The crispy fries were the way to go. Spicy chicken w/ cheese plain please and a single w/ cheese, ketchup and lettuce only. It is almost better to go to a sit down dinner anymore as the price is about the same as fast food.

We eat at Wendy's across the country when fast food is the option or desire of the family. This is our favorite out of all the Wendy's restaurants we have visited.

Best fast food place I've been to in the past 4 years. Employees were friendly, spoke clearly, hustling. Accomodations to a Brock who took our orders. He will be successful if he keeps it up. The managers had good control of the staff. No one on their cell phones or chatting. Someone was cleaning the tables immediately.

Stopped in for lunch on our way back to Ohio and was very impressed with this restaurant. The manager had his stuff together! I have never seen a manager as organized and thorough as the gentleman working this afternoon. The woman that took our order was super nice and had a great sense of humor (ordered a cheeseburger with no meat). Wish they could pick this entire restaurant up and move it over to my town!

Wendy's has a good menu and their fries are the best. I would have given them a five star review but I have been noticing the drive through people are sometimes not the friendliest (could be they are getting a little burnt out from all the hours). Traditionally, they have been pleasant and accommodating. Maybe they need an extra day off.

Whoever worked the PM shift today are awesome and a great team. They seemed to really get along and we’re all friendly. The Manager on shift was super friendly. I appreciate the excellent customer service me and my family received. It’s hard to come by.

It's a Wendy's but it's clean, well staffed, and the young man out front is totally on point. I have stopped here four times in the past year while traveling from Jersey towards the Pittsburgh region and it's pretty rock solid overall.

We came here on our way through town returning from a trip. The service was very quick and the food was great! I got the strawberry pecan salad and asked for no chicken as I am vegeterian. It was delicious! I also got a frosty-ccino, which was very very good! The flavor of a frosty mixed with a coffee flavor and frozen. So good! My boyfriend loved his chicken sandwich too. And they have the fountain drink machines where you can choose a soda and then choose the flavor of that soda on the touch screen. We sat down to eat and we felt comfortable doing that because everything was very clean and quiet, even with some kids dining in. Overall, very good.

Expectations going into a ff restaurant are pretty subpar however, this establishment had vehicles wrapped around the building (and down towards the Sheetz) and they got every order out quickly. I can't speak for the other customers, but our order was perfectly prepared & the staff were so sweet and accommodating 💕 we'll definitely be back

I live in Michigan and I was driving through Pennsylvania for a family vacation recently. The staff at this restaurant were the sweetest, most accommodating people toward me and my family. They set our vacation off on the right foot. Food was great too! Highly recommend.

I work nearby so I get food from this Wendy's regularly. Staff is always friendly and professional. Most of the time, service is very quick. Had an abnormal wait time in the drive thru recently and was offered a free frosty for the extra couple minutes. Food quality is always solid as well.

Nicest manager ever, really concerned with the unavailability of an item I placed a mobile order on. I personally wasn’t bothered with the missing item (apple slices) but he went above and beyond to make sure I left that drive thru line satisfied. Great work and food was delicious!

The manager was so friendly and very kind. Food was quick and everything was fresh. They made an extra order of bacon pub fries and sent them along with us for free! Chris clearly cares about his customers and it shows.

We stopped in while traveling through. As someone whose worked management in fast food, it's definitely hard to get this kind of atmosphere. In food people are usually grumpy, they deal with a lot that most have no idea or even realize goes into the job. The lady who waited on us was so kind. We were traveling for my daughter's birthday and she had a friend with her. They were loud obnoxious and all over the place. The lady didn't get attitude with us, not once. Instead because they forgot to put a fry and nugget on the tray she brought us extra, she joked with our youngest. She is absolutely a gem in customer service. The restaurant was clean, we did have to wait for frys but there were 6 of us and a line behind us. The food was good and fresh. This will definitely be remembered for our next adventure!

Tristan was our cashier at Wendy's. Wow! He was smiling and made eye contact with me. Waiting for my mom and I to finish glancing at their new menu items and respectfully knew when we were ready! He didn't interrupt us while ordering either( is that all???) he didn't have to because he read our nonverbal cues and responded in the respective manner. Amazing young man. On to their dining room: I love when we meet my parents and my son gets to go with his grandparents. Wendy's is the perfect meeting spot. We both drive 4+ hours to get there. Wendy's is the only place with a comfortable interior. Employees who engage with diners. The girl in the dining room effectively and efficiently cleaned the tables floor, and touched up smudges. Had time to interact with my son who was getting his wiggles out while we ate. They keep this place so clean I know that when my 2 year old tries to crawl out on their floor I KNOW WITHOUT ANY DOUBT that it has been cleaned recently. I dont cringe and it makes it easier to trust that their kitchen is just as well maintained and cleaned regularly. Onward to the food: We ordered 2-10 peas chicken nuggets. Two medium fries. We ordered a large chili with sour cream and cheese and a chicken wrap and a kids meal. A chicken nugget kids meal for my youngest and a large soda and three frosties to get at the end of our order. When we were finished eating the food came out so hot. It was fresh. It was well seasoned and they serve their food with a smile. feels like we're just walking into a family restaurant like this is a place that we go to connect with. My family and Wendy's has been a beautiful part of that. They ask my children. How are you? How are you doing today? They talked directly to them instead of assuming that they don't want conversation. They're courteous to my friends or my brother were accurately who is on the spectrum and you know engaged him with respect and dignity and did not shame any part of our family reunion and I am so glad that this has been our spot now for 6 years, multiple times per year. We meet at this Wendy's and every time it is fabulous and we have no issues. If we've ever had an issue, they've resolved it quickly, quietly and with an apology this Wendy's goes above and beyond. We love it here!!!

Updating review due to recent changes. Not sure what exactly happened with Bedford Wendy's lately but they have been knocking it out of the park. Food actually comes to you looking like it is supposed to in the pictures. Dining room is clean and comfortable. Service inside and through drive through is better than anywhere around. Mel, in particular did a noteworthy job taking care of customers and dealing with a busy lunch crowd. Well done 👏.

I have two accounts, and they capture every place that i go. LoL. I already mentioned this in my other account . Anywho, I was traveling and stopped here. It was pretty empty, and the food was cooked fresh to order. The only thing I would say is that the eating area wasn't as clean as it should have been.

Very courteous staff, food was hot and not just thrown together. Only issue was my wife is allergic to onions and we requested no onions and of course there was onions on her burger. She has learned over the years to always check before taking a bite, so no harm but that could have been a huge mistake on there behalf.

We usually stop in Breezewood but couldn't make those 25 miles due to a badly needed restroom break. We decided to eat at Wendy's because we hadn't in a while. The young lady at the register was very patient with the young lady in front of me with a young child, and I thought that was very sweet because hurry up!! Lolol, but I enjoyed the interaction, and it let me know that there is hope for the young people in America. Anyway, the food was prepared to order, so everything was hot and fresh and reminded me why u like Wendy's in the first place. I will say the lobby/eating area wasn't as clean as I would have hoped, and it may have been due to limited staff.

Pleasant and updated. Efficient service and surprisingly not crowded for a Saturday lunch. Way better than dealing with Breezewood crowds. Worth the small detour on our trip from Pittsburgh to Northern Virginia. Almost a 5star except bathrooms were about to be cleaned when we arrived so really a 4.5 star

Clean place, friendly faces, fast service, no need to order from a screen... but the dining area was too cold. A meatless burger might serve Wendy's well. Ketchup is self serve from pump rather than small sloppy packets. That is a plus over most McDonalds or Burger Kings.

The staff was friendly when you could get them away from the cooking area. I did feel sorry for the staff because they have no heat and with that said my food got cold fast as did I.

Myself and friends do NOT like the recent renovation that was done here. The chairs are awful, being very difficult to move, there's only one booth and that's not private seating, there is no privacy in the general seating....you can easily see everybody in the place, the order area causes confusion since the railings are gone, there is no padding on the seats so there's no comfy seating, and the general atmosphere is cold and uninviting. We won't be back.,

At first glance, the service was respectable and pleasant. I get my food and see that it is double wrapped. I was thinking to myself, man this Hot Honey Chicken sandwich is about to be Bussin. I start to eat it and was like, where is the honey(in my, Where's the beef voice)? I finally found the honey in the middle and it was a small dab and about a dry sandwich if I ever had one. That is a fumble on the play. I was already back on the Turnpike so it was not like I could turn around for them to make it right. Another thing I would add is to remove that red Wendy's sign from the window at window 1. I do not like handing someone my card and not being able to see what is being done with it. Not saying it was going to happen here but please try to ease people's anxiety.

We stopped in just to get a couple Frosty's and it was like living an episode of Beavis and Butthead. The 2 teens in front didn't care one bit about serving us. It took several minutes for anyone to even take our order, then several more to start our Frosty's. They sat then on the counter and didn't give them to us for awhile. I didn't think it was our order because they weren't all the right sizes. Eventually I said we'd just take them. I always look for the most positive way to evaluate an eatery but I got nothing good on this one, this is the saddest Wendy's I've ever visited, there is no way I would eat real food from here.

First, all I ordered was a plain cheeseburger, fries, and an iced tea. It took over 15 mins at drive thru to get my food. Now, second, the word plain means meat, cheese, and bun. It came out with all kinds of goop on it. So, the manager gives me a kid size chocolate frosty thinking that makes up for not only waiting a long time, but having to go back. Time is money. This place is a waste of both.

Have a gluten allergy asked for no onion fries and still received them and looked like one of the burgers had bun on it and then pulled apart. This is the onky Wendy's I have been to that was not careful and asked about allergies.

I stopped in at your store in Chambersburg PA on 3/21/23. I waited for over 4 minutes before someone came to take my order, without any type of greeting or apology for not acknowledging me at the counter. I waited another 4 minutes until someone shoved a bag as if it were my order, it was not. It belonged to someone that had ordered for a pickup. My order was left at the counter a few minutes later., with no notification. The burger was good as it has always been but the fries (with Garlic) were hard and taste less. I enjoyed my burger while seated at a table that wobbled like crazy. Inferior customer service.

Stopped here on our way to Harrisburg. When you are on a trip you want fast food to be fast. This place is so slow!! We waited 20 minutes to even put in our order and there was only a party of 3 ahead of us. Someone needs to teach them how to be faster!!

Absolutely terrible service, the staff all miserable and food was forgotten, then when I pulled around and told them I was missing stuff they made me wait in line again and very unhappily handed me my food. Im guessing they ran put of spicy nuggets as well because i got a 50 50 container for some reason as well. Not all Wendy's are bad but this was definitely a poor representation for the company.

I've been doordashing from this wendys for a couple months now.I order the same meal a Baconator combo, with baconator fries. It's been my favorite quick meal for a bit, havent had issues before. Now I've had the past three orders come wrong. My baconator had lettuce, tomato and ranch on it? And I got plain fries in the baconator box which feel especially hurtful like you looked at what I ordered and said "you know what I'll just take the extra 6 dollars you paid for warm cheesey fries and give you cold plain French fries instead." Very disappointed, once is a mistake three times IN A ROW feels a bit deliberate. Idk who was hired recently that keeps making such drastic mistakes to orders but they should be fired.

Had we looked around before ordering w would have left. Garbage all over the floors and every can overflowing. The food was pretty pathetic. The fries were under the heat lamp too long. The kids were doing more screwing off then anything. Really doesn't do anything for business

Did an online order to bypass the friday "riffraff." Arrived at location ~30 mins later, order was to be completed in 20 mins. After waiting in a long line I inform the hostess I'm there to collect a order. I was then informed that they just sent the order back at that time due to her being unable to leave the register. So I had to wait an additional 20 mins for my meal to cook. After about 10 mins she comes out to inform me that 2 items I ordered from the site where not at the location and they could not reimburse me my funds and instead tried to push items that I already purchased. When I finally received my order I step out and check my order in the car due to how crowded the site was, I found that I was missing every item that I ordered multiples of. I then returned back inside and had to wait again thru a line. When I reach the counter and infrom them I'm missing items they review the receipt and claim to have placed everything in the bag. (Mind you there are missing two whole kids meals, two soups, and one dessert) I then show them my copy of the receipt and show them the multiple markers on the far left side.

Everything we ordered was old. As we pulled to up to the drivethru atleast two works were outside fooling around. After sitting along side the roadway all day We paid $35 for food that had no heat whatsoever and clearly way past it’s time to be deemed safe! Chicken sandwiches and burgers inedible. Horrible excuse for a Wendy’s!!

Almost all of the fast food places are selling overpriced, small portions of processed convenience food. We stopped here simply because of the timing and ordered 3 Jr cheeseburger deluxes and 2 fountain drinks. The bill was $15. The buns were the size of a silver dollar and the burger patty was roughly 2"x2". I took a bite and the pickle was actually thicker than the burger patty. I guessed the weight of the patty and when I googled it was roughly an ounce and a half. The best part of the sandwich was actually the lettuce leaf. The sandwich itself was pretty bland and for close to $3 a piece Wendy's should hang their heads in shame when the old commercial slogan when they bashed other fast food chains was where's the beef. In addition every table was dirty when we tried to find a place to sit.

Tried to stop here for lunch 3 hours into a 6 hour drive home from visiting relatives, the drive through line wrapped the whole way around the building so we went inside. Waited over 5 minutes before the lady at the counter showed up to start taking orders for the first group, waited another 15 minutes for the 2 of the 3 groups ahead of us to place their orders and then gave up and got back in the car. Unless you want to spend as much time waiting for fast food as you would at a normal restaurant don’t bother.

Stopped in 748 ordered 4 breakfast sandwiches for co workers. Heard some yelling inside. Told me to pull up. 5 vehicles went around. 805 after being late to work now i went in to ask for refund, they said we just put your eggs down. 17mins later. No thanks. Food quality there has always been better than most. Times always adequate to moderate. Something has changed for the worse here.

I showed up at 11:46 pm and they closed at midnight so 14 mins before they closed, a young kid standing at the drive thru window watched me pull in and got to drive thru speaker and had no response then pulled up to the window with no one in sight, backed up to the speaker again and waited and by then it was midnight and the menu screen went black as they shut them off on me, went back to the window and again no one in sight. I then pulled into the gas station next door and all of a sudden 3 employees running around so I believe clearly that they were trying to hide and not serve me because I think they had jumped the game and had things already cleaned and didn't want to dirty anything and all I wanted was a chocolate frosty. I will never be back to that Wendy's again!!!! And y'all can mark my words on that!!!!

Stopped here on a road trip back home from NJ. Of course, needing to use the bathroom and order food. The bathroom was disgusting. There was dried poop and urine on the toilet seats. Looks and smells like it hasn’t been cleaned in months. I happen to use the facilities at the same time as the manager on duty and she didn’t even wash her hands. Needless to say we immediately left and had to eat elsewhere. #disgusting

Very slow service, there were five employees standing around as one employee cooked and one employee took orders. The employee taking orders(and handling money) was then using their unwashed and ungloved hands to bag the cooked food. Beyond the unsanitaryness, the food was also cold as they did not use heat lamps, and would let 5-10 burgers pile up before plating/bagging it. I don't know how this Wendy's is so highly rated.
