This place has hella different beer, hella good cocktails and the bartenders are always nice. As well the atmosphere and location remind me heavily of a fever dream or something out of roadhouse. Great place for the eclectic to culminate.
Great little hidden gem, Warehouse Cafe is a cash-only bar and restaurant in an old… warehouse. Lots of interesting old stuff inside, an eclectic atmosphere but real comfortable. They have live music often when the weather’s decent.
Cool place! On a short windy road just outside of Crockett. Would be a cool ride on a bike. We were only there for drinks. The bartender had a straw hat, was very friendly and made us feel welcome. There are a few beers on draft and many types of bottled drinks. You will see an eclectic mix of signs, taxidermy and nostalgia so spend time check it out.
Well when I think of a juicy tender flavorful thick piece of prime rib, it’s the Warehouse! Bake potato sautéed mushrooms and a cold beer really butters my bread! The atmosphere is biker bar 70s with a friendly vibe, 60s70s rock and roll brings Me back to a time of my youth! You can set inside or outside and enjoy the stars, lights on the water and an occasional train heading towards Martinez! Everyone is friendly, and unpretentious! All and all if your looking for a tasty prime rib this the joint! It’s cash only but very reasonable!
One of my favorite bars of all time. Rough around the edges; old taxidermy, pool table, floor that is uneven around the bar, a large patio out front with mismatched chairs, where you can watch the sun set on the Carquinez Straits while enjoying a cigar. Greatest variety of beer in the Bay. Other places have deeper selections in certain specialties, but if you want interesting stuff from across the globe...albeit at irregular intervals, supply chain and all that. Still, show up enough and you'll be able to hit'em all. Busy AF on the weekends. Lots of bikers, and they open up the kitchen. Which is damn good. Super chill during the week, and they always have hot dogs. All told, amazing. If you love beer, rough around the edges but welcoming, and hidden gems. You owe yourself a trip there...make that several.
This is a awesome place. So comfortable and inviting. Yummy food with good prices. The new owner Barbara is a great lady and all the bartenders are so fun.
I love this place. It's quirky and cute, has really great food that is reasonably priced, and the crowd is nice. They recently changed up the menu and it's been refreshing. Some people have complained about this but I suppose that is simply due to lack of taste. Most of the people that stop by and that are regulars really love the new menu change—myself included. They added really great stuff and kept the classic and phenomenal prime rib, along with others. I personally would be concerned if they never changed it up a bit. One of the chefs does look young but he's very qualified and clearly knows what he's doing. I've rarely heard anyone complain about his food. Most people just like to talk sh*t about his age but are actually very content and surprised when they see how their food turned out.
Best view in port of call. A fun place people go to kick back and relax. Huge beer selection from micro brews to international beers. A great part of history the building is well over 100 years old. So much to offer even the ride there is pretty amazing.
The bar is a happening place always Friendly people ,but my reason for coming is the shore line and fishing, along with the cool sea breeze and enjoy the night sky . If you're wondering don't take that chance and go see for yourself you won't regret it if you're like me and love the outdoors.
My wife and I had their prime rib dinner special for Friday and Saturday nights. I was very impressed with the size of the cuts of meat. The food was good, itvcame with garlic mushrooms, baked potato, drowned in aus jus and some bread and butter. We shared a side salad and dinner was great!! We enjoyed the unique ambiance of the place.. tons of curious novel things to see and look at. The staff was friendly and inviting. I also had a very tasty American Pilsner from the tap. That was one of the best I've ever tasted. We left there feeling like it would've been nice to live back in the 1890s and eating at the same place.. riding our horse and carriage home after dinner. Two thumbs up!!
This place is gorgeous, fun, and feels so much like coming home and hanging in your backyard with friends. The beer selection is lovely. Love the local cider offered. Definitely want to come back to this hidden gem.
This bar, its employees (Barb, Scott, Er. And Lar.) and all of my peers in this town have won my heart. I’ve lived in NY, FL, SC, SoCal, WA, and throughout the Bay Area. I’ve also traveled plenty outside of that….but this little town and this bar are a unique experience that I haven’t seen before and totally love. I would urge you to come out here and check it out whether you’re Bay Area born and raised (you’d be surprised how many haven’t been here or haven’t heard of it!) or if you’re new to the bay (great way to meet interesting people and get some fun/easy social time in). I guess in conclusion, come and see The Warehouse, and see this town. You will not regret it. {On Thursday’s there might even be someone who will buy you a game of pool!} ;-)
A very interesting place to say the least, a great place to go to. They have pool, and great food. I haven't been to a place that has so many one credit songs on the jukebox. The prime rib is to die for and burgers great. Ok anyone who knows bars knows what the well drinks are made of. Well here the well drinks are Jack Daniels, Jameson, Sky Vodka, Bacardi, Beefeater and Sauza. Stop in any time Fri and Sat they make the best prime rib. And they have a wonderful vintage clothing, jewelry and curio shop. Go in there ten times and you still won't see all the curious items on the walls. And don't forget about the polor bear and brown bear. What can I say about the staff they are attentive and the prices are great. Thur, Sat, and Sun nights say hi to Nancy for me, tell her Tim sent you. Pic's to come.
This place is awesome! Staff is cool, drinks are good, food is solid (best clam chowder I've ever had!) and the environment inside and out is chill. I will be going out of my way to come back!
Comfortable place to hang out all night. Pool table, jukebox, a great selection of beers, wonderfully strange decor. Their mixed drinks are stronger than my second marriage. Wish there were more "3rd places" like this around.
Pretty awesome place. So much to see. And at the same time super chill. I loved my first experience there.
Went for a bike 🏍 ride and stumbled upon this little beauty. There are so many cool chatchkis to look at. Music, pool, awesome bartenders, and patrons. But the view? 👌 We will definitely go back again and again....
Great place for entertainment and a cool casual atmosphere. Their burger is simple and simply delicious! Oh ya, they have a huge bottled beer selection and almost always have a good ice cold lager beer on tap.
Hidden gem of a place. The bartender is the kindest soul who makes the dirtiest drinks! (in a good way!) Get the tequila canyon
Great place for a drink with friendly bartenders! They have prime rib on Friday & Saturday nights which is delicious, but get there before they run out of it. We haven’t tried other items on their menu, but there are some other options too. Neat place with cool vibes, definitely worth a visit! Bring ca$h!
Totally worth the drive to fish and see Barbara when they open for lunch.. Barbara is totally awesome. Cash only don't worry. There is ATM in the back. Large food and alcohol selection. We had no problems finding a seat on a Saturday afternoon. Plenty of amazing outside seating looking at the lake. Side note my friend comes here occasionally and fishes on the straight. He took me here today and we almost caught a Sturgeon together.
As we tour Bay Area dive bars this summer... this was a great one! Great views, epic beer selection, and amazing craft cocktails. Just a fun vibe! I would add this stop just to wander around and look at the decor. Add this to your list!
Wow wow wow, what an exceptional place! The decor, the environment, it is something to be enjoyed. The owner is incredible, the food and drinks are great and affordable. This place is worth the drive. Pool, a small shop and some arcade games too.

This is the place of you love going out on your Harley or hot rod on a Sunday afternoon. The people are cool, the food is good and the vibe is awesome!!!!!
This is an interesting spot to stop for a drink and a game of pool in the small town of Port Costa. It’s nestled next to the Carquinez Strait with ample parking and a scenic, short drive for a fun afternoon or evening. Sometimes stop after fishing nearby or following a bike ride in the regional park. Eclectic blend of signage and relics such as a polar bear that stands tall. They have an assortment of food to eat at the bar or dine in their restaurant. We used to go often on Sundays for a fun way to close out the week.
I didn't have any food but the bartender was awesome and the atmosphere was amazing!!
This is on of the best kept secrets of the Bay Area, The Warehouse Cafe at Port Costa. Its an absolute dream to come enjoy the cold drinks, the warm food and fun people who come from all over and alot just right next door to enjoy their spirits on a week day or weekend, doesn't matter, never a bad time to vist and get a good look at the river up close then come in feed the jute box and look at the bear and the amazing collection of art and pictures and all kinds of fun goodies covering the walls. The drinks are fantastic and the place is special, its a bikers paradise, a place where you feel on the outskirts and have the excitement of youth come alive in real America right here in the Bay Area. Worth the drive and the time to spend coming to see what one of the best bars in the East Bay looks like. Highly recommended.

You have to go at least once. I like the staff and the bar is close to the water with good outdoor seating available. They have bar food but have a good dinner as well. During the warmer months, they had outdoor music on Sunday's, but the owner was talking about getting some full-time entrainment at some point.
The music on Sundays is fun, it's an older crowd, a lot of dancing & hundreds of beers to choose from. It's by the inlet to the Richmond port & beyond, so there's a nice bay veiw, its interesting there. There's a dusty gravel parking situation that gets full quickly as there are other amenities nearby. I had bar food, tacos & I bought some items in the co-op shop in the back. They have jewelry, clothing, shoes, purses & articles of interest..old, vintage & new. I got a cute summer dress, a vintage salt&pepper set, and feather earrings. I also saw a hammered aluminum ice buket....I must have & a Betseyville handbag. Overall it's a fun day in a quaint village setting.
Although this place looks rough or uninviting the people working here & customer service is genuine and makes you feel right at home 👍🏽. The drinks (tequila & 🍍pineapple w/side of lime) was delicious. We also ordered a hot link 🥪, grilled cheese sandwich that was just as good. The prices are so decent and tons & tons of free parking. The interior of this quirky place is fun to explore also. There is also an abundance of out door seating as well. Kid friendly in the day too.
It was a lovely day with outside seating. The band was sort of rock- country and nice to dance to. Other musicians joined in and the place was rocking! Full restaurant inside with nice drinks. Lots of happy people were there along with children and dogs! I had a wonderful time!
Place is awesome food is great. Excited to try the rest of the dishes they serve because I hear the cook makes great food especially the prime rib. I had the corned beef and cabbage plate that was 15 bucks per plate. Came with mashed potatoes and carrots.the sauce was some sort of lemon cilantro mayo or ranch sauce but it was tasty.cook says she cooked 140lbs of corned beef and it was gone in about 5 hours or so . The beer is always fresh none of that stale skunked stuff here! You can try like 250+ different beers here but on tap they carry lost coast white shark, lost coast indica, sierra nevada and a pilsner .had a makers mark whiskey and coke for 12$ as well, I thought my drink was well made. Good soda to whiskey ratio. I'll be back alot the atmosphere is awesome inside and out of the warehouse. The thrift store in the back is cool as heck also.
Every time I visit home (the Bay Area) I make a trip to The Warehouse. It’s nice being able to come back home and know they’ll still be open for good drinks and some nostalgia. The drinks were great and just about everything has stayed the same. They still even have a arcade cabinet still. If you’re in the area, make a stop here for a good time and a drink. They serve food as well but we just ate before we stopped. The menu looks good with reasonable prices. A live band also started playing around 130pm which was nice too. My only issue is there’s no outside drinks or food allowed. Kind of silly but oh well. One star docked for that!
Quaint little spot which was the only place open on Monday, Presidents’ Day . The bar is cash only so be prepared for that. The “crocodile” drink I received was a bit too tart and sweet for my taste but it wasn’t bad. Plenty of cool stuff to look at inside, plenty of outdoor and indoor seating and a very friendly bartender
What a great bar! This is by far the most unique place I've stopped for beers in a long long time. It's a very laid back atmosphere and the servers are just cool. Then top it off with very reasonably priced drinks, you'd be a nut job to not stop in this place. The only reason it didn't get 5 stars was because the men's restroom needs some help.

Love the space and the fact that it still exists! Such a fun environment- quirky, artsy, raw. Go for the good beers in bottles. Decent drinks. The food isn’t very good. Just get something that doesn’t need to be fresh and you’ll be ok. Prices are decent.
This cafe is in a quaint old building with taxidermy animals and other oddities. It was quite cold in the restaurant. Service was great, nice people. The food was a mixed bag. The cheeseburger was a stand out but the special pork chops meal was a complete miss.
Place has been there for a long time. Little wear and tear but overall a cool place to hang out with friends. Food is ok. Didn't like that it's cash only.
Highlights are the kitschy decor and awesome servers, the food was good, not great. Caesar salad dressing was not made there and accordingly was lacking in taste, clam chowder was warm, not piping hot and potatoes were on the crunchy side. NY Steak was cooked to perfection, but had to add salt because not a lot of flavor. Baked potato only had sour cream topping, no chives or anything else. I'd go back for the bar, ambiance, and servers - not so much for the food.
