This place is great I've been getting pizza from here for 33 years now and every time it's the same delicious food. Even though they completely tore the building down a few years back they completely rebuilt it better and more efficient than ever and still same Great pizza hut taste.

This is by far one Of the best pizza huts I’ve ever been too. It’s more of a pizza place/ sports bar not typical of a regular pizza hut. The one thing that really sets it apart is they serve beer and the quality of the food seems to be better than most other pizza huts. They also have events such as this one at this location. They also accept ebt if you get hot food anyway. They are pretty dope, the people working here are nice. And they’re open until 12am :) nothing but great things to say at this location.

Best pizza hut restaurant I've been to very clean and simple pizza cooked to perfection best place in town who has ten television in a restaurant the food cook with love .......I give it five thumbs up if I had a fifth one for this place........very hard workers

Food here is awsome!! Oustanding staff and great product overall perfect amount of sauce and ingredients to every pizza slice.. the wings are veey well tossed in the different sauces. Place looks real good from the outside to.. almost never full. Outside dinning is available. Nice place to relax grab a cold beer and watch some sports 👌.

I'm new to the area and found that pizza hut was open later than most restaurants in the perimeter. I went and was greeted helped and served all withing 10 min. Thanks pizza hut.

Very fast, have gotten the order wrong a few times and have missed items before. Overall though, the food tastes great, high quality and tastes fresh. The app is their best strength. Can get you free items from time to time but it’s usually these free items that they forget to include.

Pizza Hut is a family-friendly favorite for pizza and sports. However, it's disappointing they've stopped serving beer, which was a great pairing for game days. While the food remains tasty, the lack of beer diminishes the experience. Staff is great though. Probably the last time we come here and will look for another pizza parlor

Just not a big fan of Pizza Hut' food, but I went for a friend who does. The service was really good. This Pizza Hut has a dining room as well as takeout and delivery.

Staff had a laid back feel/vibe, but were on point. They weren't lazy or anything. Orders were promptly made and handed off to people walking in while balancing new orders. Like I said, on point. Food was good. If you've had Pizza Hut before, it's the same stuff. Same taste quality across others I've been to. My only issue with the location was that they closed half of it off. They placed two tvs, some cones, and wet floor signs blocking off the main seating area, leaving three tables in front of the registers only. 🤷‍♂️

Just received my order for delivery and it's not that great. They didn't follow the instructions on how to make our sandwiches (that we submitted online) and they are overall nothing special. We also requested they call upon arrival, which they did not. I've been to numerous other jimmy johns that are good, but this one isn't great. The service wasn't very fast either. The food wasn't terrible, but it wasn't what I would expect from JJ. I really hope they step up their game because I'd love to order from them again.

Mannnnn!! I honestly only gave it 2 stars bc I had my Italian nightclub toasted (which I had never done before, but I always order this sandwich) & it totally took the flavor right out of the meats. I gotta go back and order it the regular way. Whyyyy did I mess with something that was already great!?🥺

These people cannot get it right. I ordered a sandwich with easy mayo and I swear the bread was saturated with mayonnaise. It was literally dripping down my arm. They really don't care that everybody goes to Jersey Mike's. I'm going to try to get them to rectify this, but who knows what's going to happen.

At this location the man taking our order was extremely rude. He groaned when his coworker asked him to write down our order. He mumbled everything he asked and was communicating pretty aggressively. When my friend asked him to repeat something he asked and yelled the question back at her irritated. He then snatched the receipt and handed it to her after rolling his eyes. He then went right back to going on his phone. Super rude. Worst cashier I’ve ever met.

We used to order from this location several times a week and loved it. We were always impressed by the speedy delivery, but the last several months the delivery has been exceptionally slow. We went from receiving our lunches in 10-15 minutes to waiting a minimum of 30 minutes and we are only located 1/2 a mile away. It wouldn't be as frustrating if delivery wasn't advertised to be fast or if we hadn't received quick delivery in the past. Moving forward, we'll just walk in and order, or choose another location.

Orderedan 8-piece Garlic Parmesan wing from these guys last night and was highly disappointed. Just plain boneless chicken tenders with all the sauce at the bottom, I had to shake the container to spread the sauce on them and there wasn't even enough to do that. The sauce tastes more like melted butter instead of anything garlic. They were also cold in the middle. You all have GOT TO DO BETTER!!! The delivery driver was nice, that's the only plus in this.

If I could rate this Jmmy John’s in the negative I swear I would. I’ll start by saying my s/o and I LOVE Jimmy Johns. For us, it’s one of those places you can’t have all the time though, or it won’t be the same. Firstly, upon walking in it had a very off putting smell that we thought was maybe probably just the bathroom, but the further we walked into the facility the smell deepened. Secondly, there was a guy at the drink machine getting a drink, who we assumed was just another guest until we seen him walk behind the register. There were 2 guys and a Spanish woman and NONE OF THEM GREETED US, looked at us, asked if we needed help with anything or nothing. I came not only with my s/o, but 2 others as well and even though they didn’t greet us or even look at us we all browsed the menu and asked one another what we were getting. Eventually, we all at the same time agreed we didn’t even want the food anymore, as bad as we initially did, because of just how uncomfortable we felt. I wouldn’t feel okay having someone make my food while practically acted as if I wasn’t even standing there. Their body language, actions and overall ignoring made us feel as if they had zero intentions on ever saying anything to us. One guy played with the receipt paper in the terminal and never looked up one time. We are all African American and if this is what racism felt like back in the day, we surely experienced it. It was so obvious that we were purposely ignored and how intentional it was. I haven’t felt unwelcome or uncomfortable the way I did ever in my life before. The pictures attached to the review are how they remained during our ENTIRE duration of being inside the center. Never will I EVER come back here again. Management needs to get an entirely new crew, because this just wasn’t cool. An African American lady and her granddaughter walked in as we walked out and my initial thought was to give her a heads up, but I just went about my day. To love a place so much and receive this type of treatment is very disheartening, but I’m forced to believe this is normal behavior, because they had no shame. Worst JJ’s ever!!!

Third time in a row here they screwed up my order. It isn't like this is complicated, just don't put lettuce on it, as I keep asking you. Between the inability to follow a simple instruction and the downright surly nature of the staff, going here is not a convenience, it is penance. UPDATE: This just gets better and better. I was asked to relay my comments via the Jimmy John's customer service website and this location is not even listed as one of their franchises! What a farce! LOL!

Before today I would have given 5 stars. This location is only 0.7 miles away from me. I have ordered from them several times before and they always delivered to me. Today I was told that they will no longer deliver to me. Something about Chimney Rock and Renwick. I told them that's fine. My friends and I will take our business elsewhere since it's obvious the manager here doesn't want it.

40 minutes to just over an hour for delivery for a single sandwich, 1.3 miles away, all ~5 times I've ordered from this location. The store manager, Victor, actually offered me a free sandwich for the next day since I finally complained about it. Guess what? I'm sitting here waiting on that comp sandwich after ordering it 50 minutes ago! It's 8 minutes by car from me! Don't think I'll be ordering delivery from this location anymore.

Here they make the sandwich so fast that quality isn't a priority. I get it, they're known for being super fast. But, there is a problem when your making my sandwich so fast that everything is tossed together and looks terrible. I usually like Jimmy John's. I moved to them once Subway no longer sold roast beef. I usually buy sandwiches from med center location and it's perfect every time. I came here today to get a Hunter's Club with Jimmy mustard and Jimmy mixed peppers. When making my sandwich the guy only put one kind of "peppers" on the entire sandwich (not a mix of different peppers like it's supposed to be) and barely put ANY mayo on the sandwich. When taking my sandwich back up to counter apparently I was given an answer "that's just how the peppers are sir" . This was after ne pointing to the giant container of "mixed" peppers and asking why I got a million of the same thing on my sandwich. After not just offering to remake the sandwich I opted to just get a refund and leave.

If you’re black think twice about going here during lunch hours today 11/12/25 me and my husband came in to grab us some lunch and the lady was about to speak until she seen us come around the corner and seen that we were black so she quickly closed her mouth they avoided even acknowledging us at all didn’t even come to the counter until I was the one who used customer service and spoke to them I’m not too much blaming the one that had the black hair it was definitely the blonde head lady that was rude and whispering to the other woman after we came and she realized we was black because we came in through the back the energy was very uncomfortable and off so of course we left only great customer service will get my dollars I don’t care what you sell I’m not patronizing no disrespectful business so we went and had a great lunch at firehouse sub where it’s always great customer service

This place closes whenever it feels like it. It’s been multiple times where they close before their store hours. And I’m there 30 minutes before close. When asked, they said the manager said it was OK for them to close early.

employees need training on cleanliness. Guy was moping the floors as we came in. Did not wash hands and put on gloves and started making sandwiches. The second employee blew onto the gloves before she put them on. BOTH gross if you ask me. Will not visit this location unless there is nothing open.

Placed 2 seperate orders of flatzz n added diffrent toppings on both n none of d order came out correct n looked same ..both flatzz were made without toppings n felt like we were eating a cheese pizza without toppings n both flatzz turned out flat .

This place doesn’t even deserve a star. Don’t come to this location save your money and go somewhere else. The food quality here is horrible. The pizza is burn and their wings look old. Nothing here is fresh.

Do not go to this Pizza Hut. My husband and I love Pizza Hut but we had two horrible experiences with this location. The first experience there was a slice of mushroom on the pizza we ordered and I’m extremely allergic to mushrooms. I let it go and just took a survey that they email me. Fast forward to a few months later and there’s a bug that was baked with the pizza. We didn’t ask for that topping. Unfortunately I took one but of another slice before realizing the little pest. Please just save yourself a trip and go to another Pizza Hut a couple more miles away.
