They didn't give me my caramel coffee 😤. I didn't notice until I got home. The employees were really nice, but rushed me off and they didn't kept my coffee 😭... I'll try to go today and if they give me my coffee, I will come back and edit my comment with a 4 star rating 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟. They lose one 🌟 for forgetting my coffee ☕️ 😒 😁

Originally I had given this location all 5 stars. But now I’ve come back to revise that original review for this one. This morning I drove up and ordered tacos, an iced coffee, and egg rolls. Normally the guy taking the order is cool, but today he wasnt. He rudely asked me to back up and wait till the food was done to drive back up. I never object to this little process that yall have, I understand we all gotta meet our numbers. Anyway, I was signaled to pull forward and I received my food and drove off. On the way to work, I reached in for a taco and felt that it wasn’t hot, matter of fact it was cold. It seemed as if they were kinda heated up, but not enough. Meat was still cold. All the tacos were like that. Egg rolls were good though. But come on now, all four tacos were cold and stale. That’s unacceptable. Today was my last time ever going to this location. I don’t want a refund or anything of the sort. I just hope management is able to see this and identify the problem. I understand we have our off days as employees, but customers or anyone else at that should never have to deal with whatever burden we carry amongst ourselves. Thank you.

Came to use the restroom and waited for a god 20 minutes to use it bc the girl didn’t know where the button was. Finally was able to use it but it had no toilet paper nor paper towels. Luckily I carry disposable wipes on me!!! Bathroom smells horrible like it hasn’t been cleaned in days

My husband went to visite this location 6/3/2025 around 1pm to get some lunch. He was denied service because she wouldn't except his coupon. She was so rude over the phone yelling at me & arguing with me when I asked her why they wouldn't except it. She claimed to be the stores "owner" if thats the owner you need to be shut down. First of all learn guest service and how to.be professional, couldn't even understand half the stuff she said and she's screaming her name couldn't even understand what it was. Her same starts with an S. To top it off she hung up on me. I need a call back from the actual owner. She's claiming to be the owner & manager of the store but she's not. She's the reason you are losing business. Not acceptable at all.

All of these 5 stars are jokes, the times I go to this jack they always forget something. I went today and ordered a few items including a kids meal and guess what they forgot to pack it 😭 but I’m not surprised please Do better jack employees!

Horrible , guy working overnight focuses only on drive through orders. Ordered online to pickup and line was long. Pressed the button at the window thinking it was faster … dude said give me a minute too many at drive thru …. What about pickup???? Slow slow slow slow!!! I ordered my food online at 3:30am , I go in at work at 4am. App said it be ready in 10mins. 4:54am and NOTHING , never picked up my food.

All I asked was for some curly fries and they gave me regular fries they weren’t even fresh they were stiff the staff was lazy to make more curly fries gave us attitude and old fries

WTH IS THIS. You call this a burrito. It’s literally the length of two sauce dips. $7 “burrito” by the way. Who the hell do you have working in the kitchen that passes this as a freaking burrito?

The food was good however I can not day the same about the service. A mistake was made on our order and we had to go up to the counter multiple times. They automatically pack everything on to go bags and they provide no napkins unless you go ask for them. And when you go up to let them know about the mistake made it seems that they get upset. Wouldn't go there again.
