The guy on the drive thru taking the order was lost did not know what he was doing. I give him my app order number and he tells me that, that number was for points only I told him no it's for my order that I had paid. So he asked me for the number again and left me at the microphone for at least 5 to 10 minutes. He comes back and tells me oh you still there? I said yes you haven't told if you got my order. Then he said yes go on. The quarter pounder buns were burnt and the meat was burnt and hard. Worst experience ever.
They always sound so mad on the drive thru speaker, I just want food 😭
The food was nice but I ordered a happy meal for my daughter expecting a Hello Kitty toy but instead got a Sonic The Hedgehog toy which really upset her and also added a random honey mustard we didn’t order that.☹️

Night time female manager has an attitude and tossed my kids happy meal in the back after she forgot to give it to me w the rest if my order. The dudes upfront who helped w my order were wonderful but that night time lady manager, she ain't it and she talked w an attitude whole time. Sad that the staff is picking up her slack.

I think this is the stingiest McDonald's I've ever ordered from. The constantly forget sauce and it doesn't matter how manny daises you add to your cart the will deliberately not give it to you.

Hands-down the worst McDonald’s on Long Island. Food tastes like it’s been sitting under a heat lamp since yesterday—fries soggy, burgers dry, everything just… off. Every time I eat here I end up sick for hours. And the wait? Brutal. Avoid this place unless you love wasting time and feeling gross

Came to pick up a mobil order, went to drive up window with no customers present and told them who the order was for. Was asked to go inside.went inside where i was made to wait another 7 minutes. then finally the meatball in charge, with no other customers still, comes and asks for the name that she was already given. Then says they cant make the order because it is a lunch item. This could have been taken care of at the drive thru window in 10 seconds but instead she dragged it out to over a 10 minute process. Its no wonder this mcdonalds has a 3.9 rating with a waste of space like that in charge.
This Place Gave Me FOOD POISONING! I went for a late night snack wrap + 1/4 pounder snack and I’ve been paying the price since. Something I consumed gave me serious enough food poisoning to consider going to the hospital over. Avoid this location especially at night!

The spanish lady w glasses and terrible hair snd nasty attitude needs to be taught how to talk to customers. I’ve never been treated with so much disrespect at a fast food place all over a simple vanilla cone I redeemed with my points. I placed a mobile order for this exact location (which I come to all the time since I live next block), gave them the code at the drive-thru, and was immediately told “that’s not for this location.” I was confused, because my phone clearly showed that it was. They asked me to pull forward, took my phone, and checked it themselves. At paying window I was aksed to move forward and when I get there, guess what they started investigation again. The three employees acted like I was trying to scam them for a 4$ cone LOLL! This was so humiliating in-fact straight up harassment. Like, if you already saw my phone at the first window, why wouldn’t you communicate that with your team or a manager instead of criminalizing me a second time? Over a $4 cone! Pathetic. Y’all need serious training on how to treat customers like human beings. Thanks for ruining my day!
If I could give 0 I would!!! The managers or people in charge need to do a better job training their staff. 80% of the time they always mess up my order, and when confronted they blame it on me for not reading and confirming my order, after I specifically told them what I wanted. Not only that but sometimes I’ve gotten home and when open the bag I found something different than what I ordered. TERRIBLE SERVICE!
Poor customer service! They have the AC on high when its cold outside. I asked them kindly if they can please turn it down or off and they said no. To cold to enjoy my food here. This is terrible!!!

Happy meals and you people forgot The burger Meat the audacity to give me two buns and only cheese in the burger are you kidding me and both happy meals just the buns and cheese who does that Ordered again this morning today date 4-21-25 forgot my whole breakfast with hot cakes called to speak to manager and a person who can't even speak correctly English answered awful service who ever owns this mcdonalds or is managing it start doing the work with those workers bc they literally dont care and are so rude I went to this mcdonalds again and the workers wow very rude honestly don't like your job then quit I was picking up a mobile order easier and faster and I said to her I ordered drizzled chocolate and whip cream she rudely said that doesn't say that on the order and I said ok whatever she didn't even offer to say we can add it for the charge of course which is fine I would pay but no the rudeness on the workers tone of voice and face honestly rude the only reason I still come here is because it's close to my house but the workers wow really rude 6-4-25
What an awful experience. We ordered our office breakfast from this location and will NEVER go back here again. Management was rude, we ordered 30 sandwiches and all 8 of the sausage mcmuffins were left out AND all of the sausage mcgriddles had NO SAUSAGE!! Rude, careless and almost feels intentional. Its sad that no one has pride in what they do or the service they provide.
I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with a recurring issue I have experienced at your drive-thru location. On multiple occasions, including today, I have placed a simple order—often for just one item, such as a hash brown—only to be asked to pull over and wait in a designated parking area, despite there being no other vehicles in line. This practice has become extremely frustrating, as it appears to be routine. Regardless of how small the order is or how empty the drive-thru may be, staff consistently ask customers to wait in parking spots, delaying service and creating unnecessary congestion. It seems to be a standard procedure rather than an occasional necessity. To make matters worse, staff are often seen chatting and laughing inside rather than focusing on timely service. Today, I respectfully declined to move and stated that I would wait at the window for my food. I was told I was not allowed to do so, to which I responded that I had every right to wait for my order at the window. I remained there until my order was ready. This approach to customer service is not only inconvenient but also potentially unsafe. Asking customers to exit the drive-thru line and park on a busy street like Spur—rather than Fifth Avenue—adds unnecessary risk and disrupts the flow of traffic. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and that corrective measures are put in place to improve efficiency and ensure a safer, more customer-friendly experience. I appreciate your time and attention to this matter.
It is always hit or miss with this location, sometimes, you will get something really good, others really bad. I can't even be bothered to give it a one star due to how inconsistent the quality of the food can be. I can tolerate mistakes, mishaps, and other tiny little issues, the thing is, it is baffling how many times my order is messed up. Frequently I would order something on the off chance that I do visit this location, and I would always have at least one thing wrong in my order without fail.If you are looking for a McDonald's hoping for consistency, do not visit this location, everything aside from the store is what it seems, staff can be nice, ordering is nice and easy with them, but the quality, as stated earlier, is hit or miss. Also, nice going with the spicy sauce on the spicy crispy chicken ;3
