Centertown Market is a popular restaurant known for its flavorful Caribbean-inspired cuisine served family-style. Guests rave about the attentive service, delicious food, and unique atmosphere. The price is considered a good value for a Disney property.
Tip: The restaurant offers vegetarian and vegan options. Consider making BBQ pork sandwiches with the bread and pulled pork.
Great views of the skyliner and caribbean beach alongside some well prepared foods. Tropical flavors of pineapple and citrus are prominent throughout the meal but are not too overwhelming. They have 2 different options of platters to enjoy, one of which is vegetarian. We had the traditional plate which had a selection of well cooked meats, sauces, and sides. Make sure to save some room for the dessert at the end! As with all Disney restaurants, reservations are recommended but we were able to make ours day of earlier that afternoon.
We ate dinner at Sebastian’s Bistro and were delighted. They offered a pre-fixed meal consisting of hot rolls, salad, flank steak, pulled pork, jerk chicken and way more. The quality of the food is very good. Our server, Omar and his helper Eddie were super friendly and very attentive. The pineapple, coconut bread pudding is also amazing. A great place to eat.
Great experience! I have been back because of how good the food is and how amazing the price is for what you get. Three courses of all you can eat i cluding soft drinks and teas for around $40 a person as of November 2025. This is a steal compared to other restaurants on property which can be about that price for one dish. Definitely a go to place for a good dinner and amazing service! If you have the Disney Chase Visa card, you get 10% off dinning here!
Great food served family style. Salad. Grilled steak, grilled fish , baked chicken, pork roast, grilled vegetables. Dinner roll with pineapple butter. And desert, pineapple coconut bread pudding covered in caramel. Plan to leave very full. : )
Wow this definitely a must try spot for vegetarians! I absolutely loved the vegetarian options and they can even do vegan if need be! I could not stop eating. The crab-less crab cakes come with this yellow curry sauce it’s simply heavenly. The impossible meat is so flavorful and the sausage and fried tofu is also full flavored. The sides are delish! Fried plantains, cilantro rice with beans…and my mother loved her meat filled plus fish dish. The desert is a sweet treat as it’s a pineapple bread pudding with caramel sauce and vanilla ice cream I mean what’s not to love right?! Totally worth it here and great price!!!
Our new favorite restaurant in WDW! We loved it so much we went back 2 days later! Excellent service. Delicious food. Everything was fresh and our servers (both nights) kept coming back to ask if we needed more of anything. We were seated before our reservation time both nights and our servers greeted us promptly. Food came fast and spaced out just perfectly. We loved everything about Sebastian’s Bistro and already made another reservation for our Feb trip! A++++. Hidden gem.
Very clean, lovely restaurant. Food was tasty and plentiful since it is served family style, so if you need more of anything yehey will bring out a bunch for the table.
Sebastian's Bistro was a great experience! The food is served family style and is absolutely delicious. Every dish was very flavorful and well prepared. It was such an impressive meal and it really exceeded expectations. The service was also great and we appreciated that we never felt rushed (which can sometimes happen with similar family style menu restaurants). The only small negative was the seating, which was a tad uncomfortable with how your feet rest against the base of the tables. I'd say this is a bit of an underappreciated spot among the Disney World resort restaurants, and would definitely recommend a visit!
Our new favorite restaurant at WDW!!! What an amazing find!!! Our server Cheri was fabulous and super attentive to our needs. Food was delicious beyond words. Lovely ambience; even though tonight was super crowded, everything was great! We had a fab dinner and we’ll def be coming back!
Very comfortable restaurant to dine at. I liked eating here because it’s a very calm and easy going place to eat. I feel that is very self paced. My personal favorite here is the bread and pork. I highly recommend making bbq pork sandwiches with the squishy bread and the amazing pulled pork with their amazing bbq sauce they had.
Being Floridians, DVC members, and annual pass holders, we vacation at the Walt Disney Resort several times each year. On our most recent trip we made reservations at Sebastian’s Bistro. Oh my goodness!!! We loved everything about it. The salad was delicious, the bread amazing, the little Mickey cheese cracker was unbelievable. And all of that before we even received the main course which was also absolutely delicious. It’s all served family style and your server will gladly bring you seconds of anything. Our favorite was the flank steak and the broccolini. But all the meats and veggies were delicious. The pineapple bread pudding with caramel sauce was perfect to end the meal. We also had the white sangria with a rum float. It was very refreshing on a hot Florida day. Sebastian’s tops our must do list now!

All the meats were cooked perfectly and incredibly tender. The guava butter got the rolls is fantastic, and the coconut ice cream with bread pudding & caramel sauce dessert is great. I definitely recommend coming here.
Food was delicious. The chefs have tweaked the recipes slightly. Better than the already great. Service was extremely good. Dan, our server was awesome. Very efficient and personable. Also the general manager was doing a wonderful job of interacting with guests and staff. Great job Disney!

This place is very delicious! It’s kind of a hidden gem, like a Caribbean version of ‘Ohana. The food is fantastic, the staff were so nice and the atmosphere is really elegant. I highly recommend this restaurant!

Sebastian's Bistro is one of my new favorite restaurants at Walt Disney World! Located lakeside at Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort, the restaurant features a fixed-price all-you-care-to-enjoy meal served family style (much like the Polynesian Resort's Ohana Restaurant, for those familiar...). Caribbean style courses include a bread platter, a salad, a sides platter, and a protein platter. Bread pudding is included for dessert. There are also several "enhancements" offered. All the food was absolutely delicious, and the service was excellent. The atmosphere was perfect with subdued lighting and beautiful decor. I look forward to returning soon! Highly recommended!
I eat at a lot of the Disney restaurants and Sebastian’s is very unique. The food was very flavorful and they had a nice variety. The rolls were delicious. For one of the all you can eat restaurants at Disney this is one of the better priced ones too.
Such a cute place, the decorations are gorgeous! I love the unique shape of the dishes, something different from other restaurants on property. The food is incredible!! Our server was the sweetest! She even got my husband’s preferred beer from the bar for us. This was the best service we had this visit. Some people told us they didn’t like this meal when they tried it but you know what, I’m from Texas was food is flavored and this meal was so flavorful and delish, really outstanding and I will eat here every visit from now on! We added the coconut shrimp, cooked to perfection! Good flavor, not overcooked, crispy and great coconut flavor. I don’t know what they do to their rolls but they are thick and dense, not airy, and so, so tender and delicious and go with the spread and butter so well, I’m in love. BEST ROLLS ON PROPERTY! The spread and butter that come with the rolls are so good on the rolls. The Parmesan crisp was warm and flaky - like a warm flaky gourmet cheese-it, just incredible! The salad is so good and light, not a lot of heavy thick dressing, it was very refreshing. I love herbs in my salads like this and added the mint from my mojito and that made it next level. The pork is great, with a smoky taste, a very subtle mojo taste and was so melt in your mouth tender. The steak is seasoned and cooked medium, very flavorful, and fall apart tender. The rice and beans are so good, very flavorful, I think cilantro maybe but even my cilantro hating husband gobbled it up and got seconds so not sure. The broccolini, OMG!, first bite knocked my socks off, it was grilled like the meats and you could smell the smokiness on it before biting it, it was done but still crunchy and so smoky. I am having my husband grill my broccolini from now on, y’all! I’m never going back to steamed or sautéed, with what I know now. There was a cucumber topping with mint in it, I love mint and it was a good accompaniment to the meats. The mango topping/relish was good too. The fish was ok, the chicken I didn’t care for - it was tender and juicy but I didn’t like the flavor and I know I’m weird but I like my chicken more done. The veggies in sauce were flavorful and good but nothing stellar like the above. The bread pudding is ok, I really love the addition if coconut and pineapple but I felt like it didn’t get soaked with custard in the middle good - it was dry and flavorless in some pieces. I might also be comparing it to Ohana’s we had a night before, it was more moist but if this was more moist and served warmer like they do I feel it would knock Ohana’s out of the park. The ice cream and caramel sauce are divine!!!!! We could’ve used a caramel cup for each chunk of our bread pudding to get the ratios right too. In the hallway to the restrooms and in the restroom you could hear Sebastian talking and singing songs, which to a Little Mermaid lover that I am was tear inducing, I grew up watching it on VHS, but I couldn’t hear any of it in the dinning room at all. I would love if they could fix this. I cannot wait to eat here again! This meal was such a great change from the bland Disney food we usually find. I’m still thinking about it and wondering if I can find copy cat recipes to remake this at home until we visit again! Love ❤️ from Texas!
Service was excellent, staff was very attentive and great energy. For $40 per person, the value here is pretty good for eating on property. The salad and bread pudding were great. The rice, plantains, chicken and pork were fine. Nothing really stands out but I recommend if you are in the area.
I had dinner at Sebastian's with my daughter and 3 grandsons and we all loved it! The rolls, salad, gigantic platters of meat and sides were served promptly by a very attentive staff. All delicious! The interior is very pretty and so clean. And the dessert was an amazing end to our meal. And we were able to get seconds! Highly recommend.
Sebastian's is exceptionally good. The quality of food was top-notch, and two of our party claimed the coconut/pineapple bread pudding to be the best dessert they had ever eaten! Service (Laura in this case) was friendly and efficient. Ambiance is casual but effortlessly classical. Just keep in mind you WILL need a reservation, and this is a family style buffet where the food (as much as you want) is delivered to your table from the limited and set menu. All the negative reviews seem to be caused by ignorance of these two facts. Sebastian's reputation is well deserved!
Surprisingly all the meat lovers items tasted great. There was nothing I didn't like. Service from Thomas and Eddie was awesome, they took care of everything the way we wanted it. Amazing service from both of them. Price was very reasonable and love the atmosphere. We had a late dinner so we was also able to see the fireworks from Epcot. Absolutely great place to dine at when staying on a Disney property. 10 stars!!

It's Disney so it pretty good. $39 a seat. The fare is excellent. Steak, pulled pork, chicken, blackened, I think. The service was excellent and the server returned often. Because it was a party of six, the auto tacked on an 18% gratuity. I usually do higher but I won't argue with the Disney gods of service. LOL.
The salad was simple and not really lack luster. The key lime vinaigrette was a little too light. The bread service was delicious...as the accutraments were amazing! The meat platter, well everything was well done and delicious. The bread pudding was good, but O'hanas is better.
Nice diversion from ordinary food. The prix fix menu gave a wide variety of options to try. We added the coconut shrimp which were excellent and only $10. The bread service with guava butter and salad with key lime dressing were outstanding. The entrees and sides were all quite good, with a nice Caribbean flair. The flank steak was nicely charred, but not particularly tender, the pulled pork was excellent, the citrus chicken subtle, the cod good but not notable. My wife is not an adventurous eater, and she left satisfied, though many items were not to her taste. Dinner finished with coconut-pineapple bread pudding with ice cream. Loved that.

Overall it was okay. Service was friendly but we felt it took a little long for the food to come out. The bread and salad was really good. The guava butter was unique. The salad was refreshing. I was most disappointed in the entrees. The steak was good. The chicken was okay. The fish was bland. The pulled pork was boring and unappetizing. Decided to try this restaurant due to annual passholder discount but won’t be returning.

I hate giving this place such poor reviews but it’s just not good food. Family style dining so you get what you get. Good vegetarian options. Bread and salad were decent (found a small plastic lid in my salad) but the meat was horrible. Fish and chicken was so dry it was hard to finish but I NEVER waste food. Beef was the best part and that just ok. Dessert was amazing. Thankfully we had the DDP so I didn’t feel I was getting ripped off for the price. Come at sunset, it was beautiful! The staff were amazing. Make a reservation.
