Cafe Terracotta

TL;DR - Food and service were absolutely outstanding. I came in from out of town to visit family. We decided on Cafe Terracotta because of its excellent reviews and we were not disappointed. We didn’t have a reservation and the staff was able to quickly seat us inside for dinner on a Thursday night. Staff was extremely attentive, especially Juan, who was just a delight and who was so welcoming to us. We had cocktails and the house mocktail (I will say that the menu could use a few more mocktail options), the roasted Brussels sprouts and artichokes for appetizers and the chicken pot pie and pumpkin risotto with chicken. The staff were perfect in their level of attentiveness in that they gave us breathing room to enjoy ourselves, but we never had empty glasses and food was delivered beautifully timed. We will definitely return. Highly recommended.

One of my absolute favorite restaurants. It is always such a pleasure to come here, and if you are lucky enough to have Jackson as your server you are in for a wonderful night. He has been our server a handful of times as has always been incredibly welcoming and a fantastic server. Also, don’t forget to order the carrot cake for dessert. I’m not even a carrot cake fan and this one is truly incredible.

Cute spot in Littleton! Atmosphere was great and also could be good for larger groups of people. Service was fantastic as well. Our server was helpful and diligent. The meatballs are also a must! The bread we got was a bit stale so skip that!

So, i saw this place on tiktok and had to try it out. We came in about half an hour before close. I was expecting to be turned away, but they seated us which was so nice! Monica was our waitress and she was excellent! Her service was great and she was really easy and fun to talk to. We ordered the rosemary sea salt sourdough boule as an app. This is a must try! The butter it comes with is amazing. My girlfriend ordered the braised short rib "it was delectable and one of the best ive had" (her words verbatim) i had the chicken pot pie and i loved it! Best pot pie ive had at a restaurant for sure. We told monica it was my gf's birthday the next day and she brought out desert options even though we were ready to go. But we definitely weren't gonna say no to dessert. So we had the creme brulee. she came out with the creme brulee and 3 cheesecake squares of different flavors and a candle in the middle one for my gf. It made our night! We recommend this place to anyone visiting Colorado and around littleton. Its definitely worth the drive if you're a little ways away from it as well. We had a delightful brunch with some cousins at this restaurant. We made reservations in advance and were thoroughly impressed with the service and the quality and quantity of the food. The menu was smaller, but it was still a great choice for brunch. I had the fried chicken sandwich and the cranberry vodka cocktail, both of which were fantastic and bursting with flavor. The only suggestion I would make is to add a bit more flavor or sauce to the chicken sandwich and a maybe a specialty dipping sauce for the flavorful fries. Our server was fantastic and attentive to our every need. I look forward to returning to this restaurant soon!

I'm stingy with my 5-star ratings, so 4 stars is high, for me. I enjoyed my time and meal at CT. I'd reserved a table online, which was easy to do. Parking wasn't as bad as I thought it could be but it was early in a Thursday. The venue is lovely, indoors and outdoors. Seating outside was enjoyable, though the setting sun did peak below the umbrella, so a sunsail would make it enjoyable for all people, seated anywhere. Service was friendly and quick, without going over the top. The food was well prepared and tasteful, though someone did comment that the salmon was a bit overcooked. The cake is definitely best shared, because it's a thick slice, for $10, but it's quite delicious!

One of my favorite charming spots in downtown Littleton. The service and atmosphere are always top notch, but what knocks them down a star is the inconsistent entree quality on the menu. I’ve tried the Braised Lamb and Beef Short rib, and both were phenomenal. But my wife branched out and tried the Chicken Pot Pie… we were both disappointed. The term “chicken” is used loosely as there was hardly any at all. We both took turns running our fork through it to see if we could locate any. Maybe half an ounce? It should be renamed to “pea” pot pie for a more accurate description. The breakfast is a bit underwhelming to where once was enough for us. Unfortunately there are a lot of better breakfast options nearby for what they charge. If they could bring some of the entrees quality up to par with the price point they charge this would be an easy 5-stars

Service was a bit slow. The food was amazing. We had a variety of their eggs Benedict. They were amazing. The bloody Mary was not very good. Atmosphere was good. Quiet and easy to have a conversation. We will definitely be back! Price was a little on the high side.

We got the lido and the louthan. The lido comes with almost no food, where the louthan has some food. But neither had any flavor. The food was horrible. The only reason that this didn't get a 1 was because the manager was very nice and tried to really help make the experience better.

The food itself was decent, but the overall experience was uncomfortable enough that I won’t be returning. We had a reservation and were seated at a table placed directly in a main walkway. Guests waiting for tables stood within inches of us hovering over us while we were eating. The table spacing was extremely tight, and a child seated behind us repeatedly threw items toward our table, making it difficult to relax or enjoy the meal (one plastictoy actually hit me at one point). Service timing was also an issue. Drinks took a long time to arrive, and after we finished our appetizer, we waited roughly 20 minutes before anyone came back to take our main order in a very small dining space. While our server was initially pleasant, there was a noticeable shift in demeanor later in the meal. A significant amount of water.. roughly a quarter to half a cup.. was spilled across the table while refilling glasses. It was clearly noticed but never addressed. The water pooled and ran toward me, and I had to catch it with my cloth napkin, which left me with a soaked napkin for most of the meal. Under normal circumstances I would have asked for a replacement, but service had become so tense and inaccessible that it felt uncomfortable to ask for anything at all. This was meant to be a celebratory dinner for a friend and was my first visit. Given the price point, the service and seating issues overshadowed the food entirely. While the food was fine, the experience itself was not one I would repeat or recommend.
