Had a gorgeous pizza here at lunch time. Seated very quickly and staff are efficient and friendly. Pizza was delicious with a thin crusty base. Aperols for 8€ and beer was good too. They pulled out the awning when it started raining and the little alley it’s tucked down is lovely. Would 100% recommend for lunch in Bellagio.

We ran in to escape a rain shower and were delighted by this cozy restaurant. A local-produce focused menu and friendly staff made sure that this was an experience to remember. My beef carpaccio with horseradish was a flavor bomb of perfectly prepared beef with parmesan and truffles, it was the best carpaccio I've had, ever. My pikeperch (white lake fish) was tender, and very tasty but not super-fishy, perfectly complemented with creamy spinach and crisp roast potatoes. This was a very good meal.

So happy my husband found this gem while navigating online for a nice lunch spot on our last day in Bellagio. It was a quaint little spot somewhat hidden away from all the crowds, which is nice. All the servers were friendly and the food was very good. Definitely on the pricey side, but everything is in bellagio. My husband and I ordered the lake fish for a starter and it was a very local dish - we are glad we finally tried it considering we were staying in Lake Como, we like to try all the local dishes when we can. I had the risotto and my husband had the trout - both very filling and very flavorful dishes.

Superlative experience. The food was utterly magnificent, the wait staff were friendly and attentive. Not particularly cheap, but worth the cost for sure! Beautiful setting with pretty lighting and fresh air on the terrace with tasteful plant decor. Make sure to go upstairs because downstairs is a separate, independent pizzeria.

So so pleased with our experience at Ristorante Terrazza Barchetta! Stumbled upon this nice, upstairs portion of the restaurant accidentally but decided to stay and I’m so glad we did! The staff was incredibly friendly, the views over a street of Bellagio are nice, and the food was delightful. I particularly recommend the truffle gnocchi!!

Stopped here for an impromptu lunch as it started pouring outside. Had a lovely lunch. Food was good. Service was polite albeit a bit slow. Prices are in line with the area. The stuffed zucchini flowers were great, as was the risotto with sausage. The gnocchi were ‘only’ good in my opinion, though my wife did really enjoy them. For dessert we had the Zabaione, which I really enjoyed. It was my first time having it so not sure how it stacks up against others.

The most amazing Italian restaurant. I’m always scared to end up in tourist traps but this was a hidden gem. The staff is so so nice and always trying to please. The food is exceptional and authentic and the restaurant is super cute (and they have AC in the summer!!!). It was so good that we went back a second time.

Location romantica e rilassante tra le viuzze di Bellagio, cucina buona. Ottima la tartare di salmone, senza lode e senza infamia il primo piatto di paccheri e vongole. Un pochino caro ma ci sta... è situato nel centro di una delle città più belle del Lago di Como. Prosecco ottimo.

Piccolo locale, con alcuni tavolini all'aperto. Devo ammettere che ho mangiato proprio bene. Buone porzioni ad un prezzo corretto. Tempi di attesa normali. Personale gentile. Servizi igienici puliti. Decisamente minimale il tavolino dove abbiamo pranzato, tra l'altro in una posizione un pochino scomoda.

La pizzeria di Bellagio propone pizze di alta qualità, cotte in forno a legna, distinguendosi per la sua autentica atmosfera. Data l'impossibilità di effettuare prenotazioni, suggeriamo di giungere all'orario di apertura. Il locale gode di notevole popolarità.

There are no reservations here. We waited on a line before dinner time to ensure we could get a table. We were a large group and we had to split up. I didn’t get many pictures of the food. I had the steak. They were cut into smaller pieces. It was soft and had flavor. My sons had the lasagna and they said they were great. The loss of a star is because service was very slow.

Very nice dinner at the Ristorante Terrazza Barchetta! Delicious food and friendly staff, very reasonable prices. The service was a little bit slow (this is the only reason why I didn’t rate 5 stars) but overall we really enjoyed it! Highly recommended

Fun, casual-ish, lively dinner spot in the heart of Como. Their caprese salad was exceptional, the tomatoes were perfectly in-season and the mozzarella was top quality. The pesto pasta with octopus was also very good, but the highlight of our meal may have been the gnocchi with a basic tomato sauce that was on their nightly special menu. Basic dish but it was very well executed. The only slight miss on the food was the beef tartare; it was just a bit under-seasoned and bland, but still had great beefy flavor. Friendly (at times a bit hectic) service and good guidance from the wine specialist. Our bottle of red wine was exceptional. The cocktails (we had a Negroni and a spritz) were also very good, and were heavy pours.

Cibo di media qualità, mi sarei aspettato di più, servizio velocissimo. Lo staff, encomiabile, ce la mette tutta per stare al passo con la richiesta di tavoli, come in ogni luogo preso d'assalto da turismo.

Ristorante piccolino, informale, che accetta i cani.. Poca scelta per quanto riguarda le proposte di cucina e prezzi un po' alti per la qualità dei prodotti e del servizio in generale.. :primi come pasta al pomodoro 9 euro o alla carbonara a 12, birra media alla spina 6euro (una bionda alla spina normalissima, non artigianale o chissà che) ..io ho preso la pizza, e mi è piaciuta... Però abbiamo dovuto aspettare molto e ogni commensale ha mangiato "da solo" perché cucina/pizzeria non si sono coordinate benissimo... Lato positivissimo: era aperto a gennaio, mentre quasi tutto il resto era chiuso...( a quanto pare Bellagio non mangia a gennaio, vanno tutti in letargo....XD)

Abbiamo mangiato abbastanza male ed era anche costoso. Piatto bambino ordinato prima degli altri, servito l'ultimo. Una lasagna che non si dovrebbe chiamare cosi. La pizzaiola maleducata. Una stella per la pizza un po' migliore della pasta, ed una stella per la cameriera che ci ha provato diverse volte per aver il piatto del bimbo più veloce.

Vedere la propietaria/pizzaiola che durante il servizio mastica un chewingum a bocca aperta non è un bel vedere, tutt'altro. Senza esporre i dialoghi a voce alta tra camerieri cuochi e pizzaiola con parole volgari .... Peccato che a loro non interessi questo comportamento inadeguato per un ristorantino che potrebbe essere VALORIZZATO molto di piu nei modi

The service was ok and the food was a real disappointment, we ordered the gnocchi, the prawn risotto and the pork. The gnocchi and the risotto were tasteless. Ho pranzato presso questo ristorante il 21/07/2025. Eravamo in quattro. E’ stata una esperienza imbarazzante. Non mi è mai capitato di trovare una arroganza ed una scortesia così gratuita. Non credo di aver mai mangiato così male in vita mia (a titolo di esempio il riso con il persico in carpione era un piatto di riso in bianco molto scotto con sopra cinque pezzetti di filetto di persico che sembrava fritto in precedenza e poi di nuovo rifritto per scaldarlo e metterlo sopra il riso scotto ( non so quale fosse in realtà il procedimento di cottura ma questo sembrava perché trasudava olio premendolo con la forchetta ) Piegando il piatto sotto il riso scotto compariva una grande quantità’ di olio che sembrava residuo di frittura veramente poco invitante. Tutto il resto è stato allo stesso livello e non lo descrivo per evitare di ricordare). Dulcis in fondo per un antipasto ed un primo acqua minerale niente vino 47 e cinquanta a testa. Indimenticabile

In questo posto ho mangiato veramente male! Il cibo, pieno di burro e olio, oltre ad essere immangiabile ha anche un costo elevato. È stato anche spiacevole dover assistere al litigio fra due cameriere che tra l'altro sono arroganti e maleducate.

Premetto che non abbiamo mangiato, quindi non valuto il cibo, ma il servizio. Alle ore 11.35 ci rechiamo presso il ristorante, presto senza dubbio ( avevamo l'aereo nel primo pomeriggio), avendo visto persone sedute a mangiare proviamo a spingere la porta, una signora con capelli corti bianchi esclama " p**** p***** alle 11.30 mangiano solo i ristoratori" con fare nervoso apre la porta e ci dice arrabbiata che il locale apriva alle 12.00 in inglese, forse pensando che eravamo stranieri. Non abbiamo proferito una parola ed ovviamente non siamo tornati. Bastava dire ragazzi apriamo alle 12, tornate dopo. Educazione pari a 0!

Abbiamo atteso 35min per ricevere gli antipasti (tra i quali invito a non ordinare il missoltini). Dopo 35min arrivano gli antipasti e dopo soli 5 minuti anche i primi piatti. Il tempo di finire gli antipasti e i primi piatti li abbiamo mangiati freddi. Zero scuse o volontà di risolvere l’evidente problema. Non ritornerò mai.

I’ve made better food at home. Food was bland and looked/tasted premade and reheated. They also charge you for bread that they bring to the table without asking. Would not go back. Do not recommend. Edit: the bread is in fine print on the menu that they give you AFTER it was already served at the table. Just another way they try to take an extra few euros. Overall overpriced and not good, do not get trapped here.

We waited for a while to be seated only to realize that the whole terrace above was empty. The servers weren't very friendly either. The food came really quick but I quickly got disappointed. Ordered the rice and fish. Rice was extremely oily and tasted like lemon. The fish tasted like lemon with nothing else. My friend ordered the pasta with shrimp. Pasta was so salty and the shrimp had a weird rotten smell, that's why we couldn't finish both of our dishes. Overall, avoid this trap at all cost.

Summary: Unless you appreciate mediocre food and poor service, head elsewhere. We'd spent 2 weeks in Italy on vacation, from Rome to Milan, and usually having a full meal with good wine, and this is the only establishment where we were really disappointed. Read on for the details. Service: We reached at 8pm without reservations and asked if they could accommodate us. The waiter said they needed the table back by 845pm, and we thought we would have a quick bite. We ordered one antipasti and one main to share as we were concerned we would not finish the food in time. It was obviously not to the waiter's satisfaction as he confirmed the order with us twice, with an unpleasant expression. We tried to order the house wine, which was apparently unavailable. Waiter then attempted to persuade us to order a half bottle of Amarone at €41 which we refused, as we don't think we will enjoy it over the rushed dinner. We ended up ordering a cocktail each. Food: The drinks came first. My aperol spritz was decent. Her negroni was not. She took a sip and told me it was just gin. I took a larger sip and then realized they had not even bothered to stir the cocktail. The vogole was like the other reviewer said, a mis-representation. It was full of tiny clams that do not belong in the dish and cannot be eaten. See photo for proof. The other dish we ordered was a very mediocre veal. The potatoes were also undercooked. By the time we finished our meal within 30min, we could not wait to get out of the place. The waiter had the cheek to come along and tell us we can stay. I told him very firmly we are done. The meal came to 78 euros and not a single item on our order was worth it. We headed out to get dessert elsewhere (which was excellent) to make up for the sucky meal. Save yourself the pain and enjoy your dinner elsewhere.
