We had food brought into our office for lunch and ohh my the tray for the baked potato was awesome. Plenty of sides for the potatoes, definitely seems like something I love to get for a family get together.

This place is very clean, they have a good variety of food, and it's always tasty. I love the California Club or Ruben the Great. I also like their selection of tea.

I’ve been to Jason’s Deli before, but it had been a while. I was over in Baytown, so I decided to stop in. There’s plenty of parking since it’s located in a large shopping center. The staff were friendly, and there was plenty of seating inside. I went with the Manager’s Special, which includes a half sandwich, a soup, and chips, and it’s around $12–$14. One nice perk at Jason’s Deli is the free soft-serve ice cream. They have cones and offer vanilla, chocolate, and a vanilla-chocolate swirl. This time, though, the ice cream was a bit icy and watery. Usually it’s smooth and creamy, so that was a little disappointing—but it’s free, and I still appreciate that they offer it. For my soup, I chose the seafood gumbo. It had six or seven shrimp in it, which really surprised me, and it was very flavorful. Overall, if you like sandwiches, soups, salads, or healthier options, Jason’s Deli is a solid choice, and I’d recommend this location.

It’s been a minute since I’ve been to Jason’s Deli, especially with so many other restaurant options around these days. While visiting friends in Baytown and doing some Christmas Day shopping, we spotted this location and thought, why not give it a try? I was craving their Loaded Potatoes, but ended up going with the half sandwich, half soup combo instead. I chose the Chipotle Avocado Chicken sandwich and the chicken pot pie soup. Service was surprisingly fast—despite it being around lunchtime, there was only one other table near us. Once we placed our order, the food arrived in under five minutes. The sandwich tasted good, but it was a bit light on protein. I wish they had added a couple more pieces of chicken. The chicken pot pie soup, on the other hand, was tasty and very thick—almost gravy-like in consistency. They also offer free ice cream, which is a nice perk, though it was a little icy for my liking. Still, it’s a fun touch. Overall, the experience was solid with quick service and friendly staff. They did ask if I had a Jason’s Deli Rewards account and if I wanted to sign up, but it’s not a place I visit often enough to justify it. All in all, a convenient and fast option when you’re in the area.

It's what you expect at a Jason's Deli. They have good sandwiches. Restaurant is clean and staff is friendly. Not sure the opened salad bar is a great idea during this pandemic time though.

Friendly faces, quick service. Clean restroom. My zucchini sandwich was good, but a little light on the zucchini. The lobster chowder was not anything to write home about or get again. And of course, who didn't love swirl soft serve!

Good place for a quick bite. Clean and well ran. I am glad they started delivering food to your table again. They need to brink back actual drink glasses instead of the throw aways. I inserted a nice photo of our meal.

Food was fresh and salad was good. Tables were not clean and floors were not swept. Maybe we went at shift change.

First time trying this place cause I hear so much about it and 13.49 I get a Beefeater thats cold in the middle of the meats and either the meat or the bread has a freezer burn taste to it. Shoulda went with my gut and stuck to jersey mikes or schlotzkies.

Not happy with this location. We went to have dinner at Jason's deli. While there we received a call that our niece had not returned home. The police were already there and we were needed. So immediately we left the restaurant. I called later that evening to let them know that we had paid for our food and not received it. I asked for the manager (who did not give his name). He said to come back and provide my name and information and he would give us the equivalent at a later time. Which I was fine with, but when the time came and I went back. The manager refused to honor it. Saying that that was not the way that he would have handled it. That he would have given me a gift card at the time. I explained that we had left and called back. He still refused to honor his word.

Disappointed!! Got the nutty salad and was disappointed. Wilted greens or should I say brown greens hidden on the bottom of the container. If it's not fresh please don't sell it! You can't even feed this to your dog.
