meal, but we could order anything off the menu. Cheese board was excellent. Really good cheeses. My husband loved the Scotch egg. He had a burger and said it was the best burger he's ever had at Disney, and we go constantly. I had the vegan shepherds pie. It was innovative, not the same old thing they always give vegetarians, and protein heavy. The flavors weren't my favorite, but I still really liked it. That's just my personal preference. It was perfectly made. There were a few little service issues, like forgetting drinks, but they weren't a big deal. Our server was really helpful and outgoing.
Service was great here. Our server was friendly and was always checking in on us. The food was delicious. Simple but well done. We ordered the Fish & Chips and Bangers & Mash. Fish was a tad well done but the bangers and mash was perfect. Would highly recommend if you like pub food.
First time dining at Rose and Crown - it was fantastic! We had the Shepard’s Pie; so rich and fluffy. It is a bit loud, however, so be prepared for that. Thanks to Joanne for the friendly service :)
Order your fish & chips at the outside stand and bring them inside or on the patio to enjoy. You can't order food from the inside bar area. The bar has all of the traditional beers on tap you would expect from a pub in the UK. EXCEPTIONAL experience. Craving for some English/UK classic meals and drinks? Look no further. This place offers a little bit of everything. We decided to try the Masala Curry (British style), Fish & Chips, and some British Harp beer. Food was very delicious and authentic tasting. Our server was sweet, friendly, and very courteous. Seating was nice with both indoor and outdoor option. Our wait time was 30 mins without a reservation, so not bad for a Friday night. The entire experience was great and we will be back. Until next time, cheerio!
Let me preface this review by saying we ate here with the fireworks package for Harmonious. If you are just eating inside the restaurant your experience will be different. Our experience included an app, entrée, dessert, and unlimited alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. I got the scotch egg and Shepard's pie. I would highly recommend both of them. Our waiter was also friendly and attentive. The views of the fireworks show was also great! Totally worth it having your own seat and not having to fight people for a spot.
YAY! Fantastic vegan fish and chips. It’s not on the menu, so be sure to ask for it. The Coronation salad is vegan as well… and terrific. The dressing is some type of mustard with sweet curry. If you are in the park and looking for tasty vegan options with great service, Rose and Crown is the spot.
We had a truly wonderful time celebrating the Christmas season while Neil played all the Christmas classic songs on piano. He had the whole restaurant singing along. It was an experience that won’t be forgotten.
The service here is outstanding! The food was perfect, but the dessert was second to none. We had the crumble and the toffee pudding. I can't overstate how delicious the pudding is. Bangers and mash are also a favorite entree here. But most importantly let me share a Disney secret with all future Epcot guests. This restaurant has the most amazing views of the Illuminations show. Seating is located right on the waters edge with unobstructed views of the fireworks and light show. I would highly recommend showing up an hour earlier than your reservation in order to KINDLY request outdoor seating for the show. They will not be able to promise you anything. But if you are patient early and polite, they will do their best to accommodate you. You may have to stand closely by the front desk waiting for your opportunity since waterfront seating with reservations is first come first serve. A wonderful experience!
I love Epcot and I love the World Showcase. I especially love the atmosphere and offerings at Rose and Crown. Plan some time in your visit to drop in this place and have a pint or a cocktail, and don't miss out on the fish and chips. I believe it's the best fish and chips I've ever had. It came out so fresh and hot. Perfectly fried and perfectly tasty. I enjoyed that the golden imperial pub mix pint.
My boyfriend and I purchased the Candlelight dining package so we could see NPH and had a great time. I ordered the cheese plate, the Scottish Salmon and then the sticky toffee pudding for desert, he had the cheese plate with corned beef and cabbage followed by the banofee tart. Everything was delicious and the plating was gorgeous. Next time I'll make a reservation for near the time of the fireworks because most of the seating is in view of the water.
Delicious dinner. The beef in the Shepard's pie (my wife and child ordered it) was the best I've had. The curry (I ordered) was fantastic. Good beer choices. As with all popular Disney spots it's important to have a reservation to avoid a long wait. We have a child with food allergies and on request we had someone come assist us to make sure her meal would be safe.
As far as places to go at Epcot for drinking this is one of my favorites. They have a lot of different kinds of beer. However I feel that you go here either for the lively atmosphere or if they have live music.
We made a reservation for 8:55pm before the fireworks. The were telling us we could go watch fireworks and our table would be ready then. We didn't want to watch the fireworks that's why we made 8:55 so we could be drinking and eating during. They must have wanted a break or something. Because everyone left their tables to watch the fireworks. We almost left. Should have, the salad and food came at the same time. Then once fireworks were over, they were overwhelmed and it was difficult to get refills or whatever. I love Disney and this place but it is what it is. When you pay this much it should be awesome and it wasn't. We stopped out of Disney to get some good food. We'll go there again but not around the fireworks.
We really enjoyed our dinner at the Rose & Crown in the England Showcase at Epcot. I had a traditional Pimm's Cup and my husband had a beer flight. He graciously shared his Guiness with me. Scotch egg for an appetizer and Bangers and Mash and the Fish n Chips as the main course. Our server Ash was very attentive and commended us in our choices. We sat outside and it was not too noisy. Late January visit. We would dine here again.

Chips were very salty! However the fish was amazing (arguably better than that of a UK chip shop) and staff were lovely. However we were seated outside and it was boiling! Inside was quite loud but true to that of a British Pub. Limited menu options but good food!
This was our second time here and honestly, the food was good, drinks were good, service was really awesome. The best part was interacting with the cast from over the pond and having a good time. I docked a star, because Disney GUTTED the menu. There's only like 5 things on the menu when it used to be a legit full-service restaurant. Disney, please bring back some uniqueness and interest, it can't be boring, Americanized stuff all the time.
Shepherd’s pie was slightly salty but had great flavor. Best food item is the fish and chips. Bangers and mash was decent. Had better sticky toffee pudding but the view from the outside dinning area was nice.
This is a great choice for dinner at the United Kingdom Pavilion. We were in the mood for British pub food, and they totally delivered. It was easy to make a reservation through the My Disney Experience App. Checking in online was also a breeze. They'll text you when your table is ready. The restaurant closes after lunch, but reopens again at 4 pm for dinner. Our table was ready in no time. We were seated inside. They do have outdoor seating if desired. Jack was very welcoming, and offered some great suggestions. We were definitely there for the fish & chips. There was malt vinegar on the table ready to be splashed onto the fish. I thought about getting the Snake Bite Imperial Pint, but I was more thirsty than anything. I just needed some water. Maybe next time. The fried fish here is amazing. We were told that the fish served was Hake. There are 3 pieces to a dinner portion. They are huge and tender pieces of fish. I love that they are beer-battered and crispy. They give you plenty of lemon wedges, and a cup of tartar sauce and ketchup for the chips. The tartar sauce was also delicious. I just wish they had a smaller plate option with just 2 pieces of fish. I couldn't eat the 3rd one. The couple next to us was smart by sharing one order. We should have done that. The chips were just okay. It was thick like steak fries. I prefer them to be thinner. Is it authentic? Yes, very close. The only difference is that they don't have the skin on them (which I like). Maybe because I like the plaice & chips better than the cod & chips. My husband said the fish & chips at Rose & Crown were better than the ones in England. They were pretty darn good. I'd totally get it again, but we'll split it next time. We didn't stay for the Sticky Toffee Pudding. We'd already had a flight of caramels earlier that day. I definitely want to try it next time. The service was great! The restaurant was clean. Everything was really good. I highly recommend this restaurant for dinner.
Well-known and well-established restaurant and pub in the UK section of EPCOT. The adjoining pub can get loud and rowdy (in a good way) at times, but it only adds to the atmosphere. Great service. All of the servers are from the UK and seem to love working there. Very friendly! Food was good, but expensive for what you get, no bread or salad included with the entrées. It seems more limited than in years past, but still has the old favorites. The atmosphere has so much potential, but the indoor dining section is too brightly lit. Recommended, but only if you like the menu.
The menu is extremely limited with only 3 options for entrees and an even smaller choices for appetizers. The best item in their menu would be their beers and whiskey. Cast members from the UK always makes a great experience but overalls would not recommend to dine in at Epcot specially having so many better options. Outdoor seating for fireworks show is limited to 3 or 4 tables by the lagoon. Space is small and tables are all placed together quite close so I would not recommend it if you need a striller or accesible mobility device
Beautifully done pub and dining room on the water at Epcot. I truly felt like I was in an old English pub. Beautiful view and heaters for the outdoor seating area in winter. The food was great, and the drinks were fantastic. Highly recommend the various flights so you can try multiple flavors. Vegetarians: there is an Impossible Savory Hot Pot available here with Impossible grounds, seasonal veggies, and piped mashed potatoes on top. Great meal!

Vegetarians: there is an Impossible Savory Hot Pot available here with Impossible grounds, seasonal veggies, and piped mashed potatoes on top. Great meal!
Their food is really good and if you have fish and Chips don't be afraid to try the malt sauce that's on your table. The prices went up and that would have been tolerable however we dropped that much money 💰because it's supposed to be a English Tavern and we came to enjoy their English sounding accent. This was not the case so we were totally disappointed 😔
Nice setting in Epcot. Service was exemplary. As in most Epcot restaurants, choices are limited, but we were able to easily find appealing choices. The salmon was excellent and the fish and chips were very good. Loved the iced tea!
Always love this place great view of the fireworks great food. Had the Innis and Gunn to drink which I believe is going away. I recommend it This trip had the cheese plate which was good but not worth it as an appetizer, get the Scotch eggs instead. Entree we had the fish and chips and Sheppard pie which were both good. Desert was the tart which was surprisingly good.
Great service and atmosphere The food we ordered, fish and chips wasn’t so great. What looked like two large fish portions, was a small fillet with at least 2cm of thick batter in places, this made the taste poor. Chips were ok. Not great value for money and chef needs to improve battering skills.
Very good fish and chips, definitely would recommend. The Sticky Toffee Pudding is really good, only complaint is that the egg in the custard had curdled. But other than that, great food, service, and atmosphere.
We recently dined at Rose & Crown and had a mixed experience. We tried the Savory Impossible Hot Pot, which was well-cooked with beautiful decorative potato swirls, but to our taste lacked seasoning. The portion size was absolutely massive — far too much for one person. It easily could have been shared between two people. A side of gravy and a bit more seasoning would have gone a long way in enhancing the dish’s rather bland flavor. For drinks, the Leaping Leprechaun was fun but tasted strongly of melon candy — very sweet and a bit too sugary for our tastes, though not unpleasant. The highlight of our visit was the wonderful service from our waitress, Shannon, who was incredibly friendly and made great recommendations. There was also a live pianist playing for about 20 minutes, which was a nice touch, though we were hoping for a livelier, pub-style atmosphere. Perhaps that’s reserved for the Pub side or when the dining room is busier. Overall, while we truly appreciate the effort to offer vegan options, we’d likely return for the welcoming service rather than the food.

The menu seems to have never recovered from the pandemic. Many items are still missing and it is extremely limited. Also, The quality of the dishes that they still have has also diminished, particularly the fish and chips. They are still the best place in Epcot to get a pint but unless things improve, I will never dine there again.
On covered patio which is nice. Wouldn't ever want to sit inside in crowded dining area...and they won't let you request outside so we just lucked out. The outdoor dining UNcovered area after 700pm is only for those with dinner pkg, and not just a regular reservation. The fish and chips were disgusting...95 percent weird floury breading with a thin strip of nasty tasting fish if you can find it in there. Bad tartar sauce. Soggy fries. We didn't try anything else so maybe the bangers and mash is good...but yucko on the "fish".
As a British person I have had my fair share of fish and chips, including seaside, homemade and even frozen. The rose and crown is not perfect but its close to home when you are miles away. The food is cooked well and a decent representation of what you could have at home in the UK. The atmosphere is busy and lively, what you would expect of a British pub. If you are feeling home sick and are close to epcot, give this place a try.
Food was good except for the fish and chips . Server and her fellow coworkers were watching the fireworks and did not check on us . We bought the 3 course meal and we never received our desserts until we were walking out the door. We were also charged inappropriately for a child after we were told we wouldn’t be charged for a two year old. She did manage to have it removed after a lot of hoopla.
Drinks great, servers obviously very friendly, and shephards pie was really good. I was really disappointed by the fish and chips, very oily and majority of it was the cakey batter. Chips were ok, still oily though.
My faults with this place are not with the food. It’s with the staff. The staff was rude and unhelpful. Starting with the hostess who refused to give any sort of wait time to sit indoor. I mean nothing, not 5, 15, 30, 60. Nothing. “We just don’t know” is unacceptable. Secondly with the EXTREMELY rude hostess who actually sat us. She sat us in a near empty outdoor patio directly next to another family who had their chairs backed into our table, and when I asked to sit at a different table she essentially yelled at us that this was our assigned table, make due. Our waitress was nice and did a good job keeping our drinks filled and even gave us a cup of water to go. The food was good, and came out quickly.
It's always a struggle to visit Disney parks without a dining reservation, so when I made a last minute decision to visit Epcot with my mom to see the Festival of the Arts, I was pleasantly surprised to be able to snag a table for lunch at the Rose & Crown Dining Room about half an hour before we wanted to eat. When we arrived we waited about 15 minutes to be seated, and we sat at a table outside overlooking the lake (would have been a great view of the fireworks show if we had gone at night). Our server was friendly and prompt, bringing us menus and drinks right away, and he stopped by to see if we needed anything several times throughout the meal. The food here didn't really seem to be anything to write home about, but it didn't take them too long to bring it out, so we were able to eat and get back to the park without a long wait. The prices seemed on par for Disney dining (aka a little too expensive for what you get) on both the food and the drinks. Since it was the middle of a hot day and we wanted to continue to walk around the park, we opted to share an appetizer and an entree so that we didn't get too full. For the appetizer we opted for the House-made English Pasty, which was a chicken and leek filled puff pastry; $13 seemed a high price tag for this dish, but the flavors were definitely there. The chicken and leek filling was creamy, the puff pastry was toasted and gave a nice crunch and the pickled onion and tomato salad that accompanied the dish was tart and crisp. The entree that we ordered was the Bangers and Mash: a traditional English sausage with Colcannon potatoes, roasted mushrooms, caramelized onion jam, and red wine demi. The sausage itself was pretty standard, and the mashed potatoes were too liquidy for my taste, but the real star of the dish was surprisingly the combination of the roasted mushrooms, red wine demi and onion jam. Overall I thought the food at the Rose & Crown Dining Room was good enough to bring me back to try some of their other menu items, especially if I am at the park in time to catch the fireworks from their dining patio. I wish they had more of a "small plates" style menu for lunch, but I'll probably stick to the food kiosks for that when at Epcot in the future.
Pleasant spot to sit down for a reasonable lunch when visiting Epcot. Given it’s Disney, it’s not surprising that the kids menu is quite detailed. Adult meals were reasonable, but certainly a bit on the small side. Service was a bit hit and miss (for example no spoon provided when dessert served) and was very slow at times. I wouldn’t rush back to eat here again.

Had a good burger Today at the Rose and Crown. The other food we had was not very good. The fish was all breading and the shepherds pie was salty and pretty much had no flavor. Also the soup was a total waste, canned soup is far better. Bill with tip for three was 90 dollars without any drinks just water. I have a annual pass and will not return to this place again. I know it's Disney World but atleast be better than Long John Silvers. So sad, skip this place. The fish and chips is 11.50 just outside the restaurant and is far better than the 22 dollars they charge inside.
This place used to be amazing but it has really gone downhill. Having 4 choices for dinner, 2 for appetizers and 2 for dessert? Really? Very lazy. These last few go arounds, the food has been meh. You can get the exact same fish and chips over at the Yorkshire Fish Market next door for half the price. We were automatically seated outside on a boiling hot day when they had just opened. We weren't even asked if we wanted to sit inside. I've never had that happen at a WDW restaurant before. Overall not the best value for your $$ but not the worst.
Reserved a fireworks dining package for our 5 year anniversary on 2/19/25. At $92 per person, it was advertised that we each receive 1 starter, entree, dessert, and UNLIMITED beverages throughout an approximately 90 minute duration. After 5 alcoholic beverages between the 2 of us, we asked for a glass of wine before the fireworks show & were not informed by our server until we asked after the show concluded about that said glass of wine that we were not allowed any more alcoholic beverages because of the duration of time in which we ordered them. There was nothing in the policies listed about any sort of capacity to the number of beverages that we can order and when we were sat down initially we were told in the beginning of dinner that the alcoholic beverages listed were unlimited. This wouldn’t have been an issue if it was clearly stated that there was a limit on beverages ordered. The fact that we had to flag our server down & then get told that we were cutoff without any notice was extremely baffling & we both felt like the experience was not worth the $200 that we paid. For the sake of future misunderstandings, please put something in your policies when booking that states the limit of beverages consumed & stop false advertising ‘unlimited beverages.’
I had a reservation but waited far past a reasonable timeframe, then because I was a solo traveller I was sat in a very awkwars table between two other very loud talking tables. It was difficult to hear what my server was saying so I did have to ask him to repeat, this seemed to upset him. I was left for long periods of time with no beverage and the runners bringing food dropped it and left before I could request anything. My server was Daniel. He smiled but then did nothing more to back up the service. I did not enjoy the experience and while the.food isnt bad it isnt worth the poor treatment. After paying and leaving I did discuss with the manager. She was a lovely lady and said that they would try to do better. But, for now, I rate it a 1/10.
I came to this restaurant to celebrate my birthday, and I had high expectations, but unfortunately, I left feeling very disappointed. The atmosphere was rushed; the waitstaff served us in a hurry. The waitress who attended our table knew we were celebrating two birthdays but didn’t do anything special for us. In fact, she mentioned she would be training a new waiter while serving us, which was quite concerning. 🙄 For a Disney restaurant, the food was of very low quality. I would honestly say it didn’t deserve even one star. The service was quite disheartening as well. The only redeeming aspect of the experience was the pianist, who entertained us with Disney songs. We had also paid an additional fee for a musical show, only to later realize that the show was open to anyone visiting the park. I do not recommend Rose and Crown at all. The price we paid was far too high for the value we received. The worst part is that I made this reservation two months in advance, and it turned out to be one of my most disappointing experiences. 👎🏼

Maybe it was an off night but unfortunately I was less than happy with my meal. Having failed a number of times to get a reservation on past visits to Epcot I really looked forward to having a nice dinner here. My wife ordered the Shepherds Pie while I ordered the fish and chips. The ends of the fish seemed to be fine but the rest of the meal was loaded with grease. Due to the amount of grease the fish itself was mushy and tasteless. When I told our waitress, and showed her the greasy mess on my plate, her reaction was simply a big smile. The Shepherds Pie my wife had was "okay", but nothing that would warrant a return visit. Service overall was just okay. I asked for salt and waited about 8 minutes before finally asking another waitress to get it for me. Perhaps I was expecting too much but if I have to get a bypass in the next few days at least I'll know why.
No lunch service, you have to get it from outside. Overcooked fish, little fries. Good beer. This place has gone downhill and I won't go back. Epcot is decking with it's food options. The lunch menu used to have so many options now it does not exist and you have to get the 1 choice from the outside mobile order van!
This was my first sit down meal at Disney. My husband is English and I lived there for several years. While we didn't expect it to be exactly like living in England, we did expect quality based on the prices charged. The atmosphere was terrible. Lights were bright. No music playing and felt a little dirty. We only had 4 dinner options to choose from. The food came out within minutes, BEFORE our drinks. So it was just sitting back there under warmer lights. It was terrible. The fish and chips was 3/4th batter and the sausage and mash was just bad. We canceled the rest of our sit down meals at other restaurants, for the rest of the week because we were afraid to have the same sort of experience. Definitely not worth the price. Every quick service meal we had was better than our experience at the Rose and Crown.
Greasiest fish I’ve ever seen. Seemed like frozen fish dipped in batter and fried in oil not at temp. Pease were either canned or frozen. Not good.
Two years ago, I wrote a review highly recommending this place. Back then, they served steaks that were amazing, and other dishes that were so well made and tasty that you really couldn't go wrong. We've gone many times before, to enjoy it. Today, July 2019 - I have to totally reverse that. The front counter staff are not downright rude, but certainly not pleasant to deal with. They're short, unhelpful and seem irritated over the simplest question. The Menu has changed, and it's not for the better. Gone are the steaks, and instead you have a representation of the most basic pub food you can get. Now... Pub food can be fantastic, but this sure isn't. The shepherds pie (which is actually a cottage pie) tastes bland and boring. The Masala, which is one of my favorite dishes should be tossed in the sauce, but here it's bone dry chicken with some sauce slathered on top. Making it totally unappetizing. And they serve it in less than 4 minutes. Which means this is just pre-prepped, junk. At a steep overprice. The kids meal, they serve the trifle with the food, Outdoors... in 94 degree weather. Which means the by the time our son had finished his food, the whipped cream had melted down to a runny mess. What's sad is that the service staff is more than aware of how bad this place has slipped. As soon as she understood we had been there often before she started apologizing. So there was no doubt that she knew we were in for a substandard experience. And since they keep pushing food and everything else as fast as they can, you constantly feel like they're trying to push you out the door. Today, the only recommendation I can make is go somewhere else.
