I love going to the McDonald's on Columbus Pkwy in Benicia. I had a senior coffee and a parfait. It is always nice and frindly here.

I genuinely love this location, it’s always really fast and the people are pleasant comparatively to the other location in Benicia.

I recommend getting their app, as well as taking the few minutes to do the online survey that is on your receipt ( 2 for 1 egg muffin or quarter pounder ). You save some serious money if you enjoy their food.

Even when the line is long outside it is super fast inside which I really appreciate when I'm in a rush. Great customer service also.

This is the best McDonald's restaurant that I have been to. It is super clean including the bathrooms, the staff is quick to the counter and friendly and the food is good for McDonald's. Drive thru moves quickly. Inside it is never busy.

This mickey d's is done renovating and it's even better than before. Staff is exceptionally kind. Place is very clean with very comfortable seating. This place always makes their sandwiches beautiful as well. One of my favorite mickey d's in the area.

I had a fantastic experience at McDonald’s today! The food quality was excellent—everything was fresh, hot, and delicious. It’s great to see such consistency in their offerings. The service was impressive, too. The staff were friendly, efficient, and made the whole process seamless. Despite being a fast-food chain, the level of professionalism and care stood out. What really caught my attention was how clean the entire restaurant was. The dining area, counters, and restrooms were spotless, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Ok, so I know that since the pandemic started all these types of fast food places lost a lot of employees and they are struggling back to full strength but come on... don't make the elderly people suffer and tell them they "HAVE TO" place their order at the kiosk without at least showing them how....!!!

It's Mcdonalds drive through. You get the same thing as any McD. The store isn't dirty or rundown, and the staff has always been pleasant to work with, so I have nothing bad to say.

We enjoy this McDonalds. Nice to hear a friendly voice in the drive thru. Amanda is so kind and courteous and good at her job.

My kids like McDonald's. I go every Friday. I like the $1 large fries mobile offer. The food was excellent. But I would like to have 4 bbq sauce when I buy my 20 pieces of Mcnuggetts. You have awsome employees!

Service varies depending on who the staff are. Usually it's pretty good, but the do have a few staff who are a little on the indifferent side. Food is fresh, and I've never had a problem with mobile ordering. Apple dining space inside, and bathrooms are clean enough.

A very up to date offering from the fast food giant. This location is newly renovated and the improvement is noticeable. New staff has yet to mess up any of my orders in the maybe 5+ trips I've made there this far. Which is saying a lot as most of you are aware. I'd give it 5 stars, but at the end of the day, it's still McDonald's.

The restaurant was clean and the food was tasty and warm. Cash register service could have been quicker but both cashiers were courteous. My order was delivered to my table, something I haven't experienced at other McDonald's.

Newly renovated but didn't put in an preorder drive up menu so now your order will be rushed.

Stoped by McDonald's on East 2nd in Benicia this morning after dropping off a car for service. A big sign out front says Now Hiring at $20 an hour. We got food to go through the drive through. When we got home we discovered we didn't get what we ordered. A common problem from this place. I guess the increase in pay doesn't increase level of service.

Been going there for years and never had an issue until recently. Rush hour on a weekday I get it. But the least they can do is be polite oh and provide some napkins!

This must be the slowest McDonald's in history -- and, I suspect, among the most badly managed; I cannot recall the last time I made it through the drive-thru at any time of the day or night without being told to pull into one of the (small, badly designed and dangerous) parking spaces to wait for my order. The last time was a few days ago, when I ordered breakfast -- just one Sausage McMuffin with egg and one hash brown -- during breakfast time. At least they usually get the order correct -- but if you're expecting napkins, utensils, etc., I advise you check the bag before you leave.

The service is very slow. Even though I order by phone in advance, I experience significant delays. When I go inside, I’ve had to wait at least 15 minutes for my food. Isn’t the advantage of ordering by phone supposed to be that the food is ready quickly? The tables are often not cleaned, and unfortunately, the trash bins are always full to the top. When you throw away your own trash, you end up touching the garbage in the bin unintentionally.

I never expect much from McDonald's. Just get my order right please. Maybe have the place half cleaned up. But nope! Not here. 1. My burger didn't have the bacon that I paid extra for. 2. Ended up asking for a bag to pack my "for here" order in because there was not a single clean table to eat on.

This place is always hit and miss. Prices never consistent. Watch the menu board, if you order a cheap item, which you know is $1.50, they charge you for a large item and do a ton of withouts so you end up paying $4. Food is always hit and miss cold or hot too.

This location prioritizes drive thru over pre-order to a ridiculous degree. May as well never pre-order, they don’t care about you anyway.

It is a decent McDonald's and the staff is great. The food is well, McDonald's, but always on par with what you expect. The biggest issue I have with them is that they have almost no sandwich prices on their drive through menu. They have the price of a a combo meal, but the have removed the prices of almost every individual sandwich. The are other issues with the menu as well as that not everything they serve is listed, nor are the sizes and prices in many cases. One could argue that they have an extensive menu and do not have the room - I would buy that argument except they have dedicated a fairly large surface area to advertising things and making suggestions. The app helps a bit in that regard, but I do wish they would have at least the price of a single Big Mac *and other items) on the drive through menu like they used to.

I was very upset to see something that happened the other day some drink lids fell to the floor and the young man working picks them up to throw them away his manager got upset with him and told him to restock them with the rest of the drink lids that’s disgusting he responded to her by saying that they had touched the ground it was unsanitary they needed to be thrown away she continue to get upset with him demanding that he put the lids back with all of the others to be used on customer drinks what in the heck is going on and his store this young man was doing the right thing and I am very upset to hear that he was scolded for doing something sanitary something needs to change here

Worst McDonalds experience I had. I came here at 7:30PM April 14. The cashier was so rude. She literally told me to leave if I don’t like the treatment here. I asked her if she was okay and she just closed the window hard. I’m not coming here again.

Very disappointing. When I received my meal by my uber driver, there was no sauce, my drink was almost luke warm, and half of my mcflurry was already melted. The location is only 0.7 miles away from me and it was not my uber drivers fault because it only took him 3 MINUTES to RIDE from McDonald's to my location (Biker). This is seriously absurd. It would only make sense to make the drink and mcflurry once the driver arrives since it is not that hard to make -.-

The Drive Thru was packed so I decided to walk in. The cashier was finalizing a transaction for himself, grabbed his card and walked to the back of the kitchen without even addressing my presence. Waited for around 5 minutes and nobody came to take my order.

They almost never get my order correct. The day they had it to where I couldn't get out and then told me I couldn't drive. Terrible to the point of comic today. Ordered two cheeseburger Happy Meals for my little grandchildren. Got to the park for the promised lunch and found only bread and ketchup in one of the boxes. Became a "Sad Meal". I tried to cheer my grandson by dividing his sister's cheeseburger in half and telling him we would go back to McDonald's and get the problem corrected. Went back, explained the concern and offered to show the order receipt and the empty bun. Was told....no problem! I explained again, very clearly, that we wanted a cheeseburger with ketchup. "Pull up to the front window", I was told. . I was handed a small bag, thanked the worker and drove off. Told my grandson he could share the burger with his sister as we were driving home. Would you believe WE GOT ANOTHER EMPTY BUN!!!! Hard to believe, but true.

Literally every single time I go there, they can not simply take my order instructions and replicate the instruction as I requested in the order. What pushed me to leave a review tonight is that the food was completely uneatable and disgusting- old food plus over cooked I’d assume but I’m no master chef. That’s not to mention the fact that they went 6 for 6 getting the plain burgers I ordered wrong though on the receipt it clearly says plain. Such a shame to have an amazing town with a horrible McDonald’s.

The lady at the front desk had the audacity to tell me that I didn’t confirm the order on my end. Lady, I have an order number and my card has been charged; I don’t know what other confirmation you need. After she checked on the screen behind the counter, my order suddenly appeared. Ordered 25$ in food to be told i cant get a single thing of bbq sauce because sauce is only included with chicken nuggets literally what!?!??!?! I ordered 2 ice waters. I had to wait over 20 minutes in the parking lot while other customers who bought food and smoothies got their food immediately and left. This is not the first time this has happened, this is the 3rd time. We asked for 2 large waters and they gave us 4 small waters. EDIT: they SPIT in our waters. I have photos.
