Lets talk about their service first then i’ll come to the food! Today we went there and there were so many people waiting in line and the restaurant was really busy. But yet, their service was so good! The girls in the front and also the girl who served our food were so nice to us. I have never been in a restaurant where the workers are so welcoming. And food was also very good and for this price its definitely worth it!! Definitely will visit again!

I love my local outback! Came here for my birthday with my mom and boyfriend. My server this time was Anthony T. And he went above and beyond to make sure we had a great meal. I asked about a non-alcoholic alternative that gave the drink with the rubber koala ducks and Anthony got me a lemonade that was perfect and delicious. He was attentive and made sure that I was comfortable with the birthday celebration (no signing for everyone in the restaurant). Truly a great meal.

We always have the best service and food at Outback Bayside. The service by Santina, Jaylene and so many others is impeccable and they are also so gorgeous both inside out. The manager, Jason, is a really nice guy as well. We love everything about this Outback and that’s why we come here so often and will continue to do so! 🫶🏼☺️ Happy and Healthy New Year everyone 💗

Our dining experience was excellent! Our server Santina was incredibly sweet and welcomed us immediately. She was very helpful and went above and beyond making our drinks as well as constantly checking up on us to see how we were doing. Overall it was wonderful time!

I came into outback today with a mission- I will get a mini koala on the gingerbread fizz drink. While I accomplished that mission, I was delighted even more by the service I received and the meal I enjoyed. My waitress Jessica made me feel so welcomed as a solo diner, and was so wonderful. The food was too tier! The chimichurri sauce was beyond amazing and I was so surprised by how delicious everything was. I will definitely be coming back to this location soon (for more koala gingerbread fizzes, delicious steak a phenomenal staff!) thank you Jessica!!

“ You are beautiful” I encounter a stranger . He tried to flirt and date with me .Today is June 04 2018 But I am conservative and pay much attention to virtuous. I responded to that guy out of kindness. Ok now I want to share my feelings about the Panera bread at here The place is clean and there are plenty of seats around. Another good thing is it's in the middle of an outlet mall so you can go shopping before or after. Free water cups of you need. The spinach power salad and the green ice tea here is amazing! They have a private room in the back. It is clean. it is a great place to get hour study on. While waiting for a assembly. I felt tired and sleeping on the table. The waiter knocked the table . Asked if I am ok I think he is out of kindness. I spend 2 hours here . Reading and listening 🎵 Write down every foot print. The person I met, talk, like, they become part of myself👣👣👣

Food was great with plenty of seating available on a rainy Friday afternoon. Food is a bit pricey, but you get what you pay for in terms of quality ingredients and freshness. Anything eaten a day later doesn't taste as good as when it was first made.

Indoor dining starts at 11am so we waited a while, like 40min, since we didn't want to eat in the car. Food was good, service was ok just seemed a little slow.

I placed an order as usual, never ran into any problems before but for some reason today was off. My order came missing a meal, and when I tried to rectify it, I was told that the item I order was not there anymore. So I tried to get back my money for the item, and I was told only the manager had to reimburse me. In the meantime my food was getting cold while waiting on the manager to reimburse me. By the time I got to my food it was cold. I did not get to enjoy my food because it was cold. This was very bad service. However the new spicy steak asiago sandwich was good even though it had gotten cold. I will try it again should be better warm.

Located in the Bay Terrace Shopping Center, the service here was speedy, the food was well presented, and everything was cooked perfectly. One of the managers, Tyrone (I hope I'm spelling that right), went out of their way to make time for us and it was a prime example of what a manager should be at any establishment, period. I have never been to this location before and was really impressed. In general I enjoy coming to Outback Steakhouse, but this is definitely one of the better locations.

The complimentary bread is freshly baked and delicious. We started with a salty bloomin' onion, which was a bit tricky to share. For my main course, I had sirloin and grilled chicken. the chicken was tender and tasty! Unfortunately, my sirloin was served rare instead of medium rare, making it tough to cut. Qi’s sirloin was medium instead of medium well. We didn’t complain since it was busy, but our waiter was really nice. The drinks are fantastic too!

It's a great place to take the kids!! Staff service is friendly. Even though I'm not good at English, he explains it well. The food comes out quickly so is warm and delicious :) But I ordered medium. The steak was overcooked unlike the picture. So I think I'll have to order medium rare next time.

Used to come a lot, but they haven't really lived to up to my expectations recently. The portions have gotten smaller while the prices have gone up. Bread and soup here are still great, but you don't really feel the value for money anymore. Panera used to be one of those places you could come in for a meal and not break the bank; but nowadays it does seem to put quite a dent in your wallet. I only come for their sourdough bread bowl soups and for nostalgia's sake.

Last night I ate here at this Panera Bread and had the best food and service adding to my spectacular time there. I even did a Yelp review mentioning Manager Carter who was Awesome. Fast forward to breakfast and my delicious egg and avocado meal which is Always delicious and Katelyn being super as my cashier, the only drawback this morning was the manager Gabby who doesn't seem to be a people person. She just goes about her business trying not to make eye contact with her customers. Thank Goodness for Katelyn who managed to make my time here bearable.

If i can rate it 0 stars i would. My experience was horrible!! smoothie, let me tell you the cashier was rude seemed lost and kept telling me no strawberry banana when clearly it was on the menu then wait time for smoothie was 11 mins when it wasn't busy and they had plenty of staff. I tried my smoothie not blended well. Been to panera many times always leave happy but this time left upset! Plus bathrooms were dirty and so was dinning room !! Disgusting tbh management needs to get it together and guide staff to clean. !

I am a regular at Panera and absolutely love it. But I was served severely undercooked, nearly raw chicken in my salad at this location. Manager denied, told me it was “normal” and gave me a refund. I said, it’s normal to serve raw chicken in your salads? “Yes, it’s normal, we serve raw chicken in our salad.” Poor customer service with clearly no regard for supply chain issue (as Panera chicken is pre-cooked) or customer safety in what they serve.

Order rapid orders very often 30 mins in advance because I know they suck. Guess what it's even worse than I thought because it's still not ready. Ask the Filipino girl in the front, she acknowledges that we've been waiting for a while and no one can still help us. Great service

We're a whole bunch of nurses that order food they gave us the wrong order. Talk to a woman named Gloria and the manager that whoever is on today. October 29th, we are a bunch of nurses that puts in a order. The guy picked it up and it's not our right order. Nothing we ordered properly. We told the manager we still have all the food untouched. It's not our order, but because she doesn't have a right order number or the right name on it. She can't do anything with it even though we're giving her the food back and it's not what we ordered. This is the worst Panera Bread. I've ever heard in my life. She can't replace something that they messed up. Beware, do not go to this Panera Bread are co-worker is Hispanic. Some of the people that work here are nice and considerate, certain managers are afraid of helping a customer make things right. They are afraid of their own shadow or losing favor with corporate. Instead you must at all times call corporate in Boston to get any consideration. That for me is way wrong, I understand they don't own the business, but they must do everything in the power to correct something when it's wrong, not hear call corporate if you don't like it..their way or the highway.

I recently ordered an online order. They forgot to include the cream cheese. I attempted to call them, was met with a manager who hung up. I called multiple times and was ignored. When calling with a different number, they picked up and finally issued a refund. Very rude staff who are incompetent, can’t handle a single order correctly.

We went on a Saturday night. The manager was a miserable man, gruff, and rude. It was freezing! Kids putting on sweatshirts, everyone complaining. He did not care! The FOOD????? HORRIBLE!!! An ice cold bacon, lettuce, and tomato sandwich. We were so tired, we did not give it back. We were STUPID! The best thing was the tomato basil soup. That was hot and creamy. The bagged chips were excellent. Never ever again except for coffee. To top it off, it took about 25 minutes to get this awful order!!!! Be smarter than us. Send it back, or don’t go in!!!!! What a shame. Not cheap either!!!!

The food was cold, the steak was poor quality, and the service was rude. The restaurant was extremely cold (approximately 65°F), requiring us to keep our jackets on. Parents should also be aware that the game device charges a $2.99 fee even for minimal use, without clear notice. To the owner: please do not respond with a generic apology to improve ratings. We raised these concerns in person and received poor resolution. Future guests should be aware of how issues are handled on-site.

Unfortunately, our visit was disappointing. The broccoli was overcooked, and the steak was not cooked properly. We ordered it well-done, but it came out rare. After sending it back and reordering it well-done, it was still not fully cooked. When we asked to speak with the manager, Laura, her response was not helpful and did not feel professional. Overall, both the food quality and the management experience need improvement.

Completely disappointed!! This is my 1st time ordering from an Outback restaurant outside of GA, and I say that the food at this place is trash. Waste of my $114. Stale rolls, disgusting and tasteless Kingsland pasta, undercooked shrimp, overcooked stake - although I ordered medium well, burger is overcooked, fries extremely salty, the potato soup looks pale as though flour, rather than potatoes, was used and burnt wings. The entire freaking order is a mess! Never again!

One of the worst luncheons I’ve had in ages. I’ve been here several times, and it was always wonderful. This time the NYStrip steak was all grissle and silver skin. It was a flavorful, but wasn’t trimmed properly. The asparagus side for $6.99 was 5 slim overcooked stalks. The Caesar salad was partially frozen, it was in a fridge that the temperature was too low and iced up the lettuce. It was also flavorless. I remembered it quite excellent the last time. The place was empty except for one other table. No excuse. The staff tried and was extremely polite and efficient. Unfortunately, I’d never go back again.

This has to stop. I’ve reviewed once on here already. Ordered a Grubhub delivery and this is what they sent me for a cup soup. Not a bowl. Cup soup. The soup isn’t even fully halfway up the cup. This is peoples hard earned money. Come on. I haven’t taken a bite out of this yet. This is highway robbery.
