It was good, but forgot to give me my extra hash browns. It has happened often un fortunately. Other than that I would recommend it.

The staff at this Jack In The Box is good very friendly drive thru is always fast but ordering inside is not all that great they take longer to get you your food but is not that bad it is also very clean

I'm giving them 5 stars today, because of Sergio. He was very welcoming from the beginning. He got my order correct, offered condiments and confirmed everything was in the bag before I left. =)

Stopped by with my boys on friday to eat in a late breakfast (though we ordered from the lunch menu)... the 3 of us agreed that the food tasted somehow better, more fresh (?) than when we get it drive-thru. Maybe we were that hungry? Haha. Anyway, restaurant looked clean. We didn't use the restrooms, so I'm not sure how they looked. The employees that took our order / gave us our food were very friendly. Thank you!

They are nice here

Good breakfast platter when you are too late for McDonald's breakfast. Jack's has breakfast 24/7, I usually get a cold Caramel coffee with it as a combo. If you haven't tried it you don't know what you are missing.

I ordered in the evening. Their Iced coffee is pretty good. Sourdough and curly fries are fresh.

They get real busy since is the only place open late 24 on the weekends . . But they are always friendly and accurate with my order , specially when you have 4 daughters and a wife who are picky eater's . They always get the order right

Awesome place for food and the beach is right around the corner! I love it! It's convenient for beach lovers if you're hungry and don't mind for a bite from Jacks. The environment is okay, but I don't care for homeless individuals who are using drugs out in the open around there, especially if you've got kids around or your own. Police need to patrol better in that area! The food is great!

When it comes to fast food the workers are a big deal. If they are rude I don't want to come back. But at this location the guy that does drive thru is so awesome. He always says you got it boss, and my pleasure. He has such a great attitude. Here's to you dude!!

They always get you in and out quick and always get the food right and the cashier's know what's up when it comes with sauces... They make sure your supplied and ready to dip ! Great service !

Very friendly staff. They work hard and as fast as they can but sometimes the amount of customers is overwhelming but they manage to keep up and have very professional attitudes. Clean place. It was good the food is fresh. the line was ridiculous though. Went at 11, since it's one of the only restraunts open at that time on a Friday night they should have at least 2 more people on staff. I waited for 30+ min

This place is a hit or miss. Sometimes they'll be about 10 cars in front of you & other times you're the only one. Can't complain about the food, it's always been good.

Once your inside its OK, but the surrounding area is not so great if you're not from the area, city of Bell is safe but it's next to a city that may not be , Maywood. if you're traveling by and don't know the area you may run into a bad area, there are better places to go and eat, city of Downer near by is a much better /safer place to look for a Jack in The Box, if you get lost there it's not so bad.

Really nice customer service. Affordable food and delicious taste would recommend if you want breakfast at night like I do. See yah in another review!

I ordered ahead and at the window I still had to wait to receive my order. I checked in before pulling into the drive thru as well. But the food was still good.

This a good spot. They seemed to be nice and fast and their jobs. Went back and they were still nice but ran out of curly fries. Ill keep the 4 star.

Usually food is great, unfortunately fries were old when I got them and when I mention it the lady on the window was nice and told me she could change them if I wanted, I said yes but someone else came to the window asking for all the food and saying that they could give me everything again but I had to give back also the tacos when I complaint about the fries. It was not a good experience.

The best way to describe not only this Jack in the Box, but all Jack in the Boxes is just MEH. I would probably prefer McDonalds, In-n-out, or Carl's Jr.

I usually quick and fast however sometimes you want to check your order to make sure they don't get it wrong

The tacos looked old to much oil. Maybe double dipped to hard. I won't be going back for me. It's happened to many times.

Yesterday Sunday morning I order inside the store a breakfast platter and cofee and the employee asked how many creams and sugars for my cofee I told the employee how many when I got home all I got was no sugar only creams I had a very bad service and this is not the only time it happens plz try to improve on serving customer thank you

All I could say I miss the old Jack in the Box I wouldn't mind paying $20 $30 for a meal the longest they show love and passion for the cooking I believe that the workers is the ones that give a name to a business not a business to their self

Good service and everything was accurate and hot. The restaurant itself looked maintained. Some homeless people do hang around at night so they lock the restrooms and have to buzz you in.

Speedy service but the thing i don't like about speedy service for jacks, burger King and mickey D's is the cheese is never melted. The burgers are just a little warm and I have noticed that the fries in all 3 places EVERYTIME I ORDER IS are old and dark ALMOST BURNT. I dont even eat them anymore (only 3 or 4 fries) because they are always hard and burnt tasting ug. Its just a habit ordering the combo lol smh. Oh! AND JACK WHY DO U USE BOTH PAPER AND CARDBOARD FOR YOUR BURGERS. SO WASTEFUL. IN MY OPINION. USE ONE OR THE OTHER AND SAVE TREES SO WE CAN ALL BREATHE A LITTLE BETTER....MAYBE?

Made a big mistake in walking into the restaurant to order instead of driving through. They place all the priority on the drive through. Cars came and went through the drive through and I'm still waiting for my order. Never again. Will use the drive through from now on. The reason I walked in to order was because at this restaurant, when you get out of the drive through you come straight out to a major thoroughfare that backs up during rush hour and then you are waiting for a good Samaritan to let you cut in.

Easy to order. Quick to pay and get my order. Food and drink that I ordered was perfect. But there was a crazy homeless man that had been roaming around the parking lot and through the drive thru driveway pounding on the vehicle in front of mine and was screaming and yelling nonsense to no one at all. I told the employee taking my order, not sure if anything was done about it or if anyone cared.

Employees do not know their own products. Take too long to serve the food even on a small order.

I went during lunch in the drive thru and the curly fries were fried to a crisp and I'm sure they were old. Awful so I threw them away. What a waste of money.

Worst jack ever. I got a 7 count jalapeno order and I only got 6 and some didn't even have cheese inside. Also asked for order of tacos and some were missing.

Food and services were good, the Reason for the low review would be that the large ice coffee I was given was not filled all the way up. And they forgot my curly fries, other than that it’s pretty standard jack in the box.

I placed my order through drive thru... I received mostly everything..BUT MY CHICKEN STRIPS 8PC... I ALSO WAS NOT GIVEN MY RECEIPT...I WAS THERE ABOUT 10AM... I got food poisoning from here, because some guy in there thought I was talking to his girl. She's doing her job by smiling an being happy to take my order don't get jealous an food poisoning the next guy because your girlfriend is doing customer service. Don't go hear because there's a guy in there who thinks every dude is talking to his girlfriend. That's why relationships should be outside work. Hes lucky I'm not gonna do a lawsuit.

We left our Debit card here then found out it was being used. So my wife called and manager said it wasn’t their. Then when I called and told the manager I just wanted my card back and didn’t want to call the police. He right away said “I have it here!” The manager name is “Jose” little paisita and the Drive threw girl that try to still my card her name is “Terry” looks like a straight tweeker!

I waited 10 minutes for my food and the burgers and fries were cold and the fries were not even cooked all the way. As customers, we deserve our food warm that's why we are paying for it.

The worse service ever I went on Saturday Dec 8th I order a pannido they were out and I then ordered a salad they were out also so we left to McDonald’s that night. Dec 10th I came back the guy was really nice but my FOOD was not as it should of been I order a Spicy Siracha sandwich I got a sandwich with an un toasted bread and to make it worse it had 2 types of bread a sourdough and a burger bun. My 7pc jalapeños were so hard And the cheese wasn’t melted either they also forgot to give me my orange juice. Unsatisfied customer

It was 06 -11-15. The time was 2pm some guy vomited blood in the restroom there was blood even outside were you order the guy when. To the hospital and died of hepatitis c he touoched the door handle and horrible place they just cleaned it up they didnt even close it down bad protocal ..... never going here again bad experience....

Do they not wear hair nets ?? There was a disgusting long hair of a woman in my burger, and I don’t complain, I tried pulling it out and it dragged the whole meat out the burger…. No way… no f&;ing way. You guys need to check this out.. October 30, 11:30 pm about … I will never ever!! Go to this one again ever… this was gross. I’ve never experienced this in all the jacks I’ve been too and I’ve been to some rough place’s…(no link needed just advice your people to be careful !! This happens I understand that but the way it dragged my patty ruined my meal . )

Food is great the price is excellent.. I go here maybe ones a week for breakfast but lately i notice the staff is so rude to costumers. I sit there for 1 hour and see so many things and listen to the staff bad language . They think i dont understand tr hem or something but i do .

One of the staff members was rude, I only went back cause they forgot an item from my order I had the bags with me so that they can check also however when I approached the staff member she ignored me, after I said excuse me can you help me she turned away talking in Spanish I understand half of what she said I immediately spoke to the manager. All he said was sorry, do you want a free drink. To me that's a slap in the face, not handling a customer complaints of staff insults for no reason. This situation could have been handled properly.

Originally I had given this location all 5 stars. But now I’ve come back to revise that original review for this one. This morning I drove up and ordered tacos, an iced coffee, and egg rolls. Normally the guy taking the order is cool, but today he wasnt. He rudely asked me to back up and wait till the food was done to drive back up. I never object to this little process that yall have, I understand we all gotta meet our numbers. Anyway, I was signaled to pull forward and I received my food and drove off. On the way to work, I reached in for a taco and felt that it wasn’t hot, matter of fact it was cold. It seemed as if they were kinda heated up, but not enough. Meat was still cold. All the tacos were like that. Egg rolls were good though. But come on now, all four tacos were cold and stale. That’s unacceptable. Today was my last time ever going to this location. I don’t want a refund or anything of the sort. I just hope management is able to see this and identify the problem. I understand we have our off days as employees, but customers or anyone else at that should never have to deal with whatever burden we carry amongst ourselves. Thank you.

Came to use the restroom and waited for a god 20 minutes to use it bc the girl didn’t know where the button was. Finally was able to use it but it had no toilet paper nor paper towels. Luckily I carry disposable wipes on me!!! Bathroom smells horrible like it hasn’t been cleaned in days

My husband went to visite this location 6/3/2025 around 1pm to get some lunch. He was denied service because she wouldn't except his coupon. She was so rude over the phone yelling at me & arguing with me when I asked her why they wouldn't except it. She claimed to be the stores "owner" if thats the owner you need to be shut down. First of all learn guest service and how to.be professional, couldn't even understand half the stuff she said and she's screaming her name couldn't even understand what it was. Her same starts with an S. To top it off she hung up on me. I need a call back from the actual owner. She's claiming to be the owner & manager of the store but she's not. She's the reason you are losing business. Not acceptable at all.

Horrible , guy working overnight focuses only on drive through orders. Ordered online to pickup and line was long. Pressed the button at the window thinking it was faster … dude said give me a minute too many at drive thru …. What about pickup???? Slow slow slow slow!!! I ordered my food online at 3:30am , I go in at work at 4am. App said it be ready in 10mins. 4:54am and NOTHING , never picked up my food.

The food was good however I can not day the same about the service. A mistake was made on our order and we had to go up to the counter multiple times. They automatically pack everything on to go bags and they provide no napkins unless you go ask for them. And when you go up to let them know about the mistake made it seems that they get upset. Wouldn't go there again.
