I came in on 09/28/25 at 10:13am ordered a supreme cool ranch taco and double stacked taco and got a regular taco and didnt get my double stacked taco they gave me something with beans in it ..

I GOT THE DELUXE BOX I PAID 11.00 WITH one SMALL BEANS BURRITO....2 LITTLE STEAK TACOS with 4 peaces of beef, horrible lunch.....if you can't effort the special please DON'T OFFER US ANY SPECIAL DEALS. ....I PAID 11.00 DOLLARS FOR ONE SODA....MY FAULT I NEVER WILL GO TACO BELL AGAIN..... Slowest service out of all taco bells ive ever been to. 25-30 mins for being the first in line and let like 6 people ahead of me. And if your not waiting at counter for your food then they will place your food and run to the back and not ask if you want anything else and make u wait even longer. OH and they take their sweet time to open. They advertise 8am but slowly walk to open at 8:10am

I went today around 05/20 around 10:30 to get a 10 piece chicken nugget meal . The girl didn’t give me my sauces I had to go back and get them . When I got home my nacho cheese was all over the bag it wants even closed I was eating my chicken nugget and they were raw they were hard to bite it was disgusting . This girl did everything in a rush and nobody was in line smh .

If I can give zero stars i would, ordered some 5 "beef" soft tacos with only lettuce, so they gave me 5 soft tacos with only lettuce but no beef, how can you mess up the order that badly, if it's beef tacos and the customer only wants lettuce I would think like any normal person, beef and lettuce only, but no you have to be super specific with your order god forbids they only gave me lettuce and no tortilla... I guess they hire anyone now. To top it off they didn't even give me my whole order was missing 4 other tacos that I had asked for.

I wanted a freeze with my male and the worker didn’t hear me so I didn’t get charged for it and so I asked if I could pay the difference and he was so rude he was like no you didn’t say you wanted a freeze like I wasn’t gonna argue with him . I asked for an ice drink and he didn’t deliver and customer service should be important at a fast food restaurant and it was not busy and it wasn’t near closing time . I also went inside to use the restroom and he mistakenly gave me the wrong code . I went back and say excuse me and he ignored me . I said it when he was just standing there not taking an order whatever I will never go there because of this it’s just the simple fact that in his job description he is supposed to act like he wants the job regardless or not . He was working the drive through it was bad .

This store has the most lame brained managers/employees. If I pay extra for additional toppings I expect to get my topping. It's not been once not twice but at least 3 times where we pay extras and don't receive them. What a scam an establishment. Don't waste your money at this store.

Two times this week I went to here and got my order incorrectly they didn’t have the meat so I went today to get my money returned once again and the manager instead of saying sorry got so mad and slammed the window on me. I will definitely be finding out the district manager and taking this bigger because this it my time my money being played with. To top it off they always want to make you reverse in drive you and not be in the window while they are making your food. Horrible service. If that’s the manager here then I’m not sure what to say but what an immature and very rude manager.
