Beautiful since reopening! Excellent food and awesome service. We had hummus and pita, kefta, and chicken kabob. All was absolutely delicious. Wrapped up dinner with baklava and a fruit tart. Definitely recommend!

I cannot say enough amazing things about this place!!!! The ambiance is beautiful! The food is phenomenal! The service fantastic- we had Heidi as our server! The prices very fair and the portions are beyond filling!!!! We ordered every single appetizer including salads plus got three entrees and it was 107....extremely reasonable! When we are back in this area we are definitely coming here again. There is a belly dancer on Saturdays as well! Update January 2024: ANOTHER amazing and YUMMY experience here! Their food is so so so darn good! Service is fast, friendly, and efficient, and prices are reasonable for the portions! Atmosphere is relaxed and just overall enjoyable. We had Mayar (spelling) and she was very nice.

Visited this place for the first time with friends. Everything was great. So glad that we found this gem. Absolutely amazing experience.

Delicious Mediterranean food in Centennial, CO The food is very good quality and everything is spiced nicely. The pita is freshly made and the kebabs are all great. I like the combo platter. If you're a fan of hummus definitely get that as it doesn't come with every dish, The pricing is worth the cost. It is more than fast casual Mediterranean like Garbanzo. It is part of a strip mall so parking is shared with several other businesses.

Amazing establishment! The food was authentic and delicious. The portions were perfect and the pricing was fair. All of the ingredients were fresh in the salad. Last but not least, the customer service was phenomenal. Very attentive staff and they didn’t rush us out after we finished eating. 10/10 would recommend for an authentic Mediterranean dining experience.

We saw this place on a Instagram reel and decide to try it. I'm always iffy on food influencers, but this one was on the money. We had the lamb shank and spicy chicken dish. For starters we did the sanbousk (might be spelling it wrong) and pita with hummus. I thought I wasn't a hummus person. I was wrong, they just mix the tears of the gods in this hummus bc it was absolutely stunning how great it is. The lamb shank? Comes right off the bone. Add the rice and sauce it comes with and you'll be crying tears of joy. The chicken spice level is perfect, the yogurt sauce they include balances it out perfectly. My fiancée tried a Lebanese wine and said it paired amazing with the mint undertones. I have the lemon lavender mule, it has a nice small kick and paired amazingly with our meal.

love the chicken shawarma here! we had to try their hummus and stuffed grape leaves and we loved it. great portions, great service, and they have great drinks too!! definitely coming back soon.

Sahara is a gem! From the ambiance to the waiters, and, of course, the food - everything about this restaurant was lovely. The menu was diverse and clearly separated beef, chicken, lamb, and vegetarian dishes. Our family enjoyed The Sahara, Kabob Combo, and the Brochette Combo. The food could use a little more spice, but that’s just because we like really spicy food. Overall we were very happy with the taste, quality, and prices of our dishes. The fresh mint tea and baklava were the cherry on top. Will definitely be returning!

This is a really good middle eastern restaurant. The belly dancer was a great touch and she really knew how to dance. The food was delicious. However for the price I thought the portion was a little small. That being said, I would still highly recommend giving it a try. Great food, great atmosphere, give it a shot

Lovely little Moroccan place. We got the veggie special and the kabob combo. $20 and $25 I think...? The salads were fresh and the babaganoush and hummus were delicious. The shrimp on the kabobs were also good. Cute lamp decor.

Best tried Mediterranean resturant in Denver so far. Pros 1) Great location 2) Fantastic food. Lamb shank was tender and delicious with no foul essence. 3) Loved the ambience and hospitality.

This was a beautiful dining experience! An authentic Lebanese/Moroccan restaurant!!! The mint tea was so good, hot or iced! The service it’s self was amazing and the food was phenomenal. I wish I wasn’t out of state so I could come back more often! I loved this restaurant, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!!

So good. I’ve been wanting Middle Eastern food for a while. I got The Sahara for dinner, which I definitely recommend. I don’t normally eat tomatos, but the tabbouleh (top of the picture) was so good I ended up eating quite a bit of it. I’m sure the fattoush (bottom of the picture) was just as good to someone that likes cucumbers. Apart from that my plate left empty. Then the wait staff asked if I wanted baklava. Oh absolutely, thank you! I got the walnut variety and the smell of cinnamon was SO STRONG when it came out. The lower layers are a little difficult to get through, but my teeth made quick work of the honey soaked pastry. Definitely try this place!

I am so glad that Sahara is back open! The new renovations look great and the food is just as awesome as it was before. Love this place!

This was our first time here and we will definitely be back. My husband ordered chicken kabobs and I ordered The Sahara (pictured) and ended our meal sharing walnut baklava. Absolutely everything was delicious, the service was impeccable! We cannot wait to go back!

Excellent Mediterranean food, great service even though they are currently short staffed. Of course the hummus is fantastic would recommend you try it as an appetizer when you go, you won’t be disappointed.

Great service and amazing authentic eats. Came in on a Sunday early dinner and were seated and taken care of quickly. Food tasted amazing, everything came out quickly. Check this place out!

Blown away by the food and the service. We walked in Friday evening for a bite and tried their tagine lamb. Incredible. It tastes like a home made meal in the best possible way. Also everyone is really nice! Can’t wait to come back and try other things off their menu.

This was our first time back since the fire. The moment we walked in and sat down, it felt like we never left. Eating here is like enjoying a meal at home with family, warm, welcoming, and full of love. Loubna is especially amazing. Her kindness, attention, and genuine hospitality make every visit special. The food, as always, was exceptional. My wife had the Salmon Tagine, her favorite, and I went with the Loubna Spicy Chicken. The flavors were incredible, rich, perfectly seasoned, and full of depth. For dessert, we shared the Dubai Chocolate and some mint tea, which was the perfect finish to an outstanding meal. Sahara is our favorite Mediterranean spot. It’s not just a restaurant, it’s an experience that feels like coming home.

First time I went after they opened shop again renovations and everything was amazing! The staff are friendly and professional, food quality is still great, everything was delicious, from the entrées to their Marrocan tea and desserts, it was all perfect. Definitely the best location in town for Mediterranean food!!

Absolutely unbelievably mind blowing. There are many hidden gems in Denver, and this is one of the foremost of them. We tried the grape leaves and spinach feta pockets along with the kebob sampler, babaganoush, garlic shawarma, and pistachio baklava. Literally some of the best food we've had the privilege of enjoying. I could not recommend more highly.

This place is fantastic. You’re not sure what it is going to be like inside, a strip mall could be a lot of things, but then you go inside and it is wonderful. They must have just gotten remodeled or something because the atmosphere is perfect. So clean, so modern but still fitting with that you might expect from middle eastern cuisine. And the food was delicious. I had the chicken shawarma, so yummy. I just wish I was in Centennial more often so I could eat here all the time.

Beautiful restaurant, absolutely delicious food, & top notch service. This restaurant is outstanding compared to most others. My partner and I travel and eat out a lot and we were blown away. Prices are very reasonable too. We had the Sahara platter, Lamb with Pinebnuts, & a delicious dry, Lebanese wine. All the servers were so friendly and on top of it. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Absolutely delicious! My partner and I both got a lamb dish and loved every bite. My lamb shank literally fell off the bone and left nothing behind. It was tender and perfectly spiced. The restaurant interior was clean and nicely decorated. Our server was friendly and attentive. Highly recommend! We will remember this place next time we're in town.

Very impressed with the food! It was delicious. I got the steak kabobs. Perfect!! The hummas was suggested and we got it. One of the best hummas I've had and I don't really care for it. Will definitely be going back! Staff was very nice as well.

It's not Lebanese food. It's more N. African style of cooking. Portions are small. Service and atmosphere are good. Won't go back since I don't really enjoy the food. Everything seems to be alacarte. Tahini is Not a combination sauce for Shawarma or Shish tawook. You have to buy garlic sauce. Meh.

Why 4 stars? Because I haven't tried everything on the menu so I can't rate it a 5 just yet! We did try the hummus app, fatoush, chicken kabobs, and lamb schwarma, plus lemon tart for dessert. Everything was very tasty!! The hummus was creamy. The chicken kabobs were moist and the veg with it were all well grilled. The saffron rice had a hint of cinnamon which I've never had before. And the lamb was tender. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable plus our drinks never went dry. I can't wait to go back and try some more!!

I would say there’s probably something for everyone here! There are some true good aromatic flavors and taste in all of their speciality dishes. We ordered the lamb kabobs, lamb shank along with one of their salmon apricot special. Depending on your choice of flavor some of these can be too sweet or too savory - I personally liked them all! Certainly if you’re waiting be sure to get the hummus- it’s amazing!

We wanted to try something different and so chose this place for our anniversary celebration. I liked the vibe of the place. It had this Turkish Mediterranean feel. The table we sat on was lovely. The food was good too. Would definitely wanna go again. Order the Sahara special if you are confused what to try. I wished they served this middle eastern dessert Kunafa/Knafeh.

We ordered lunch takeout. They were understaffed, so one of the owners, Loubna had to attend every customer. The food was tasty and meat was cooked we'll done. I asked for we'll done meat and they seemed to do it right. There was some bitterness in one of the salad/condiment, probably because of a herb in that item but we couldn't what was that herb. However, it was not a deal breaker. Overall it was a good place to try some Mediterranean foods.

Loved the food and atmosphere. Service was friendly and attentive. I was a little under dressed. Did not realize the restaurant was as nice as it was. This was based on location. Don't let that fool you. Definitely worth a trip there if you are in the Denver area.

First I loved the ambiance and decor of this place. The service was always good with welcoming staff. I got the lamb couscous and the house baklava. The coucous was good with lots of veggies and meat. I just wish that they make the couscous grain with more of the juice from the meat. The baklava was average in my opinion. Will definitely come back to try other options next time I'm in Denver.

Nice place for mediterranean food, ambience and the decorations were nice. We've ordered Lamb shank and garlic chicken. lamb is very tender and soft, I liked it very much. Chicken garlic is of average taste it. I felt the quantity is little less for the prices on the menu.

Here's what we got : $20 Lamb Kabobs Two skewers of charbroiled, tender leg of lamb served with tahine $19 Chicken Shawarma Sliced chicken breast marinated with oregano, Sahara seasoning, and lemon. Your choice of original or garlic shawarma $22 Lamb with Pine Nuts - GF Slow roasted lamb served on a bed of saffron rice, topped with pine nuts and sauteed vegetables, served with tzatziki $23 Grilled Salmon - GF Fresh filet of salmon marinated in Moroccan charmoula garlic sauce, served with house-made hummus and saffron rice

Pretty good food. Tajine dish was way way too sweet. It needs to be more spicy not so sweet. Salads were good. Chicken kebab decent but could use more flavor and more marinade. Food and service are decent. Servers could be more friendly. Turn down the lights and play some nice Middle Eastern music. Only two desserts to choose from so that’s not ideal. Only 1 type of loose tea which is mint. Chai latte was too weak and again way too sweet. Would be nice to have other tea and dessert options. Pita dry, flavorless and from a bag. We enjoyed ourselves for a friend’s birthday, but it was not good enough to go back.

Please refrain from visiting this restaurant, as the prices are significantly high and the quantity of food is notably low. I was compelled to order two entries for myself, yet I remained unsatisfied. The cost of Lamshank is $28, which includes no salad or soup, unlike other restaurants. The quantity is also considerably limited. The sole positive aspect of this establishment is its decoration.
