Absolutely a great time was had by all. Comfortable floor plan and live music with great food on top, what's not to love? The waitresses never stopped moving, the dance floor was full and no real lines at the bathroom too. On First Street in Benicia, there is really just street parking so be a little early. Otherwise, I recommend The Rellick Tavern for night out.

Great bar, incredible ambiance, the staff is very friendly and helpful. There are many cool paintings on the walls, the exposed brick wall gives the place a special look. They have a stage and live music is played often. I am not sure about schedules though, but I have been there twice and there were a band playing ok both occasions. They also have this thin fries that are to die for. If you are around and wants to go to a cool place, the Rellik Tavern is your place to go to.

Amazing atmosphere and great food. Love the staff and couches. The hot cocoa was delicious and went great with the yummy donut holes! You gotta try them. Live music at 9:30.

My husband and I love venturing out and trying new foods and atmospheres. We ended up at the Relik Tavern. Loved the food, service, & music. We had such a fun time. So glad we came across it during our outing to Benicia.

I don't go into too many taverns, but Rellik is the hotspot in downtown Benicia. Highly recommended. All of the staff were professional w/smiles on their faces. The food choices were many and very tasty. The atmosphere inside was chill and relaxing. Their outdoor patio was nice and the DJ was spinning some great tunes. Overall... Please come and patronize The Rellik Tavern!

Eagle Rare 10 year old bourbon, amazing bourbon for the price, the pesto pizza was fantastic and the doughnut holes, which were more like malasadas on Maui were lethal sooo good. I love a bar atmosphere so if you don’t this is not the place for you, but we will definitely be back for more, an amazing place for lunch, not sure what it’s like with live music but I’m sure it’s fantastic, and the bartender was amazing!

Live music was just starting as we left. The staff is friendly and the drinks and food were great. We both had dirty martinis, shared a wedge salad, raven's wings (with hot sauce and ranch on the side) and ahi tuna crisps. They host a goth themed night once a month. I will definitely go back.

This place is pretty cool. The live band was awesome. Listening to good old music from an ex guitarist from Tower of Power was pretty cool. We had the Hail Mary which is a bloody mary with a meal on top. The chicken slider was slightly over cooked. I would have done 5 stars.

Food and service was great! Loved the bar service and our drinks were so good. However, we overheard the long haired male employee, I think his name was West, speaking negatively about a group of people sitting on the couch throughout the night. He seemed to be upset about where they were sitting. Kinda ruined our vibe but we had a good time and we'll be back.

Great tap selection and it looked like an extensive spirit selection. Friendly service, while we were there for lunch it was very quiet. Food was good, not amazing but I would try other items if in the area again. Draft beer and a sandwich (no sides) was~ $25 per person

This place is decent. They serve food but I only came for drinks. Live music started a little after we got there. You have to reserve the seating or you'll be sitting at the bar. They subtract the deposit for the reservation from your tab, though. I recommend it.

It’s not the service that was bad but the food was rough, we also kept getting random drinks .

I came in ordered food, dealt with Omar for that portion. He was kind and great answered all my questions and was extremely helpful. That’s where the good ended. I ordered the wings as recommended. I never stated I wanted it to go. I asked if they had Lalo Tequila. They said no so I was offered a menu by Omar to review their spirits and beer. When I ordered my drink Deb didn’t even approach me more so asked me from a distance “did you decide what you want to drink”. I ordered Jameson was specific to mention a splash of ginger and Deb then responded rudely “Ginger Ale?!” I said “ginger beer if you have it but just a splash and a fresh lime please.” When the wings came out they were thrown down aggressively in a to go box to my surprise by who I assume was a disgruntled chef, I still said “thank you” as he rushed away angrily. Though never stating I wanted them to go and ensuring it wasn’t too late to place the order with Omar. I assumed “hey it’s closing time maybe this is to save on having to do dishes.” No one came and checked “hey how’s your food” “do you want a plate” neither by Deb or Omar. When I received my drink it was mostly ginger beer. The wings were raw in some portions and I just ate around it since no one cared to ask how the food was. A group was sitting at the end of the bar to which Deb treated extremely differently, they got their food on plates. I asked Omar “why do they get their food on plates and why did I get mine in a box and slammed down?!” He said “I thought you wanted it to go, sorry” When their food came out she asked warmly “how’s the food?” To me she coldly asked “are you done”. I showed her the raw parts of meat to which she stated “it’s pre cooked and reheated” no apologies, nothing. I voiced my experience to her and she seemed more annoyed than concerned. I felt EXTREMELY discriminated against. The nice white couple got service, I got a to go box and “are you done” the only communication I received was being asked “did you decide what you want to drink” from a far and “are you done”. She just blamed Omar and didn’t take any accountability or even offer an apology for how I felt I was treated worse than others , she just said “what do you want a free drink!?” I initially responded “no thank you, that’s not why I’m saying this” - I just wanted to be treated as kindly and warmly and welcome as I noticed she was with all the other Caucasian people around me. I was stereotyped and extremely unwelcome. I rejected the free drink initially as I was just seeking a sincere apology and to be treated as everyone else was. She then said “well I offered you a free drink and you said no so what do you want me to do!? So how about I just get you a free drink and we move on” - everything I communicated felt to go over her head and in one ear and out the other. I said “ok fine” begrudgingly. She grabbed my glass and angrily dumped the ice and acted annoyed as she made the other drink. However, I took this as her genuinely wanting to extend an olive branch and thought “maybe that’s how she always does it”- she then came back and set the drink down, still no service. She later came to clean the mats in front of me so I attempted to show her hey I’m a person too, “how’s your night been” she said “great” as she shrugged no “how’s the drink, how’s your night , I apologize for your experience” I then saw her go back to her group to chum it up with them. I realized then that nothing I said was heard or acknowledged so I left a note on the receipt which I doubt will ever see a managers eyes and left the drink full. I was unwelcome so I left. I was kind and courteous to everyone I interacted with but for some reason was treated poorly and rushed out. I didn't come to get anything free and the assumption that that would fix it was even more of an insult implying I can’t afford to buy my own drinks, I came for service and to enjoy drinks and food as it seemed everyone around me received. I have come here in the past and always tip 20%. I was discriminated, unwelcome and disrespected by comparison to others… 1 star.
