The first time I came here my pizza was overcooked, crispy, and burned. Everytime after my order has been nice and fresh except they always forget to add pineapple and still overcook the breadsticks. Aside from all that it's very clean, with excellent, friendly, and professional employees.

Fast and easy if you just want pepperoni pizza, otherwise it takes 20 minutes to get any other pizza. Love the taste of their crust though - it's outstanding.

I don’t understand why this location won’t fully cook their pizzas. I even asked for well done this time hoping that would get them to cook the pizza a bit longer, but nope!! Unmelted cheese underneath the top layer, and floppy crust. I recommend any other Little Ceasar’s location. This is the only one I seem to have this problem with. Super frustrating.

Pay full price for a poor prepared pizza ? These guys at this little caesars are really cheap, the dough tastes like a few days old, barely any sauce on the pizza and when you pick it up, their attitude is like they are making you a favor in selling a pizza.... If I pay full price, make a pizza out of same day dough and put sauce in it, not coming g back here.

I called for 5 min straight and noone answered. Goal was to order fresh cuz it takes 15 min to make crazy bread. I arrive & 5 different employees challenge me, look at my phone for proof, confirm I called the correct number, and have me call 2 more times. They argue with me for 7 min, they touch the crazy bread w/ bare hands & ask me to check to see if the oldbread is good enough & try to sell that manhandled bread for FULL price. They refuse to give me a mgr name & number & suggest I spend my gas to come back in hopes mgr is there tomorrow. They refused to give me any of their staff names and they refused to explain any sort of way for me to complain. All they did was insult my phone and claim. It was my phone's error and giggle/laugh at me/the situation. These are a tragic group of unprofessional people who touch your food w/ bare hands. I have video of these jokers. Are you scared of a complaint? Probably you are because you're yelp, shows a pitifully low # of stars. Now I know so I can goes elsewhere.

Service was good, but if the food quality doesn't meet your expectations, then it doesn't matter. Freaking crazy bread got more pricey, and we didn't expect it to be stale. My kids kept complaining how hard it was. We bought two bags, they were cold, hard and stale. We won't be coming back to this location. If you want customers to return, don't recycle yesterday's old crazy bread.

I was rushed off the phone, they never took my number or my name, just said 20 minutes. I wasn’t even done ordering! So I go to the site to order more food, planning on feeding the family at home and I get out enough to order some crazy bread and before I can get wings or a soda they’re heading in the back. To do what? Who knows. Dude was back at the counter 3 seconds later asking me if I wanted to ring out now. Not pleased with the lack of service. Can you let your customers finish ordering before you decide to finish it for them? You lost out on money today folks, just sayin.

I emailed and contacted little Caesars online and still haven't received a call or email back. Don't order from their app, don't trust this place.

I tried to order my son food from little Cesars and called them in Willow passrd and BIley rd. In Bay Point. They freakn denied me service online and by phone. Will not ever buy pizza there again.
