Awesome staff. I was just in there and had to have a drink remade because of my own mistake in not asking specifically for sugar free. They were So Nice about it, and we made my sons teachers day!

I’m highly sensitive to caffeine, so after I placed my order for a decaf caramel macchiato on Uber eats I called to just reconfirm it was made decaf which they nicely reassured me it would be. When I got my order it said “I promise it’s decaf :)” and that just made me smile! Such small acts of kindness can really make someone’s day! You guys are awesome, thank you to the nice barista who made my drink and took an extra strep to reassure me it was decaf!
It's a Starbucks BUT what makes this one stand out is the people who are there to take care of you. We were greeted with a big smile and taken care of immediately. The coffee and food were ready in a few minutes and they were both delicious. As we were leaving, we were told goodbye by at lest two people with great, big smiles. It was a truly beautiful experience. Thank you Bayport Starbucks... nice job.
Very delicious drink! Made by barista Kate. She was so cheerful and happy, she made my day better and my drink! She knows how to put a smile on my face every time I come in. I usually order something different every time and it always turns out delicious! Will always come again. The bathrooms are disgusting tbh, poop always all over the floor…like someone played in it. Anyways, yay!!
Could have not encountered the most nicest barista I wished I lived closer to this location they are the entire gem to this store. I wish they had a name tag so they could know how much their service meant to me. Amazing barista ever!!!!
Absolutely love this location. All of the girls in the morning are so pleasant and make it a fun atmosphere to get my coffee in. The manager is sweet as well and always goes out of her way to make sure I leave happy.
Edited to update: they have settled in well and I have seen some of the former baristas back behind the counter. Feels like home again....except the seating really stinks! And the chairs scrape the floor in an awfully loud volume! I think it's a corporate thing though...I doubt the individual locations pick these chairs. No comfy couch type chairs anymore and that weird community table in the center. *First time visiting since they reopened (after a remodel) and I am so disappointed!!!! Where are our local baristas??????? Who are these people? I'm sorry but the former baristas were like local family! And the layout of the store is terrible-where are you supposed to form a line?! Around the community table? In front of the register, to the left or to the right? Who knows! They didn't have the sandwich I ordered so I got the price equivalent of a similar one which when I got it, looked pretty awful (cafeteria like, tasted fine). Many news articles stated that Starbucks is putting sugar and milk/creamer out for customers to use but NOPE not at this location. We are subject to waiting for the baristas to do it. Oh well, so much for progress! The last other thing I will comment on is that one baristas had a mask on - this alarmed me because he or she was also wearing glasses and I couldn't see if they were sick. I live with someone undergoing chemo, I would really hope that the manager (who I clearly saw working behind the counter) would not have allowed someone sick to be handling food and beverages. I do not need flu germs and a coffee to go. Please be more conscious of the local community you are working in.
I love the staff here! Always polite and friendly even when serving the occasional rude customer!! Marissa is always so friendly and efficient with a big smile! Thank you for the wonderful service, and for the “pup” cups for my Goldens!

I walked into the store and the barista asked if I made an order for pick up, I did not. I got told to go to the front of the store and order. I ordered and my order was placed in the pick up orders and forgotten about. 20 minutes later I was notified of the confusion and handed a cooled latte. When I wished the barista a happy new year she Ignored me.******** i do want to say the Lady on register was very sweet and helpful.****

This Starbucks- STAY FAR AWAY! They have the longest waits- subpar beverages...
I wish the Sayville Starbucks on Main Street was still open. Bayport takes a long time and just talk to each other most of the time. One time i got my drinks really fast on on time, only because the previous workers from Sayville were working that day.
This afternoon I entered the Bayport location and tried to pay for a coffee with my app. WIFI was down and I could not access my account. A middle-aged barista stood there and offered no assistance and allowed me to walk out of the store empty handed. After being a Starbucks customer for years ordering across the USA and oversees, she never offered me a coffee knowing this. I would have gladly returned to pay her. Poor customer service. Had to travel all the way to West Sayville to get a lousy coffee. Never once have I been treated poorly by any Starbucks employee. A first and a disappointment. She obviously did not attend the same training as all the baristas I have had the privilege of meeting over the years.
The manager was extremely rude, when I called to confirm my door dash order. I ordered a plain croissant with an americano and I requested that the croissanot be heated and to leave it in the original packaging. When I called to confirm the order the manger refused to remake it, even when I was trying to explain that I have an extremely weak immune system ( I have health issues) and specifically requested for Starbucks to leave the croissant in the plastic wrapping. I only received $1 back when I paid $ 10 because manager refused to remake it the right way. Extremely bad service,
