The food is great and affordable prices, but the service is the worst. Since you are ordering through the speaker on drive thru, you can hear the lack of service they have. When I approached the window to pay and get my food, her face expression was 🥱. Definitely, this girl needs customer service training. The situation should be addressed by a manager or director of the company.

Didn't like the way the cash register lady tossed straws and condiments to you I guess maybe because they have that table set in front for 6 ft distance. ?? I don't know but I don't like getting things tossed at me. Hand them to me please or set them down.! And it was extremely cold in there when the weather Outdoors was barely 75 today

I paid $4 something for a large iced coffee and Ashley gave me a regular iced coffee. I asked if that was a large and she said it was a large and walked away. It’s literally the same size as a regular Oreo shake. I noticed her ugly attitude and I tried to ignore it but to mess up my order and rob from me by giving me a regular instead of a large , what I paid for! That is miserable behavior. Get a new job if it bothers you so much that you had to take someones order.

Jack in the box has become like taco bell and el pollo loco. They no longer have cashiers and the workers have become even more slow and lazier.

The dinning room is dirty the tables the floor is dirty plus is homeless people that goes in and they don't say nothing they should have the dinning room clean not smelling bad

This location is advertised as 24/7 but EVERY single time I have been to this location late at night, they always hit me with either “sorry we’re not currently taking any orders” or the second best one “we’re only taking cash right now” it doesn’t take a genius to figure out third shift is trying to sit there for 8 hours without so much as lifting a finger.

Every time my husband goes into this location they ALWAYS mess up the order... the receipt is correct but the order is wrong or missing stuff... today they missed HALF order then he went back to get the rest of the food and they STILL forgot tge side order of fries! Its just crazy how ppl can't pack fast food correctly. Its not hard i promise you, especially if u have a receipt that has a checklist for you 🤦‍♀️

Everytime I go to this restaurant they always forget an item and I have to go back and pick it up, When I call and ask for a manager they always say manager is not there! THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE AND THEY REFUSED TO GIVE ME A REFUND ! I am spending money on gas going back all the time! If CEO or VIP or District Manager General Manager sees this i need someone to reach out. I will make a formal complaint

Made an online order, and they didn't give me all my order. They made me get in line in the drive-thru and wait. The lobby was supposed to be open at 6am, and it was oast 630, and the dining area was still closed. So what was meant to be a pick up order and go became a 25 minute order

Falsely advertised as 24/7 There’s been at least 5 different occasions where I’ve tried getting something after working 3rd shift and every single time I’m left confused as to why they’re labeled as a 24/7 operation. Is it only when they feel like it? Update 5/21/24 I figured hey let me give it a try maybe they’re actually open 24/7 AS ADVERTISED, NOPE “we’re not taking any orders right now” How does that make any sense when your business is advertised as a 24/7 location? Just go to Carl’s Jr people. They’re actually open 24/7 There’s one in Florence and Wilcox!!
