Wow. What great customer service by the manager Erica. She was very pleasant and friendly. McDonald made an amazing choice in having a person like her as a manager. Truly takes pride in her work.
This has been long time coming as I have gone to this location for over 20 yrs. But I have to say the staff is always friendly, they always get the orders right. And especially in one of the most difficult of times with COVID. They continue to be consistent, I’m in this area 3x-4x weekly. And it’s 20 mins drive from area and I would rather drive and buy from this location vs. the one in my area!
Probably one of the best McDonald's I've been to food is always fresh they always get my order correct the wait time is pretty decent at all hours friendly staff.

Impulsive stop for two $3.50 bundles. Two story location with large picture windows makes upstairs dining a treat. Quick accurate service, always clean. In and out took three minutes.Four item bkfst order delivered under three minutes.

I have noticed a decline in quality of service so will only go here if it's last resort or very late. This particular visit was a pleasant surprise so 5 stars. The person at the window was also very polite.
We've repeatedly had issues at this branch with receiving outdated toys in our Happy Meals. It's disappointing for the kids to open the box and find a toy that doesn't match the one advertised. Last week, we ordered the Minecraft Happy Meal but received Sonic and Minions toys instead. This week, we ordered the Squishmallows Happy Meal and were given a Minions toy again—specifically the same Minion (Dave) as before. When we asked to exchange it last time, we were told that was all they had. We saw someone got the Minecraft toy and asked to exchange again. Then one of the staff exchanged for us. This week same thing happens and we asked for exchange again, they said the same thing "that's the only toy they have". It's very frustrating and feels misleading when the toys don’t match what’s promoted. We hope this issue can be addressed to improve future experiences.
My husband and I often use this drive-thru, and every time we come, the staff are always incredibly friendly and efficient. This has been my "go-to" location for McDonald's cravings lately. Food has always been fresh and well prepared. They have missed special requests on a few occasions however but, hasn't been a deal breaker. This particular location is right off the Clearview Expressway @ Northern Boulevard and it tends to get a bit crowded sometimes. The parking lot fills and the drive-thru line has been fairly long but staff here does a commendable job. Kudos. - 4/5 ⭐️
I keep saying this but nobody listens McDonald's is McDonald's the only sad thing that's happening lately is not a lot of people are getting on board the fast food jobs so he getting a lot of inexperienced very young people taking the positions and quite frankly they really don't know what they're doing I ordered the coffee I told him I wanted it just with sugar no milk what did I get milk and no sugar so it's obvious they don't know what they're doing if you can't even order a cup of coffee and they can't get it right and unfortunately it's all about McDonald's not actually looking for quality people they're taking anybody that wants a job because quite frankly nobody wants the menial test jobs anymore so I can expect this and you can expect this along all the places where you have a line of cars waiting to get the fast food right now fast food is not so fast fast food is slow you'll wait on a call line 15 to 20 minutes guaranteed and when you get your food you better look in the bag because it might not be yours have a good day
Food quality is actually better than most of the McDonald's I've been to. Just make sure you pick up from here, don't order for delivery. There are always items missing. Overall, not bad at all.
The food is always good when you need something on the go. It is not the same atmosphere from years ago. It seems like a they have went from a family kid friendly fast food place to a bland generic more expensive fast food place. The food is still great but the cost of a meal you can get a lunch special from your corner Chinese food restaurant.

Clean, busy, 24 hours. This McDonald's is well run. Busy most of the time. Only once did they have issues during a busy lunch, but I feel that was an exception. The fries tend to be on the lightly salted side, but you can always add. The big Macs and quarter pounders were good.

The service is standard, we order, they make food and pass to us. It is clean, that's a big plus. But the food itself is a little bit disappointed. The burger size is very small, and the beef patties are super thin which definitely does not looj like what was shown on their kiosk. The fries is not that crispy. Waiting time is a bit long even there were only 2 customers in front of me. Not worth the money that has been spent for sure.😑

The place is as busy as it get. Drive through took so long. Didn't even have the apple pies that I wanted. But when I ordered they didn't tell me. I was only told it's gone AFTER I paid. I was already in the line and don't want to make a fuss about it so I just took the alternative. Annoying experience.
I purchased 2 breakfast meals this morning and when I got home my 2 hash browns were stale and hard and we ,therefore, had to throw them away! :( We have never had a problem like this in all the years we have been customers but it was very disturbing. Normally, we enjoy Mc Donald's breakfast but I ask you to please be more careful in the future! Thank you.
Mc Donalds is NOT what it used to be, the food no longer has its taste, the fries are not what they used to be, specially the Mc ribs, Big Max, Chicken Nuggets, coke is to much syrup it's like they want you to get obsessed and sick, I remember millions and millions served...the hambuggler among other characters all gone...very sad to see Mc Deees not the same
Had a bad case of diarrhea lasting days after cheeseburger and ice cream. Did someone forgot to wash their hands? Its great to have dine in open now. The fries are not crispy today. I do appreciate they didn't fill soda with too much ice, but I don't see a soda fountain at this location like other McDonald's.
Didn't expect too much anyway, late on a Saturday night. We used the kiosks, didn't appreciate that our usual deals available were lacking. Service was very fast though! The bathroom was horrific. Liquid on all surfaces (toilet, floor, sink). I felt bad for anyone needing to sit. Overall it was a quick trip to McDonald's to feed the kids on the way home.

Very busy but service is good. Wouldn't recommend the drive-thru. Better to come in and order or use the app. Parking lot is always full. Just an update. Still very busy and they left out items in my order on this visit. Was missing a sandwich and didn't get any sauce for my nuggets. Probably should have checked my order before I left but obviously, if they make mistakes like this, they're not capable of handling the volume. Recommend going to another store during high volume. The volume was similar to the lunch crowd in the Manhattan franchises during lunch but I never got short changed like this.
This morning I went to the drive through and was not greeted and instead the person on speaker just preceded to ask me what I wanted , what ever happened to “Welcome to McDonalds how may I help you “ also the person didn’t even repeat my order because upon going to the second window I got hot coffee when I specifically said iced coffee. Then when I got my iced coffee the person at window forgot to give me my food and to top it off there was no napkins. Very disappointed, this used to be a great place to come to .
As I was driving eating the fries I had to spit it out and discovered plastic within chewing the fries!! I go out of my way to go to this McDonalds even though there are closer ones. I also called them and they did not answer. This is totally not acceptable at all, my children and I could had choked on the plastic. It’s not like I ordered also one thing I got multiple things.

This restaurant has to be one of the most unprofessional McDonald’s I’ve ever went to. They shut down the registers at 2am then say after waiting in the drive through for 25 min, “We’re only doing Uber eats” I thought it said they close at 3:30am? It’s just a big no for me. I went there today at 4:10pm and ordered 1 large coffee. I was standing there waiting for my coffee and there was so many people ordering and leaving with their food. I waited for 12 minutes for my coffee and when I asked the worker named Jim, he was so rude and he ignored my question and acted busy. I am upset because he didn’t reply to me or apologize for his behavior. He was so unprofessional that I am taking my time out for this review. I am still very upset. This place is the most disorganized McDonald's in the history of the chain. I ordered a six piece and a 4 piece mcnugget... they put it in a 10 piece box. The orders were for two people ??? Then none of the three sodas purchased were Marked...i ordered diet. They gave me regular....not the first time with this place. They did get my no ketchup request correct. This place is terrible.
There is a staff member who ignores me in line to order and just takes the order of someone else who was cut line. She clearly saw me waiting, but instead of saying sorry, she ignored me and said she didn't see me. All I did was wait in line, but I don't know what I did wrong to cause her to treat me like that. It's not that my order was pushed back, but the staff's attitude was disgraceful. Please be careful. Obviously, that employee might ignore you too. The burgers are not as tasty as other branches, I feel ignored, I feel bad, and I won't go there anymore. I won't let my kids go there, and I want to tell other people not to go there either. Looking at the reviews, there were a lot of complaints, but if they are this unfriendly, this place will definitely not last long.
I was ordering 28 double cheeseburgers per week, 112 per month, 14 twice per week for several months for my private club, last night i ordered they did not put onions on my burgers, tonight i returned for 14 more and made a complaint for the missing onions from the night before, and again they gave me no onions, i returned the items and they only added onions to 6 of the 14 double cheese burgers! Stay away from this shady location as i will be taking my business to the willets point location!!

My daughter ask blue color crocs toy shoes my daughter wants to collect it. She paid (3dollars)and got it as soon as she got it open it but that wasnt blue. She got one already she had it. So ask them change to other one but thats all they have it they said, even my daughter asked certain color already and asked them money back but they said no not even sorry just take it .Terrible how they take 9years old girls money even they dont have color and even no money back ! Manager said already touch it, no money back ! Its not about money ! Horrible attitude ! My daughter and all little children is your future customer ! Terrible attitude even manager ! Went to the drive through one night. They made me pull over and wait for my food for 15 minutes. After that I got half the amount of fries in the box which was thievery. My chicken nuggets were stale and ice cold. Why did I wait all that time and the meal wasn't even fresh. It was horrible. Called to complain could not reach the restaurant. I called corporate and they hung up on me! All this for a ridiculously over priced meal. Prior I was injured by a product at a different mcdonalds and they didn't care didn't say sorry or offer anything. I will never again let mcdonalds rip me off and treat me with disrespect. I ordered on the mobile app 16 Mc doubles and eight french fries. When I arrived at McDonald’s to pick up my order they told me that they canceled it their first reason why is because I wasn’t in the parking lot when I made my mobile order so they can’t honor it, I live .43 miles away from the McDonald’s. Had a bunch of guys coming here to my house after a paintball session so I ordered them all food. McDonald’s totally canceled my order so I went to Texas roadhouse. No one was even tried to take our order for almost 10 minutes when I and my two children who are 10 and 8 years were waiting right there and no other customers in the line. But a black lady customer was caught the black female manager attention right after that lady came in and asked how may she help her. We ordered a 20 pieces nuggets and found out there are only 19 when we opened the box after home. Do we have to examine our order items by item's, piece by piece every time we go there?? Very unprofessional and racist place here.
On the morning of July 4th, I stopped by the store in a good mood and ordered breakfast. I complained four times to the employee who told me to wait, but this is how I ruined my morning. Damn, when I looked at the receipt, I had been waiting for an hour and my order still hadn't come out.
Extremely unprofessional staff. Our mobile order took 20 minutes to complete as we watched people that placed orders behind us get their orders fulfilled while the staff are busy goofing off and throwing profanities at each other. Never experienced such terrible service at any of their establishments. Picture posted is of how overdue our order is by time. It’s like they just ignored our order.
I’ve had two frustrating experiences at this McDonald’s drive-through. The first time, I ordered a 10-piece Chicken McNuggets with mild picante sauce. That sauce comes in small ketchup-style packets, so it’s already less than the BBQ sauce that comes in a cup. But they only gave me one packet. We also ordered three drinks and didn’t receive any straws or napkins. Basic things were just missing. The whole experience felt careless. The second time, I ordered 20 nuggets. This time, they gave me 3 packets of the mild picante sauce, which was better. I politely held up one of the GREEN POCKET picante sauce and asked, “Can I get a few more of this sauce?” The guy looked at it and handed me a RED CUP BBQ sauce instead. He 100% saw the sauce I was holding—it wasn’t a mistake. He just didn’t want to spend half a second getting the right one. It’s not like he got confused either: the mild picante comes in small green packets, and the BBQ comes in big red containers. It was just pure laziness or not caring. To make it worse, when I got home, I found out there were only 19 nuggets in my 20-piece box. Two visits, and both times something was wrong. It’s disappointing when even simple things like sauces and straws can’t be handled properly.
Ordered a fish filet, got an egg on tartar sauce on a bun. Ordered 2 happy meals, got 1. Ordering family meal to go (2 happy meals, 2 adult meals) and they would not honour a family coupon. Stupidity trumps customer service apparently. Beyond low standards even for a fast food place. Unacceptable.

Typical nonsense, food missing from uber eats order. I don't understand why it is so hard to follow a ticket. Uber will refund what is missing but then you are forced to order again and pay delivery fees and tax. They need to train their workers better to follow the orders properly. Very infuriating.

This Mcdonalds is operating far below brand standards. Consistently forgetting items on my delivery orders. Preparing items incorrectly or using expired product. Not rotating product or abiding by FIFO. Management needs to be retrained. Then the staff needs to be properly trained. If you crave Mcdonalds do not waste your money at this location until they address their service concerns.
FOOD HORRIBLE IT WAS COLD, The customer service is horrible. The janitor was telling us to leave when we were eating our food. The janitor told us to leave and told my friend to stop talking. She said how we were there for too long when the people near us was there for more than 30 minutes. She was saying how we were talking for too loud even though we were talking at a moderate voice level. Overall the customer service is horrible and never come to this McDonald’s. Only come if you want horrible customer service
I had a very disappointing experience. My order arrived incomplete and, when I returned it, instead of making it new, they returned it manipulated adding what was missing. This seemed unhygienic to me and generates distrust. The attention was not adequate nor did they show interest in solving the inconvenience correctly. I hope they improve these aspects.
It's terrible. I ordered a set meal, two burgers and two small fries for 20 bucks each, but when I got home, the two burgers were not there! Oh my god, what kind of service is this?
Long waits and the cherry on top is they mess up your order. I just came here because I forgot to change the location in the app and automatically picked this one, never again...
Yes being busy/hectic after school lets out , that doesn't mean I shouldn't get the food I paid for . Check your food before leaving to make sure you got everything . Every single time I find missing items in my order .
Multiple parts of my order are missing frequently, requests are consistently messed up such as asking for no ice and asking for sweet tea. Most recently I ordered a strawberry Fanta and when I got home I discovered it was pure syrup in a cup.Nuggets are missing from orders overall nearly every time I visit my experience is awful serious changes must be made.
Terrible customer service with a hostile staff. The kiosk spit out a receipt with #880. However, that wasn’t the correct receipt. I ordered a fish fillet meal. Finally, a hostile staff member figured it out before I was just about to leave and dispute the charge with my credit card. I rarely visit McDonald’s and this experience reminds me why I should keep away from these places.
Wow, THIS McDonald's is truly HORRIBLE. Did a Mobile order. Pulled up to the drive thru, waited 3-4 mins (at a drive thru 3-4 mins and no one gets on the intecom? Seriously?) Gave up... - pulled up to the payment window, no one there. - pulled up to the pickup window, and a staff kept who kept telling me for mobile orders, come in to pick it up... (then why have options on the app for drive thru pickup??) After a few mins of arguing, she asked for order number, and then kept asking me - what I ordered? Do you not have a system to look up that order and find out what's in the order? Are you too lazy? Or just don't know how to use the system? Another staff stepped in and lectured me... that 3-4 min wait at the intercom is ok, that I have to be more patient? Wow. Management... if you are reading this... if this is how you run your shop, expect to see more complaints and lose more customers. If these staff worked for me, and if I find out any of this is true. I'd fire them both. Why would anyone want to come back to this?
Second day in the row, App order was placed. Front casher does not greet customer not providing eye contact. Again no receipt is attached on my cup which has survey code on it. Looks like store does not want to put it to prevent people doing survey and put negative comment. Very disappointed after first complaints two days ago. Store never contacted for that issue and McDonalds corporate said corporate sent message to store manager. After that, no more survey paper.. Very creative store.
Honestly, a lot of the younger workers dont take it seriously and constantly give the wrong order. You can see them joking and not paying attention. Then when you get your order they just all over the place. Gave me burgers unwrapped and all over in the bag. Like how unprofessional. The time I experienced it was around 6 o'clock on a Saturday in the evening. The manager was too busy to notice the unprofessionalism.
Ordered a large frappe and they brought a medium no big deal mistakes get made once I let her know she realized the size was wrong and went to correct it ....again no issue there but then she brought back a large frappe cup that was not filled obviously she just dumped the medium frappe into the large cup. I know this seems like a trivial issue to be upset about but I really was looking forward to this frappe I tried and not feeling well and just wanted a sweet treat to make my day bearable. I didnt say anything because there was people behind me in the drive thru and I didnt want to hold them up any longer but I am fuming right now.
This McDonald's location consistently disappoints. The food is often cold and carelessly prepared, far from the advertised quality. Service is slow and unenthusiastic, with staff frequently appearing disengaged. The atmosphere is generally unkempt and unwelcoming, making for an unpleasant dining experience overall.
The service at the counter was extremely disappointing. I, along with other customers, was waiting in line for someone to take our orders, but the staff were so busy that no one attended to us. I understand that evenings can be hectic, but when a female staff member finally came to take my order, the first thing she asked was why I didn’t use the self-ordering machine. I explained that I didn’t bring my card, and she rolled her eyes at me. Does paying with cash at the counter really warrant such an attitude? I usually use the self-ordering machines at McDonald’s, but the one time I wanted to pay cash, I was treated with such rudeness.
Black lady at the drive thru window on 7/15 11pm ish was so rude and slammed the window in our face when we tried to tell her there was 2 orders for pickup. there was no line behind us and it wasn’t busy in the store. she shouldn’t be working a job that interacts with people if she’s going to be rude and dismissive. she ignored us as we tried to tell her there’s a second order and slammed the window again. I wouldn’t come to this location again because of the hostile environment. I was highly disappointed with the service I received, or should I say barely received. The interaction felt unprofessional and lacked the courtesy I was expecting
I’ve been a loyal supporter of this McDonald’s branch for years, mostly because it’s the first McDonald’s that opened in the Table View area. I am so put off by the service that I don’t ever want to go back. The staff are rude, the orders are always wrong and the quality of food is just downright shocking. Ingredients just thrown onto a bun, shoved in a box and served with an I don’t care attitude. FYI a medium chips should have more chips in than a regular chips. McDonald’s Table View , They just don’t make it like they use to!
The worst McDonald’s. Always messes up the order. I get other peoples food. They’ll forget the toy in the happy meal or the juice box. Slowest service. I was asked once to move to a numbered parking spot, no cars behind me, and all I ordered was fries. Unfortunately, this is McDonald’s so this review means nothing. McChicken light mayo apparently means no mayo
