Ultra popular place for families to go. Great open area seating. Ordering in the app, tracking how close I was to make the meals hot, and having the order ready was nice. No issues, very clean too.
I have been going to this McDonald's for 4 years now and it's always been great! Highly efficient and friendly staff, but specific shout out to Kimberly: she is always friendly and is always smiling. Even with the fast paced environment, she is always warm and welcoming and her friendliness just stands out compared to anyone one else I've encountered at any McDonald's. She is the best and deserves a raise and a promotion! There are a couple others who are really great but unfortunately I don't know their names. One tip: I always order online and use the code at the drive thru, so much faster and better experience. Never had my order messed up for the 4 years I've been going and I go there pretty frequently.

Chicken not even cooked
For some reason have to check your order even though I ordered two mc double burger meals which are supposed to come with fries, nuggets and a Coke. Somehow they gave me the dips with no nuggets in either meal. Like how do you forget all of the chicken nuggets? Very disappointed this should not have happened
Was irritated because Mobil app was not uploading my order & was told that I needed to pull up, park & wait till "code" came thru. When it FINALLY did, I went INSIDE showed them my code & was told by girl in front that she could NOT find code in system. I said well it shows right there on my app! Then she asked another employee & he told me that voice codes were to be "given in drive-thru". I said "well do I need to go thru the drive-thru or what?" He said "I just need to confirm your order". What a pain! 😡
I ordered the food online. It accepted and took my money then when I went to McDonald’s workers over there there was a literally a woman in the drive-through I tried to tell her I already l ordered the food she’s still ignored. I’ll give it absolute zero star because the app was saying that it was open and make me drive all the way to the McDonald’s
This review is mainly for the toys they offer. I asked if they can give the special toys that are already done with the promotion, however they do still have the toys in stock. I asked if they can still sell them since it is collectable and are still available in stock. The employee was nice to check with the manager, but the manager refused to give them because they have the new promo. But in all other McDonalds they check and give them anyway. Why only this location refuse to sell them? And as for the manager, why give such a bad fit about it? Isn't it customer service is a good big deal? Also, I just ordered large french fries which should take only 2-5minutes long for wait time... and it is pass my 5 minute wait and I am still standing here while I am finishing this review.
Patricia the manager had me all the way messed up. They are extremely unprofessional I had placed a mobile order and paid for it when I got to the window they asked for my code they tried to play dumb like there was no code for the mobile order and refused to give me my food. Now I asked for the manager and Patricia very rude customer service said there is nothing they can do and they can’t make my food unless I pay again I already paid on the app kept telling me mobile service down very bad service
I had a mobile order and didn’t get a receipt at the payment window. When I went to the pickup window , the employee said I don’t have any order with that code. I even showed the phone to the manager on duty… it had date and time of order and the correct store. They were in denial, saying there’s no such order. Please have the managers and the employees better trained here.
I’ve been a loyal customer of this particular McDonald’s since I was 17 years old. Now at 27, I’ve had mostly good experiences. …except for one issue that keeps coming up with a specific manager. Unfortunately, this particular manager seems to have a personal issue with me from years ago. Each time I come in, she refers to me in Spanish in a derogatory way, as if I wouldn’t understand her. While the rest of the staff is always super friendly, on this occasion (September 19, 2025, around 9:29 PM), both Latina managers on duty were extremely rude. I even have a video recording of them telling me I had to return the incorrect food after I had already left the premises and come back. They took back the wrong order and just handed it off to another customer, which is a concerning practice. I’m sharing this publicly because I hope management can address this. I’d love to continue being a happy customer without feeling singled out or disrespected.
JUST WENT TO MCDonals on Baily Rd, in Bay Point. Only ordered 2 things a 20 piece nuggets and and a milk. Got home and the Milk was not in the bag. Tried to call them and it's been busy for 20 minutes. Probably people calling to complain.
How can you mess a plain cheeseburger so many times. I’ve given this place 3 chances to not mess up my order and to my surprise they’ve messed it up 4x. Worse part is I only order through their app so how you miss this detail is beyond me. I don’t go out my way to leave negative reviews I hope this comes across the right individuals who can do something about this or to encourage others to eat somewhere else. To resolve my issue I tried calling the store and when they picked up and I explained to them my issues the scolded me by telling me I have to return tot he store to show them my burger like they didn’t just make it themselves. Then as I tried to explain to them that I was unable to go in person because I was in my 15 minute break, they placed me on hold and the line disconnected. Call 3 more times until they finally picked up, and did the same thing as soon I asked to speak to the manager in charge. They said okay hold on give me on second and hung up again. I waited 5 minutes asked for the manager and was told no manager was on site which is a bold face lie. I asked to speak to the individual in charge and they gave me a name. If it’s the genuine name of the manager. Thank you for coming to my TedTalk, screw this mcds location.
I juat ordered from your app and it says WL53 and was supposed to pick up at Bailey Road, Bay Point, CA. I redeemed 6,000 and chose a Happy Meal. Now when we mentioned the code in the Drive Thru, the guy said he cant find the code. We drove through the first window and the cashier said that he still couldn't find the code and so he advised us to go to the second window and look for the manager. So we drove through the second window and we were looking for the supervisor or manager and so the 3rd guy said that we must go through the whole drive-thru process again and we said that the 2nd guy said to go to the second window and talk to the manager and so that guy said that we just go down and talk to the manager. I went down and talked to the manager and said that the code wouldn't reflect our order and so I think I know what went wrong because the email receipt confirmed that the pickup was at the Pleasant Hill branch but it's clear in the app that I showed the manager that the pickup was at Bailey Road and so they said to cancel the order. There was another girl, she said to cancel the order and I was like, what if that's my last money? How can I place an order again? So really bad feedback for not just McDonald's Bailey Road but the rest of McDonald's because of your system bug. I’m redeeming a Happy Meal. It's for my son. It's his last day of school and I'm going through a lot because I have not been allowed to work for almost a month now and so redeeming it was sort of like a win for me and a win for my son but no, you made it too bad McDonald's just because of your system glitch and I really have been loyal with you ever since. You really failed me and my son. You failed my family and so now, I'm just going to wait for the refund within 1 to 7 days. I find it really unfair. It's not my fault. There was even no apology from the branch itself. McDonald's Bailey Road sucks! No assistance or empathy from the crew/manager. All they cared about was making money I guess but not really customer service oriented.
Horrible with DoorDash/uber eats orders. Takes a long time to receive the order unless it was reserved before time which effects a drivers rate. They showed no concern because it doesn’t effect the restaurant
PLEASE BE AWARE!!!!! They served me and my family raw undercooked chicken. We ordered spicy chicken sandwiches and after biting into it and realizing how mushy the texture was.. we looked and realized it was still raw. I will be escalating this after but want the general public to know before ordering at this specific location.
