Order a pizza with half a pizza with sausage and the rest with pepperoni, and when the pizza arrived I looked at the pizza and there were only three pieces of sausage on it. Very disappointed at this location.

After working in Bellflower I finally sat down to ea to pizza. The crust wasn't cooked, raw dough, and the pizza was not cut. Called the manager and he was very nice but I'm not going to drive 30 minutes each way. I'm getting another pizza now that will have cooked dough I'm sure. Doofus gallery at Bellflower dominos

Do not order food from this location, their food is horrible quality . I ordered online for curbside pickup a medium pepperoni pizza and a Caesar salad. When I placed my order for the pizza there is a box where you can check and customize how you would like your pizza cooked, I checked WELL DONE and the pizza I received was barely fully cooked as the cheese was not even melted and stiff and it was not even warm as if the pizza was not freshly prepared . Also the Caesar salad they gave me was EXPIRED. Very very poor quality and service. Very sad how workers are making $20 and hour now and put very poor quality in the work

I just picked up some food and it's the worst!!! Pizza is cold and old! I ordered on line picked up within 15 minutes and old stale pizza! Also an expired salad! I will never go back and I don't recommend for anyone else to either!!!

I will never order any food from this location again . I ordered a pizza at 7:15 pm , over a hour went by , I called to get a eta time on my Order, only to find out the driver left at 830pm with my order. By 9:15 I still never received my pizza , called location to complain, and get a refund only to be put on hold & manager never returned to my call , so I had to drive over to the dominoes location , only to be told a bold face lie by the driver , that the pizza was delivered! , when it never came . After threatening to call the police for my refund , the manager proceeded to take action with returning my money . Beaware of this place when ordering a delivery, you may not receive it !!!!!

I made an order for delivery at 11:22am with an estimated delivery time of 23-33 minutes. I ordered one medium pizza and parmasan bites. My pizza did not even enter the oven until 12:15pm! Almost an entire HOUR after placing my order. Yes, it rained earlier however it was no longer raining by the time I had ordered. After calling multiple times with no answer, finally someone picked up the phone at the store. They confirmed the order had barely entered the oven an hour later. They did not offer any way to help make up for the time. Had they called earlier and explained that the order was not going to be delivered for another TWO HOURS after being placed, I would have cancelled and placed my order elsewhere and not had waited my entire lunch break for nothing (which was supposed to arrive before my lunch to begin with). The lack of communication was extremely disappointing.

Ordered from mix and match 6.99 per item. Was charged 8.99. Cashier and manager could not tell me why. Told me to contact corporate. I felt totally ignored. This place is staffed with ignorant people. They need more customer service training. It felt like a Robotic atmosphere. No real compassion. Is this the culture we really want to live in. Have read owners responses. They are generic. Robots. Not even an apology by a real person. Shame on you people. Lost my business.

Called and made an order for pick up. Two pizzas with 2 toppings each. was told it would take 15-20 minutes. Fine. Went to pick up the pizzas a little after and was told by they were not ready. 15-20 minutes longer I was told. Okay, sometimes it takes a little longer. I wait outside for 20 minutes and go back in to check in on the status. "Just a little bit longer sir. We're just boxing them up." So I wait patiently for them to inform me my order is ready. when I ask if it was ready yet, they just tell me "one moment sir. It'll be ready soon." I speak to another worker behind the counter to find out whats going on. I tell him I picking up an order. "We don't have and order under that name." Now I'm a little upset. I've been waiting for an order that hasn't been started. I ask to please speak to the manager regarding the matter and explained my situation. He apologies for the situation but does nothing to correct it. Instead, he starts making excuses, stating a pizza usually takes 30-35 minutes to prepare. If that is the case, why did the lady I spoke to tell me 15-20 minutes. I emphasize to him that regardless, my order still hasn't been started. An hour after I had called had past and what he is stating is my order should have been done by now. But this manager keeps saying, "But sir, we are busy at this time." I'd expect cheep excuses from his employees, but from him, the manager of the restaurant. Unacceptable.

I didn’t want to make a review regarding this but I think people should be aware. I placed an order about 5 days ago for take out. The time frame was 2 1/2 hours because they were backed up. When I got there the pizza was cold. I told the guy but he said they’re kept under warmers. I’m sorry but either those warmers suck or the time frame was super off. Either way I was disappointed so I thought I share
