The service is so well here. All my order came out at the same time and ya wont believe it... THE ICECREAM MACHINE WORKS!!😂🤗 Very polite and friendly service here. For me it was.

They have great staff specially the guy taking orders i didn't got his name .but he has great customer service skills. Thay makes the waiting worth it. The drive thru waiting is normal 5min-15 min keeping in mind its a busy MC Downloads restaurant.

I used the app and got a great price for a quick bite. Big Mac attack satiated

I assumed that this McDonald's would be alright, nice atmosphere, and quiet. Little was I to know that there is a GROUPIE that practically lives here. This is just disgusting! The mgmt will not do anything about it! But he buys things they say!! 😲🤬🤬😡🤢🤢

The food is very good and fast but also bad. some of the fries felt soggy and like there were left out for up to an hour or more also there were long lines on the drive-thru almost all the time but I can't deny that the most of the food there is delicious

The new layout looks great. Everything was remodelled but the same customers are still there. Still making the bathrooms a mess, still bringing their screaming children.

I have eaten here on a few occasions and from my experiences, the food is decent. I've never got anything bad enough to return. The lines can be long and take a while, especially in the drive-thru. There is normally always a bum standing outside asking for money, if you don't see him he is most likely inside taking a break. Overall, this place is decent. If I was hungry and needed a quick bite, I would stop on by.

Service is sometimes kinda slow here, even with those new screens. At times, it's Awesome... The same goes for the food, sometimes dry. I guess it depends on the team working those hours.

People are OK and their srrvice is fine. However, the fast phase and pressure makes them miss the important step to verify the food they make to customers. I received a burned bun with my muffin and egg sandwich. They were kind enough to exchange it once requested for exchange.

This location had horrible service There was no one to help me at 6:50a.so I used the kiosk. My order didn't include much hot food so 15 min later still no for here service. I was sitting near counter and was told oh someone didn't find you at table. So my order was just sitting there getting cold. Supervisor/Manager didn't apologize or say much. Do not use the kiosk it's last order to be filled. It doesn't matter if it's fast food you must do better!

Slowest McD... In the world! Be prepared to wait 20 minutes plus no matter the time of day. If you are getting breakfast in the morning on a weekend... Forget it. This place has horrible customer service, very unprofessional, and over priced food thats not worth half of the prices that are set. I waited at the order speaker box about 10 minutes and noone helped. I went to the pay at window and employees there were just chit chatting. Went to pick up Uber order at 11:40 pm. Lots of other people in line. Get to box, said I'm here for pick up. They said to drive forward. Get to window at 12.02 am. They said they don't have any food. Hommie in front got his food. What about my online order? It wasn't accepted. Didn't say anything about not having food when I got to the box. If they close at 12 am they should stop the last car at 11.30 pm. An employee walked out at 11.50 pm and didn't say anything to cars waiting. Wasted my time, my gas, and lost money on delivery. Im not joking here, I saw a prep cook, while preparing food, poke his nose, while prepping food. Super slow service, incomplete orders, poor management, no motivation by staff. They should just shut down. Why when you go to In and Out burger, the staff is always at attention, and any poor community McDs, everybody including management have this "hating there job" kinda look. We the customer can complain all we want, but nothing changes at this McDonalds, nothing.

The manager came to us at our table and was rude saying we weren't costumers, we hade our receipt right next to us.

I would like to give the customer service a well deserved 0. The drive thru lacks the attention of good customer service. I asked for 2 diet cokes and they gave me 1, I told them and they switched it with Diet Coke but didn’t give fill the whole cup. The fries were all soggy. They somehow ran out of condiments. Even though I live near I am not going back.

This morning I placed a mobile order pick up for a sausage McMuffin and a sausage egg and cheese biscuit combo. I noticed the drive thru line was long when I entered the building but inside the restaurant was packed with people who also mobile ordered. The drive thru line was constantly flowing with cars going in and out and getting their food on time, but those of us inside had to wait nearly 15 minutes just to get our food. Once my order was called, I just quickly left because I was already late for work, but I couldn’t believe they gave me the wrong order, my McMuffin was missing and the hash browns weren’t even fully cooked. That’s on me for not checking the bag before I left to make sure my order was correct, but that establishment REALLY needs to have a better system in place for getting food out quickly. It’s unfair that the drive thru gets priority over curbside and pick up (one curbside customer came inside because he was fed up waiting 10 min in his car).

They gave me spoiled potatoes, they were covered in fat and had a bad taste. I showed it and asked for another one. They didn't replace it for me, I threw it in the trash can at the seller's office. I regret this because I should have taken the photo first.

The service is to slow the employees must be retrained. The man's restrooms smell like sewer and the restaurant had the door open its horrible for the tables near the restrooms or for anyone who needs to use the restroom. Then you have a bunch of homeless all around we had one who came to our table asking for money. They need to have a more healthy environment for the customers if customers don't complaint than the ones who run this establishment will keep ignoring the comments and will keep running this place like their keep their homes.

I'll never understand how McDonald's consistently has double the workers of any other fast food chain yet they take twice as long to get anything out. Been standing here 10 minutes waiting for my mcgriddle and they haven't put out a single order other then drive through. With the facade upgrade they made it look nice and became significantly less efficient and they removed the drink fountain so you can no longer get a refill. If you ask them for one they refuse to give one. Laughable.

The promotion for the cups we can get it with the breakfast muffing they don't want to give it. then the manager said its for lunch only well I went to get it at lunch they grave the cups infront of me put them away and told me they don't have no more. It's like this McDonald's wants to get sued. I am sensitive to caffeine so I ordered a decaf coffee. My mood was weirdly elevated but I didn't think much of it. Hours later I am experiencing anxiety and bordering on a panic attack. I'm only left to suspect the "decaf" coffee because I haven't felt like this in years, since my very last cup of coffee gave me a horrible panic attack. Good thing I don't have a life threatening disease where coffee could kill me when this McDonald's was so careless about it

On 01/28/2024 in the morning I went to this McDonald's and the cashier on duty was quite annoying and rude. I asked him for help to pay with my gift card and he simply said that he did not accept payments with a gift card and I asked him if I could spoke to the manager and he only said that the manager was not there and that there was nothing to do because he was not receiving payments with a gift card. It is quite disrespectful to me, why do they sell gift cards if they are not going to accept them later? !!

Instead of 1 big breakfast, they charged 2 and the lady at the window told us to take it,if we payed it already. 5-14-2024 update, they're still doing the same thing, they double up your order, take forever to take your money, no wonder there's no customers

If you order online be aware, they do not verify the order with the person picking up. I placed an order online and my food was given to someone else. In other places an online order is not given unless they verify you have proof you order online, but I guess what can you expect from McDonald's

Poor food their fries are old and taste like old oil you can definitely tell they don't change their oil often it leaves an oily after taste in your mouth chicken nuggets are stale, dry, and old. None of the food was fresh I threw it away. They need to work on serving better quality food.

I ordered fries, a cheeseburger, and a spicy chicken sandwich, and honestly, it was a huge disappointment. The fries tasted like nothing but old, stale oil — no flavor, no crispiness, just greasy and unpleasant. The cheeseburger wasn’t any better: the patty was dry, the cheese barely melted, and the whole thing just felt thrown together without care. As for the spicy chicken, it was tough and overcooked, with barely any real spice. Overall, the quality was horrible. Definitely not worth the money.

Horrible service. Had forgotten to give us half of our order until we called it out. We asked for ketchup three times and they assured us it was there (it was infact, not there). One syrup packet was ripped and all the syrup fell inside the bag. To make matters worse we asked for a coffee ensuring it was correct what we wanted in it only for it to not have anything we asked..gave us a pure black coffee.

It opens at 5am according to all the signs posted. 5am nothing open on a daily basis. Why the 5am sign if they are just going to open whenever they feel like it ... one year later. It's 5:25 am still not open. You guys are terrible.

Placed an order online an hour before so I can pick you up on my way to work. When I left to leave for work and pick up my order the staff was just chilling. I asked for my order they couldn’t find it and to find out they didn’t even do it. I’m even worst no fries were done so it was going to be 5 mins for them too. I told them to just cancel and give me my money back but was told I had to do it on the app and it wouldn’t let me. I ended up waiting for my food and the fries were still just a little warm and I barely made it to work. Also the female manager kept just feeding excuses and was annoying.

This lady in the front on February 11, 2026. @ 1pm. Supposedly her she is multitasking but she aint doing nothing. She doesn't help customers at register and she wants to do like 5 orders and helps one customer in the register and does more orders and helps another customer in the register. So me and one lady we were waiting for few minutes and she was going orders she helps the customer in front, and I ask her right away can you ring me up, I just had to pay my order from the kiosk. She tells me wait a minute, she continues to make orders and I'm standing there for a few the guy in the back even nodded with me like daem! I left! But I dont know why can she help ring the register and then continue with order. So disappointed!

This is the only time ever visiting mcdonalds that they dont do refills, every fast food place and every dinner offers free refills on a purchased drink. Man this place sucks never coming back here.

Had an issue with my order so I called to speak to the manager and they hung up on my calls more than four times. Finally got to speak to a manager named Maria and she was talking over me being very rude and cussing me out in Spanish. You guys definitely need to find a new manager to replace Maria. Even if a customer is being rude as a manager you are supposed to talk calmly and not cuss a customer

I had gone through the drive thru in a white car, kid you not i asked for breakfast, they told me to pull up to the first window, once i got there, a old lady with glasses started accusing me of going through the DRIVE-THRU BACK AND FOURTH?!?! Lady i have things to do, i don’t have time to waste like that, she had her head out and her eyes looking like there about to pop out, telling me “I KNOW IT WAS YOU” “I RECOGNIZE YOUR VOICE” “LET ME GET MY SUPERVISOR” and here comes a BIG tall lady, who seems like she could care LESS, asking what’s the problem, and giving US attitude, like women please it’s not my fault your whole station is in shambles and you can’t supervise for crap, anyways such a disappointment. I've lived in this area for over 25 years, This is the Mc Donald's in my area and it use to be fast. As I am writing this review, I've been waiting in the drive thru for 30 min now. I'm just here for a coffee. I didn't get down cause there were only 3 cars ahead of me. Bad mistake. Now I'm late to where I have to be. Terrible service. Never again. I had stopped coming here for this same reason. They only have 2 or 3 cars and take to long. The one on Gage is quicker always.

I visited this location in Maywood on a Saturday afternoon. And as soon as I walked in, I noticed the trash overfilled and unattended. As I was ordering our food, #1 the employees need to learn CUSTOMER SERVICE #2 the employees need to remember to keep their personal conversations in the back of the restaurant. #3 They should not look sloppy #4 they need to stay off their cellphones. So I waited and observed other employees walk near the overfilled trash and it was ignored. As I continued to wait for our food, a transient walks out of the restaurant with the yellow caution sign that was stacked inside this filthy McDs, and throws it out with anger and aggression. I noticed it an employee slightly sees it, and ignores it. I noticed a women about the approach the entrance of this restaurant, so I run out to make sure the transient leaves and I grabbed the sign and made sure the customer walks in safely. I finally get our food to sit down and I find it difficult to spot a clean table. After I mentioned that the trash is full an employee finally clears it. Then I noticed ketchup on the wall in one section and felt more disgusted. I went to the restroom and see more of a mess unattended. I was shocked because I walked in the restroom after about 10 minutes after an employee McDonalds employee walked out of the restroom. (LAZY EMPLOYEE) Another customer that walked in the restroom told me that it’s never like this in the morning. So that means it’s the afternoon staff. The afternoon supervisor/manager needs an evaluation or requires a replacement.

I ordered thru UberEATS a 2cheeseburger meal, and apple pie, & I received a free 10pc nuggets thru a deal on the app. All the fried items, fries, apple pie and nuggets were burnt or almost burnt.fries were inedible, apple pie barely the only not so burnt item was the nuggets but they looked close to being burnt. And I also received no straw fory drink. Either they need re training or change the fry oil more often.

The female manage here is SO annoying! She spends all day yelling at her employees instead of communicating and her voice is irritating. I waited for my food for about 15 minutes and already wanted to just walk out. Table are filthy, they don't serve ice cream or shakes. Terrible location.

This is my first review and I hate that it’s a bad one. I went today at around 9pm to get a late meal. I have came to this place a couple times only and something is always wrong. Only focusing on my experience today, the speed of service was slow. I got to the speaker and the lady was nice and I got my food pretty quick. I pulled ahead a little, double checked my order, and threw away my receipt as I saw my order was completed. I bite into my burger and this is what I see. I worked in fast food and I have gone to different franchises, NEVER has this happened to me. I understand they want to be fast but if I had given this to my child this would have been a trip to the hospital. Please if you can avoid it, dont come here.
