The restaurant was great had a beautiful atmosphere. Each dish was delicious and we were treated with great service. Ruben was, without a doubt, one of the best servers I've ever had! I'd absolutely go back and ask to have him serve our table again. Overall great experience!

This is a beautiful restaurant! The food and the cocktails were exceptional, and I particularly enjoyed the Spaghetti Nero dish. Our server, Garrett was knowledgeable, friendly and attentive, providing excellent service throughout the meal. Highly recommended-- we will be back!

Amazing night and experience. Me and my wife had dinner during restaurant week and had an awesome dinner. Our waitress was new and very kind / thorough and food was prepared perfectly. I had the petit filet, meatballs app and she had the wagyu beef bolognese…. Everything was spot on! Will be back! Thank you

My friends treated me to dinner at Sestina for an early birthday celebration! We loved everything! The drinks, bread, meatballs, seafood pasta, pork chop, roasted chicken, sides…were all delicious! And I loved the birthday treat and card signed by your staff! I loved it so much that my husband and I are coming back next Monday evening on my actual birthday! Looking forward to another wonderful evening!

Ruben was the most wonderful waiter I've had in many years. I'm not a frequent poster of reviews. He was extremely accommodating to all of us and as a result the food was excellent, the service was beyond excellent and I will add this relatively new place to my rotation of local Bentonville restaurants at the top of my list. 5 stars all day! Fantastic experience!

We celebrated a birthday at sestina last night with our group of six. The food was impeccable, the service was on point (shout out to our server Ruben), and the atmosphere was very upscale. They allowed us to bring our own wine for a modest corkage fee. Can’t wait to return.

First time trying Sestina. It is located inside the new Compton Hotel. The food, ambience and service were exceptional. My server, Matthew, was very friendly and professional. He gave exceptional service and went above and beyond to make sure I enjoyed my dinner and had a good experience. Would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Bentonville!

I recently posted a review regarding the quality of the food not meeting our standards however I had the opportunity to go back for a birthday and we were blown away. We ordered the Bistecca alla Fiorentina and although it’s pricey it was delicious and perfect for sharing. We also ordered quite a few sides and appetizers and everything was much better. Our waiter was also fantastic. I wish I remembered his name but he did such a fabulous job and didn’t never missed a beat.

We had a great experience at Sestina with excellent service. All of the food, including the special and cocktails were excellent. Due to the prices, this will need to be a special occasion place to visit, but otherwise very good.

Sestina in Bentonville is a must-visit! We had the steak and lobster, and it was AMAZING, perfectly cooked and flavorful. The service was exceptional, making our dining experience even better. Can't wait to come back!

My wife and I couldn’t wait to try this new addition in downtown Bentonville. Some small kinks to work out, but that’s to be expected with a new opening. The food was delicious and the staff really went out of their way to make us feel special. Highly recommend reservations as they were packed on a weekday.

Best food in town!!

Went here for our anniversary dinner. The vibe is warm, elevated, and welcoming. The food was delicious. Notable mentions were the bread service, the radiatori and prime rib eye steak. But what impressed me more than anything was the staff. From the hosts to the waitstaff to management, everyone was attentive and friendly. We had a lovely experience and highly recommend!

Dani, Chris, and J (Austin) at the bar were amazing! 🤩 Outstanding customer service, great food recommendations, and true professionalism from start to finish. We also loved the friendly conversation about Bentonville and Arkansas which made the whole experience feel welcoming and personal. Great vibes all around. We will definitely be back! 😁🤙🏼🙌🏼

My boyfriend and I went on Valentines Day to celebrate that and our anniversary. Reuben was our server and I can confidently say I’ve never had a better dining experience!! Everything was amazing! He brought out several treats for our anniversary and was just so kind!! The food was AMAZING and the chocolate mousse and tuna tartare were my absolute favorite parts of the meal!! Definitely will be back 🤗

Oysters on the half shell and lemon drop martini in a frosted martini glass with sugar on the rim was my favorite. Meatballs and polenta was good. I had imagined a cream sauce on the lobster ravioli but it was tomato based. Next time I’ll try the baked snapper. Over all it was a good experience with helpful polite staff.

Finally got a reservation here! The upstairs bar was great! Went down for dinner at Sestina. Decor is so cozy and inviting. The waitstaff was good. Dinner was not great. My meal lukewarm when served. Sent back and the sides still came out lukewarm warm the second time. So disappointing. I hope they get this right. It’s such a great space. We will try again in hopes of a better food experience.

Drinks were not good. Actually bad… In fact our server later admitted it had been made wrong - we got 4 espresso martinis and she said it had accidentally been made with French press coffee. When someone at the table mentioned it didn’t taste right, waitress was a little challenging about it vs accommodating. Then admitted they were all made wrong but still didn’t do anything to remedy that…. Only replaced for the person who complained. Just would expect more from a place at this price point…. Also ordered another drink later and asked for tequila instead of mescal and was also challenged on that which seemed weird…. However the food really made up for those shortcomings. The steaks were amazing. We also had 2 pasta dishes gluten free - both incredible! Broccolini, artichokes and potatoes all so so great!!

The cocktails, meatballs, and steaks were truly outstanding—each prepared with care and full of flavor. While the main dishes impressed, the sides and bread service left something to be desired. The mashed potatoes and mac and cheese lacked seasoning, and the pasta was unfortunately undercooked. The broccolini was decent, but the artichokes stood out as a highlight, perfectly prepared and delicious. We also enjoyed the carpaccio, which offered a well-balanced flavor profile. The bread service included three varieties, with the small loaf being the most enjoyable of the selection. However, the rosemary butter didn’t quite deliver the depth of flavor we were hoping for. Overall, the restaurant shines in its cocktails and proteins, though the sides and bread service could benefit from more attention to detail

Service and atmosphere were great! Food was honestly just kinda meh. It’s always disappointing when you go to a steakhouse and the steaks aren’t good. Our filets were both undercooked which doesn’t bother me THAT much as long as the seasoning is good but they were really just bland. Mussels were good and beef carpaccio was exactly what it was suppose to be. Just wasn’t our thing. We will definitely be back for the atmosphere and drinks but really hope they can work on perfecting their steaks. Would be top tier if that improves. Just here to give feedback in hopes it helps them!

We had looked forward to our visit, but the experience ultimately fell short of expectations. Several menu and wine selections were unavailable, and there were a few service missteps, including an incorrect dish delivered to our table. Collectively, the evening felt somewhat disjointed and didn’t quite reflect the otherwise elegant and sophisticated atmosphere of the restaurant. We’re unsure whether these were early growing pains or isolated circumstances, but for now, we’ll likely explore other options in town before considering a return.

Only one of the breads was tasty, the others were nothing special. My red wine tasted very cheap. Beer was served in a short wide glass that just wasn’t fitting. Lobster ravioli and filet mignon were too salty. Radiatori flavors were great but the pasta was very, very undercooked even for Al dente. The desserts were terrific, service was excellent, prime location and beautiful atmosphere. This was the most expensive meal we’ve ever had in NWA, $100 more for the same amount of food and drink than Conifer for 1/4 the quality.

Valentine’s Day 2026 dinner, the atmosphere was nice, and the servers were friendly. We were supposed to have a proseco starter and we never received that. We ordered the bread service first and it was excellent, we also ordered the salad which was nothing exciting, and the meatballs were good but nothing special, we then ordered the lobster ravioli and I was able to taste the lobster but my husband did not - we had to salt the dish. We both ordered a steak, my husband got the ribeye and it was bland and rubbery, for an $86 steak we expected much more. My filet mignon I ordered with the blue cheese crust and the truffle butter so it was excellent because there was extra seasoning involved. What we didn’t know was that there would be large gaps in between the courses like they do in Italy but that was not explained to us so we waited sometimes 20 minutes in between courses. Nobody asked us how the food was tasting, including our server and nobody came over to do a table touch to see how we were enjoying our experience or to say happy Valentine’s Day there was nothing special about the service either. Overall, the food and the service could’ve been better, especially with a $400 bill.

Let me start by saying the service and atmosphere were amazing here. Our waitress was very friendly and attentive. The food fell short of expectations, however. Especially for the price. The meatballs were tough. I had to ask the first drink I ordered to be taken back because it tasted very similar to medicine. They had no problem replacing it with a different drink which was nice. The mac I ordered as a side had very little flavor. But the steak was great! Once there's some improvement with the food and drinks, I'd consider this place a perfect go to.

Really disappointed in our experience last night :/ My friend and I had just driven 5 hours to be in town for a friends baby shower. I had reservations for 8:45, and was excited to try a new spot and sit down and catch up. We sat down, and our server offered to run through the menu. I told her verbatim, “we are going to just start with drinks and apps but might do a meal after”. She puts in our drinks and bread service and comes back maybe 1 minute later. She expresses that “this is more of a steak dinner vibe” and that “the vibe you’re looking for is probably upstairs”. I asked her if there was room at The Eddy, and she goes on to suggest that one of us should go look, stay up there and save the spot upstairs, and that she’d cash us out with my friend downstairs and we could take our drinks up. I was honestly shocked! We had just driven 5 hours and were excited to sit down and enjoy the spot only for our server to tell us we need to move upstairs within maybe a few minutes of being there. We hadn’t even gotten our drinks yet? Once she did bring our drinks, she mentioned going ahead and cashing us out again. I booked this restaurant for a reason. She very much insinuated we were mistaken in the “vibe” that we wanted, and that we should’ve started upstairs. I have been a server for 4 years and would never in a million years rush out my guests like that, or question their intention. Nowhere on the website does it say that to be able to sit at a table, you have to order an entree upfront. We had every intention of looking more throughly at the menu, and ordering more…we simply just wanted to start out with a drink and appetizer first and not feel rushed. But after that? Absolutely not.

Not a good first impression. Probably won’t be back. Ordered the Australian wagyu strip steak, and it came out cold. The server brought it back to the kitchen, and then the same steak was brought back a minute or two later, apparently microwaved. Not even close to the quality you’d expect with their prices. The rest of the dishes we had were okay. Nothing mind blowing. The cocktails were okay. The service was great, however. They were very apologetic and comped some of our food. Not worth the money you’ll spend here. There are certainly much better options in the area.

Extremely disappointed in this place. We were excited to try to the 48 oz Florentine steak. We were told they were sold out. (This was 6 pm on a Saturday night and they didn't have their signature item.) I ordered something else anyway and that took over an hour to get to our table. Waiter disappeared for almost 20 minutes. It took another 5 minutes to get an extra plate. Reservation was at 6:15. Didn't eat until 7:45. Didn't leave until 9. Total bill = $300. The food itself is good but the operations leave a lot to be desired, especially for price point. Do better. Will likely not be back.

Went to celebrate but 2 1/2 hours later regretted the choice to try Sestina. The food was very bland and possibly could have been our worst meal in NWA in a long time. Meatballs were hard and not juicy, Radiatori was less than al dente with minimal seasoning, Roasted Chicken was rotisserie with a sauce. Wine tasted boxed, even the tea had no flavor - very impressive feat. Our experience could not have been worse, maybe yours will be better. Will absolutely not be back.
