Been wanting to try this place and finally got my chance. I was not disappointed.; the cookie was soft with the right amount of sweetness. Also, the frosting was heavenly and not overbearing. If you like large, decadent and dense cookies, then this is the place for you. I was however underwhelmed by the decor and flavor selection. The store did seem clean though. I will return to try more flavors.

Stopped by Crumbl Cookie in Bellaire to satisfy my sweet tooth, and it did not disappoint! I got the classic chocolate chip cookie, and it was amazing soft, perfectly sweet, and so large that it’s perfect for sharing (or indulging solo). Ordering was a breeze with the option to use the kiosk or order at the counter, and my cookie was ready in seconds. If you’re ever in need of a quick cookie fix, Crumbl’s efficiency and quality make it the ultimate go-to spot!

Baebayyyyy!! When I tell you thick, soft, fresh, warm cookies that melt in your mouth. They taste like none other. Everyone is so nice when you walk in and will answer any questions you have. You can either order at the smart machine on the wall or go to the front to order. They have some cookies out to show you in person what they are and the name of them. Once you complete your order, they call your name and show you your to confirm it is correct. The cookies were delicious.

Just another Crumbl cookies with good service and food. The cookies are quite sugary and very filling. Be aware for those who look at the nutrition facts: the serving is 1/4th of a cookie. The flavors are good, but really not much to differentiate it from other Crumbls.

Got a 4 pack of cookies as a gift and was quite surprised. I believe the selections I got were Chocolate Chip, Oreo, Ruby(?) Chocolate Chip and Peanut Butter. These cookies are huge, freshly made, soft and tasty! I'm not a cookie person but I wouldn't object stopping in sometime in the future to try some other flavors!

We're on a mission to find the best chocolate chip cookie in Houston. We came across Crumbl Cookies in Bellaire. It's located in a strip plaza and has plenty of private parking spots out front. We ordered a "Single Box" for $3.48; this consisted of one large chocolate chip cookie. We also ordered a chilled 16 oz of white milk (2%). The cookie was quite soft, thick, and moist. It was undercooked if you like that raw cookie style. The chocolate chips were overly-sweet for my taste to the point it hurt my teeth. Overall, the place was nice, but I thought the chocolate chip cookie was okay. I personally like the chocolate chip cookies at Tout Suite or Luna Pizzeria much better in Houston.

Honestly, the store itself smelled amazinggg, the staff was very friendly and I picked up my order without any issues. However, the cookies were a bit disappointing. I liked the tres leches cake, it was alright.. tasted more like a sugar cookie than tres leches cake. The Dubai chocolate brownie… was huge no for me. It was way too chocolatey and I did not enjoy the texture cream filling or whatever that was. My sister and I placed separate orders at this location on 1/30/26 at 8:08 PM, and both of our Pink Sugar Cookies tasted strongly of chemicals. I ordered two single cookies: Pink Sugar Cookie and Celebration Cake Cookie. The Celebration Cake Cookie was fine. However, when my sister took a bite of her Pink Sugar Cookie, she immediately noticed a strong chemical taste, similar to Fabuloso or a cleaning product. I then tried a very small amount of the icing from my own Pink Sugar Cookie to confirm, and it had the same overwhelming chemical taste. The cookie itself was also an odd texture slightly soggy but still somewhat hard as if it had been sitting out and possibly exposed to cleaning fumes or improperly stored. Neither of us ate the cookie after noticing this. I did not throw away the cookie because I am going to find out what is in this cookie because after consuming that small amount hours later I started to feel unwell. We did contact the store immediately after noticing and let the guy know and got a refund. My sister informed them that they should dispose of those Pink Sugar Cookies because 2 of hers tasted like chemicals. So, it's likely many of them were contaminated. This is extremely concerning. Food should never taste or smell like chemicals. I hope this is taken seriously so no one else unknowingly consumes something unsafe.

cookies i ordered through uber okay i get them these things burnt then i go and return them to the store they claim they sat too long under heat well i dont want more just refund and she had a complete attitude and never acknowledged me nor asked if she could help afterwards and tired to refuse letting me take a pic to show proof no manager here with children running the store first mistake never again

Worst customer service specifically with the guy working at this location. Placed an order for 3:20pm pick up. Cookies were not ready till 4:50pm. The guy moved like turtle. When asked to see the cookies he said I can look at it myself and that he has a lot of orders so he can't help me and walked away. When I checked my order.. they were not correct even though he took a long time to make my order.
