First time there and it was fabulous great service food was too die for. Excellent service great atmosphere didn't feel rushed. Can't say enough just go you won't be disappointed really great.Try the shrimp scampi
I've been before at Marino's, it's a great place with good traditional Italian food. Portions are generous, and the veal parmigiana comes with soup and salad. People working there are friendly and willing to help. If you want a place that serves traditional Italian food in a cozy place, this is the place to go
Amazed at how attentive the waitress was......I drink a lot of ice tea, and she never hesitated to fill it. And she kept checking on me to see if I needed anything. The food was excellent, absolutely......but they did not have Cesar salad, which I love. But everything else was so good there, so it was ok. I will definitely go back!
My wife and I have been going to Marino's for 28 years now today. They have the best Italian food that's the reason we go back. The service, the people and the restaurant is beautiful and nice. I recommend Marino's who want great Italian food.
Jose was great! Wasn't our waiter, Sandra was. Jose needs to be a waiter more them a Busboy. Food was great! Our waitress was excellent. My other Love that passed Jeff used to work for the owner at Fidlers Three. He would be proud. A few things changed there. But we understand it's tough staying in business. Give Jose a chance as a waiter Tom. He is good! Had a lovely date night there!
Seriously one of the best restaurants we’ve been too. Amazing food, amazing staff, amazing vibe! 10/10 would recommend
So enjoy the atmosphere. Very friendly service. Already know what I like. They won't forget you.
Old fashion restaurant ambiance, classic wait staff and delicious home style food.
Marino’s Italian Restaurant in Bellflower, California, is an absolute delight for Italian food lovers! The moment you walk in, you're greeted with a warm, inviting atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. The menu is filled with authentic Italian dishes, from rich pasta to perfectly baked pizzas, all made with fresh ingredients and bursting with flavor. The Fettuccine Alfredo and Lasagna are personal favorites! The service is friendly, attentive, and the portions are generous, making every visit a great value. Whether for a casual dinner or a special occasion, Marino’s always provides a wonderful dining experience. Highly recommend!
I love the Italian vibe. And the food was exactly what I was looking for the sauce was perfect. We had a lasagna , the chicken Parm , and a cheese pizza asked if they could make it thin crust and they did and it was so good. Would definitely go back and would highly recommend
My friends and I enjoyed ourselves so much and I just wanted to come share our experience. If you're lucky you'll get Jose and Sean. Went above and beyond to share the menu and you can tell he's a food enthusiast and overall such a friendly pleasant people. We will be returning! Jose and Sean were great and the food was delicious ! Made my best friends birthday extra special!
Great restaurant for American Italian food. I love the minestrone soup. That you get with most meals.
The staff is so friendly and helpful. I get take-out for every birthday or family party, and the staff is so kind to help me take the food to my car. I love the lasagna, fried artichoke hearts, and the sauteed mushrooms.
Excellent place, been going for 14 years. Staff is always friendly and I love the environment. Food is always served in generous proportions. Favorite place to eat by far.
Fantastic, neighborhood restaurant. This was our first time but it felt like we had been there before. The food was great. Service was fast and friendly. All entrees come with soup and salad, booth of which are served family style and tasted homemade. We loved it, even my daughter said it is her new favorite restaurant. We'll definitely be coming back!
The gentlemen that are running the restaurant are the nicest people I've ever met. I drive at least once a month from OC to devour their spaghetti with meat sauce. You will receive enough food for two for such a reasonable price.
Very delicious and authentic Italian food. I ordered the "Ono with pasta" and it was delicious. My wife ordered a lasagna and my daughter a fettuccini alfredo with chicken. The y absolutely loved it. To me this was a very fancy place but its casual. Only thing is when I was looking them up the online, the menu did not reflect the current menu. Otherwise its a nice place to bring a date.
Ive been here twice, i love it has a casual feel. But food is delicious never fails good place to come with friends or family. Chef Javier brought out the food we ordered n he cooked really appreciate that gesture. Service is also great, friendly, n attentive. Deff recommend n will return.
I've been coming here since old man Tom ran the place, and now his son's semi-retired—they've been going strong for over 43 years! Marie's the best, she makes all the pastries, Shawn and Jose are great servers too. Sunday lasagna is amazing, the best I've ever had, and that chocolate cake is unbelievable. If you're nearby or craving Italian, you gotta come here. It's way better than any other Italian place around.
It made me feel like I'm dining in an italian home. It's cozy and the servers are so friendly and welcoming. I love the pasta I ate and so is the lemon ricotta cake 😋😋😋
This is a place I should’ve gone much sooner, but glad that I finally did. The bread and the Minestrone soup that comes with the pasta are delicious dishes that keeps you occupied before the main entree. I got the manicotti and..I didn’t really enjoy it. To be fair I never tried manicotti so I basically ate it blind. My girlfriend got the pasta with artichoke hearts and…she didn’t like it so she gave the dish to me and I immediately loved it. The sauce has a nice blend of tangy and spice (not spicy) and the anchovies complement the red sauce so well. It turned out my girlfriend thought it came with white sauce even though it said red sauce on the menu. Next time I would love to come back and try their lasagna and chocolate cake.
We came here for Valentine's day. The place is packed because the food is delicious. The staff was friendly and attentive. We had lasagna and sea food pasta. The cheesecake is amazing.
Absolutely lovely place. Reminds me of my grandfather's. Parts of my family are Marinos and we all dined together for some lunch. I had some lovely chicken parmigiana. The waitress Maria (black and dyed blonde hair) remembered to put tomatoes off the salad and put them off the side. Which was really nice as it was a big salad to share.
This place was a hidden gem. Lived in bellflower for over 10 years and i would think this spot was closed or something. The people were kind, and the interior was like taking a step back in time. It has a few vintage pieces. In a world full of modern restaurants it was nice to find a quaint place like this. Food was delicious (had the lasagna)! The bread was good but I wish it was more unique as in home made or something. Will definitely be coming back.

I was unexpecting with all this food at this Italian restaurant. Great customer service friendly they appreciated you when you go there. All the food is wonderful. Great place to take a date.
Amazing food, SYLVIA is the best waitress in the world being there since 1987. She is attentive and knows just what the soul is craving. Not just a waitress but a friend and great listener. The pizza is out of this world and delicious meatballs
Love the atmosphere. Never felt pressured to leave to soon. Excellent food. Service was excellent. Sometimes you’d think their reading your mind.
We love this place! It's the most authentic Italian food we've had since we moved back home to Cali from Central New York. Marie and Shawn always take great care to make that even on a busy night we get checked on regularly and that the food comes out in perfectly timed courses. Dining there isn't just delicious, it is an experience, eating as a family, enjoying the homey feel of the place, and taking time to savor every bite. Hands down our favorite Italian spot in all of So Cal!
Where do I begin, place looks amazing is a cute mom & pop Italian restaurant with vintage atmosphere which i love!! My server was Nicole, best service ever!! She was very detailed about the entrée they serve which made it easier for me to choose since it was my first time going. We ordered an exquisite red wine bottle that Nicole recommended and my was it 👌, they start you off with some vegetable soup 🍲 😋 some toast and after some salad , then came the main corse and my pollo fettuccine was really creamy and delicious. 10/10 will be returning and bringing along my sisters.
This little deli on that Blvd has that old-school charm you don’t find much anymore. I stopped by for a sandwich and ended up chatting with the owner about their house-made salami. The Italian combo was perfectly balanced, with just the right amount of oil and vinegar. They also make really good cannolis if you have a sweet tooth. Prices are fair, and you can tell everything’s made with care
Great staff and owners! Love the food and they have some great wines. A piece of the old world with the zest of today.
Mariano’s Italian Restaurant recently hosted a “Dine & Donate” for our baseball team, and I can’t say enough good things. I originally came in to support the fundraiser, but I’ll definitely be coming back for the food and the atmosphere. The dishes are delicious, homestyle Italian cooking at its best, and the service is warm, friendly, and top notch. Mariano’s has that welcoming feel that makes you want to stay a little longer—and come back often. Highly recommend!
Marino's has been my favorite restaurant for decades. Everything on the menu is amazing, and the owner is magic when it comes to picking great wines. Be sure to save room for dessert, as their cheesecake is incredible.

Food is Italian-American from the 1980s. That being said, they do it very well. Soup AND salad with almost every entree, and most dishes are in the $20 range. In today's times, that's a great deal. I'd go here before I went to any chain Italian restaurant.
I just want to say, who charges for convenience fee o_0 I was shocked to see this. To be honest I felt rushed to eat my salad. I was asked about twice if I was done. I mean if you see me eating I guess I'm not done. So I just dumped the salad bowl into my plate so she can remove the bowl 🥣 🙃 🙂 Love this place but please don't rush me when I'm eating. I'm not on my 30 minute lunch break. The host (gentleman) was great very attentive. We spilled water and my boyfriend tried to clean the table and seat. However we missed the ice on the floor but the gentleman was so nice about it. 💯 I watched how rapidly he worked the floor, amazing 👏 from seating guests to cleaning tables and even offered to box my leftovers 💯
Really enjoyed the garlic bread and soup that came with my Scampi and Scallops pasta but the pasta itself lacked flavor and the pasta was slightly undercooked. The staff was great tho! Really enjoyed the service
Our first visit. We came in on a Saturday night around 7:45. We were greatly warmly right away and sat. They gave us a basket of garlic bread poeces. We decided to get the fried Mozarella appetizer which comes covered in meat sauce, we also got one with sauce on the side, they were yummy. We also ordered the seafood cioppino, eggplant parmesan and chicken Alfredo. All the meals came with minestrone soup and green salad with creamy Italian dressing. I wasn't a fan of the eggplant, it was too bland. The Fettuccine sauce almost had a gritty texture. Like the sauce had broke, the waitress explained that it was more than usual cheese so it can have the appearance of chunky. We will definitely be back for the pizza and dessrt.

Very old school and quaint Italian restaurant in old Bellflower, close to the 91 fry. Family restaurant with an inexpensive and tasty menu of traditional Italian fare. I pop in every year or so when I want a simple pasta or chicken dish with old Italian style sides. You won't break the bank, nor leave hungry.
Nice family run business. Not loud so we don't have to yell at each other to be heard. Food and service are always very good. Beautiful and relaxing atmosphere. Our family always enjoys going to Marino's.

Atmosphere definitely gives rustic italian vibes. The waiters and supervisors are the most rude I’ve ever encountered (not sure if that’s the Italian way lol) but the cooks in the back helped put more than the runners. Food tasted like everything was out of a can, especially the bland sauce. I would give it one more chance just due to the fact that the people who made my meal were the one’s that were the most genuine.
Went for dinner with my family, food was great it always it! We go for special occasions. The service was awful from the attitude/ rude tone of our server to not even getting enough plates and asking for more with every dish
First experience for Friday night dinner I ordered their special sea bass with capers grilled artichokes served on penne pasta …. I woke up about midnight sick and throwing up what an awful feeling I’m wondering how many others got sick that night from “their special “
We used to be regulars co.ing to this restaurants. But the last times the food quality has been worsten. Main entrees were flavorless. Soup was super salty. The only good tasting food was the bread and the salad. Do not recommend it will never be coming back any time soon.
