My first day here and wow the staff are incredibly warm and welcoming! They greeted the regulars, and myself as if I was a regular here as well. Having worked at a Starbucks myself for 4 years, this Starbucks has incredible customer service and welcoming vibe. Y'all got it going on, keep it up!

This location is great, go here everyday but one of the baristas named Cass is very rude to me, I worked with her at another location and since then every time I see her she doesn’t greet me, say my name for my order or “have a good day.” I ended up quitting my job at Starbucks because of how she treated me while we worked together so for it to continue with me as a customer is beyond me and shows her limited customer service skills… everyone else is great though! Super friendly, will actually talk to you and try to build connections with you. I love this location and this is my favorite Starbucks to go to!

Best Starbucks location I ever been. Restrooms are always clean, Stuff is friendly and quick, nice atmosphere.

Went in just to grab a quick coffee this morning, and while the shop was buzzing, the customer service was friendly, helpful and my order was made within 3-4 minutes.

The employees here are great, two in particular; one is Kevin; he’s always pleasant and professional; always has a smile to share. The other is Robin; these two — with the help of Mina’s guidance — brings back here again and again. David

I am told this is the busiest Starbucks in all of Colorado and usually when I visit it feels like it It is nice that they’ve got some outdoor tables. You can order an advance and that gets rid of the wait

5 Stars , The baristas are the best in the biz! hope they dont chop shop this location like they have done at many others, leaving only 1 or 2 tables to sit at. We think its a terrible business move and will be going to a local shop that appreciates the need for meeting space

This is the best starbucks ever! I go out of my way just to get my matcha latte here. Lexi and Kevin are especially awesome but everyone here is great and really puts effort into consistently friendly service and great drinks. Love this location :)

I come in quite regularly, over the last 6 months James has been there. Working hard and always putting a smile on my face. He even made me a surprise drink which was wonderful. James I think could be the face of Starbucks. Props to him and the rest of the crew. Great people 10/10

This Starbucks is exceptional, probably because it doesn't have a drive through. Even when it's busy, the baristas make an effort to connect with every customer and keep the place extremely clean. They are very helpful and make every effort to create the perfect drink. They apologized when they were out of siracha but really shouldn't have to. It makes me think some customers are mean to them when their products are out of stock.

This was my first time visiting this Starbucks in the DTC area of Denver. The location was convenient, relaxed, popular, busy, full of energy and people. Loved it! It is a huge Starbucks with plenty of different kinds of seating, plenty of windows, friendly employees, delicious coffee, relaxing music, clean restrooms, clean tables and floors, strong WiFi, but quite limited electrical outlets...power!

My husband and I were driving by and saw that a Starbucks was conveniently located off the route we were taking. We walked in and was warmly greeted by Key- he helped me decided which drink since I wasn’t sure if to get my usual or try the new Apple Crisp. (Which was delicious!) Everyone was friendly and welcoming. Thank you for what you do!

This Starbucks location is very nice, clean and surprisingly not too noisy even when all the seats are occupied. For my first visit here, I was impressed and will definitely go back. Also, there's a great patio area.

Large standalone Starbucks with the usual foods and drinks. The coffee is generally strong and good. Service was very good. It was fast, accurate and polite. Given how busy it was, the coffee was ready very quickly. This is a popular spot especially around lunch time. You may have to wait for a seat to open up. This Starbucks does not have a drive through. There is unsecured Wi-Fi for customers. While the parking lot is large, itis shared by many businesses. It can be difficult to find a close spot.

Very consistent taste in coffee. Had to switch here as the one on Arapahoe was not good and not consistent. Only downside is they have no drive through but the coffee is very good and fresh, espresso shots are really good. 👌

I only stopped for a quick pick up inside the store at about 3:15 on an afternoon. No problem with parking near the store. Once inside, the ambiance was relaxed and friendly; there were several open seats to relax at. No line at all when ordering. Baristas very pleasant. I got out of there in no time with delicious beverage in hand and with the sense of a good experience.

Busy location but plenty of nearby parking. No drive thru that I saw. I made a mobile order and it was done well with no issues.

This place is not a drive-through, even though it says it is here. The parking situation isn't great as usually all spots are taken. But...they made my drink perfectly and quickly.

The parking situation at this place is not very great. It has a decent ambience but it's small and almost never has a place to sit. I often wish they has a better process for pickup in the mornings. Otherwise the staff is nice if slightly inattentive

I'm giving two stars because elder woman in front was great. I ordered a dragon fruit extra fruit and didn't get extra from the gentleman making the drinks he was to busy chit chatting with someone else didn't care about my drinks and how they were presented I asked him if it's extra he said yes I always order from Starbucks the same drink and no what is expected won't be here again. This was the shift at 3 pm care about your customers as I can see alot come here that's all!

Staff was nice! Customers there are very rude, which makes me feel for the staff. I got a the egg and cheese protein box and it was old and tasted like refrigerator.

I have been coming here for my daily coffee for almost 2 years, 4-5 days a week. Going to be going elsewhere from here on out… Ran out of chocolate up front? So my mocha becomes flavorless half the time, or they don’t fill the cup all the way, I paid for a large and get a medium because you didn’t steam enough milk. The barista’s are nice, but that doesn’t make up for literal incompetence on the daily. I rarely take a sip of my coffee from here and go, “sweet! That tastes good” I just expect it to be bad so I don’t tip ahead of time anymore, as why would I tip for bad service that I know is going to be bad ahead of time? I’ll be filing a complaint with corporate and hopefully the people shorting me on 7$ coffee will be reprimanded. I don’t have the extra 10 minutes to wait for you to correct my drink. Make it right the first time, it’s coffee, it’s really not that difficult compared to literally any other job. You want to serve trash? Be a garbage man. I heard that’s pretty easy and straightforward

I love Starbucks but this location has to do a better job with its customer service. They are very slow on orders placed with the ap. Additionally, when I arrive, they have customers waitng in the waiting area, that are not wearing masks and no one says a thing about it. I know it might not be mandatory, but it should be. I don't want my product contaminated, I don't want to get infected. This has happened on multiple occasions and I'm done shopping here. A location I order from daily. I will not continue to purchase at this location, and I suggest others avoid this location as well until this changes. Customers, wear your masks or don't enter! It's just that simple. Protect your community and yourself or just stay home!

Not once but twice I have recieved the worse customer service from this Starbucks location. Both times have been in the afternoon. I didnt get my drink after waiting 15 minutes Nd I had ordered it on the app 10 minutes prior. I was going to be late so I just left. I called them after the fact and still they were no help. I work in the office located next door. Recommend going to another location. They dont seem to care. I wish I could provide feedback on a location from my app.

Negligent when preparing milk alternative drinks. Asked for an oat milk latte today just to realize at home that I’ve got a regular milk latte. Being lactose intolerant, this resulted in some “fun” afternoon. Pay attention to the orders! You can make your customers seriously sick if they have food allergies or intolerances!

Never had that happen multiple times in a row with a Starbucks location until I met this one. There was also a huddle of 3 people at the registers just talking and laughing while they left one girl that looked like she was new and over stimulated to handle all the orders and restock everything and correct orders all her own? Why would yall do that to this poor lady. Didn’t want to make a fuss about it, so I left and understood the frustration of this barista. Won’t be back this particular location, but please just help each other out in there.

Ordered on app and my order was pushed to last on the list, came in 10 mins after ordering, waited 30 mins and left with no drink and no refund because I was late to work. Everyone else that came after me already got their drinks and left, I was the last one waiting
