Food was epseptional and the service was even better. We come here frequently and look forward to our next visit.
I've gotten the lunch special here twice, and regular special roll before. They've all been very delicious , and very reasonable priced. The 3 roll lunch is decently priced, I've seen way more expensive at the other Japanese places near by. Definitely my go to.
The sushi here was honestly amazing , super fresh, high quality, and easily some of the best I’ve had in a while. Every roll tasted well-made and the ingredients were top tier. That said, we came on a Friday night and the restaurant was clearly very understaffed, which created a lot of chaos. The staff were doing their absolute best and still managed to provide great service considering what they were working with, but it was obvious they were overwhelmed. The issue didn’t seem like the workers, it felt more like poor management and lack of proper staffing support during a busy time. The food was incredible, but the experience could be so much better with a stronger management team and more employees scheduled. I’d definitely come back for the sushi, but I hope they fix the staffing and organization.
Delicious Asian food. My family really likes the menu options and the All You Can Eat.
100000/10 sushi is so fresh and so good. we have been ordering their party trays and it’s a hit every time, prices are not bad either.
Incredible Sushi. Better than other AYCE chains. Better than Sushi palace, Sushi saga, and Sakana. The quality of fish is fresh, salmon buttery, and tuna has flavor. If you've had Hiro's Asian Bistro and Masa Sushi Princeton, this place is on the same level.
Staff is great! They listen to all the concerns for my family and we were able to manage the shell fish allergy for my little nephew
It's always such a nice atmosphere here, beautifully decorated, great music playing, very attentive workers, clean, and absolutely hands-down the best AYCE sushi around!!! Never been disappointed and we've been going for over 5 years. :)
probably the best sushi around town. i get AYCE for my cheat days— the salmon sashimi and yellow tail rolls are so good. lots of special rolls and kitchen apps are great too. also i be easvesdropping the convo between the sushi chefs and they funny as hell. love this joint
I took myself out on a lunch date at Mori today. It was my first visit, and I ordered the salmon and tuna sashimi lunch with miso soup, the edamame app, and a sprite. Everything was plated beautifully with great portions. My young server, Chris, was attentive, professional, and carried a positive attitude. I really enjoyed the low-light ambience as well. I could definitely see myself becoming a regular here.
All you can eat included delicious, high quality options including noodle soups, hot appetizers, kitchen items such as chicken teraiki, hibachi chicken, sushi, special sushi, and desserts. I did AYCE dinner with 20% tip for $36. Excellent atmosphere, service, and music. AYCE details: 1 hour limit, surcharge for excess wasted food. Highly recommend👍👍
The rolls and sashimi were of excellent quality and exceeded my expectation for all you can eat price, they were of the quality one usually gets when orders per roll. Dinner on the weekend was a bit busy, we waited 20 min to get seated (they don’t accept reservations) and a bit longer when usual for our food, but it was worth it. There is a variety of other items on all you can eat menu in addition to rolls/sushi/sashimi, also variety of items on the menu for those that don’t want all you can eat option, Mori is BYOB that makes dinner a lot more affordable. Highly recommend.
I love this sushi place! It’s by far my favorite restaurant and the atmosphere is modern and cool. If my friends shared my appreciation for sushi, I’d be sure to take hem here. The sushi is always fresh and tasty, and the wide selection for one price is astounding. 10/10 would recommend!
The food is very fresh and of high quality. I recommend going for lunch and getting a Bento Box which comes with a little bit of everything (see photo) and comes to around $10. I ordered the beef teriyaki cooked medium and the middle was a little bit pink, exactly what I wanted. I also LOVE the all-you-can-eat sushi because there are so many options. The atmosphere is modern, pleasant, and clean. This place will soon be your new "go to" for sushi.
Located in a small shopping plaza close to the Shoprite. Parking is convenient and overall, a great location. Upon walking in on a Saturday afternoon, we were seated right away and went with the unlimited sushi buffet. Price wise, it was quite affordable for $23.99/person. There was a great selection of appetizers, soup, upon, ramen, sushi, sashimi, and rolls. The rolls were average tasting but did have a different variety compared to other places. This is the first place that had a cooked salmon roll topped with raw salmon. Definitely a different taste which had different layers to it. The sashimi was sliced a bit too thick for our taste and we would of preferred it to cut much thinner. Service was great and our empty plates were removed promptly. Although this is based on the fact that it wasn't all that busy. Overall, just an average place for sushi but for the price, it's worth a try.
i liked the sushi and tempuras but miso soups and udong were really bad, it smelled so bad that i cannot even dare to try. almost throw up in the udong. I mean, making udong and miso soups are just easiest thing in cooking, just add hot water into udong soy sauce or miso paste and few vegi, I dont understand that they fail on udong and soups like easy cooking food as miserable failure. i think restaurant made large portion of udong soup and miso soup long time ago and keep using it for many days. it justed smelled discusting. please replace your soups, i really like the sushi and all but this soups just ruined my whole day
Average quality sushi. Came here for 'all-you-can-eat' lunch. You can choose dinner price for lunch as some dishes are only available for dinner option. Not sure if you can choose lunch option at dinner. Ordered through their app but additional orders would be with paper menus. White tuna and salmon sashimi were fresh and buttery. Red clams and mackerels and squid are good too. The rest is just so so, soup is all but water and soup paste, dragon roll has brownish mushy avocado, sushi plate material feels cheap. Staff is helpful though.
So it's been a few years... This used to be one of my favorites in the area, but there was a huge loss of class and for the price, a group of 4 paid for all-you-can-eat, I can no longer recommend this once great sushi spot. After 5 years of being away, I was in the area and stopped in here again, and WOW. Like OMG WOW has it changed. Now instead of real dishes, they bring everything you order in to-go paper trays. I don't know who decided that customers wouldn't care, but they should be fired. In my opinion, the paper not only cheapens the entire experience but is 1000x worse for the environment and makes it feel like you're not welcome to stay. I am extremely disappointed Mori. I understand COVID happened and you're forced to adapt for to-go orders, but to serve in-restaurant customers with paper dishes while charging full fare is definitely going to make me forget to come back next time. That aside, the food was still fairly decent and the staff was friendly. The restaurant was empty at 5pm on a Saturday.
Salmon roll was mushy; the salmon had obviously been thawed and refrozen several times...it was like pink paste. The avocado was black and brown through and through, and was almost a liquid and very slimy. Terrible quality sushi, there are much better options along route 206. Waste of money, would never go back here.
Food higiene alert!! have been there several times for both dine-in and takeout over the years. I picked up order for All inclusive combo ($54.95) today. While I was waiting, I noticed sushi makers never stopped talking while making sushi without wearing a mask. Later when home, I found a hair on top of the chicken nugget. When I called the restaurant, the staff suggested 15 percent discount + free nugget for next order. I raised the issue of those sushi makers, he said they are not required to wear masks. Are you kidding me? Then they should never open their mouth while making foods. I will never go back. It just shows their standard for higiene. I had to throw out everything.
