I love chipotle and the food that’s why I worked there for awhile and normally the staff (even rude coworkers I’ve worked with) are SUPER friendly with customers. And this morning everyone was real nice like usual but I got some chips and guacamole because usually they are perfect even if it’s leftovers from the night before. I know how good the chips and guacamole can be, and the chips were burnt and I wasn’t mad at all I ate like two chips and decided no these aren’t good at all. So I asked for new chips from the staff working cash and saw that they had made a new batch so I was like oh is that the batch you just made? And they said yeah but here let me get you some new ones. Really nice! But the woman who made our entree said “they aren’t burnt” and I said “maybe the other chips are fine but I’m pretty sure these are burnt cause I used to work here and these definitely taste burnt.” And she took my bag of chips grabbed a random bag and threw them across the counter towards me really nonchalantly and and said “none of these are burned” and the cash staff was like “I hope these are better for you” and I was just shocked because there is no reason for the staff to be huffy. I worked at chipotle for quite a while! People return chips all the time complaining they aren’t cooked enough, or burnt, or stale. And even if we the staff know they are okay we hold our tongue and give them a new bag. Her attitude was super unnecessary and I KNOW how delicious the chips can be I was the main fryer every morning doing prep work. Those were not it lady!!! And the cash staff today: so sorry if you felt awkward bout the interaction I just wanted some better chips and the other bag was great thank you! So yeah those chips were indeed burnt.

All the tables are dirty. They're out of beans, and fajita vegetables. This is the worst Chipotle I've ever been to. Needs better management.

So disappointed, every weekend I come to Fayetteville for work and always stop in to this chipotle due to the adequate portion of protein. They normally are not so tight on toppings. This time I had to order double protein on both bowls and it still was less then normal protein portion. I even stated “wow you are going super light today, it’s not like that any other time” only to have a response of a laugh. 2 bowels small portions of rice, beans actually everything….45 dollars later. I don’t think I have ever been so disappointed. If you look at any of my other review they are positive on places. But for a place I go to weekly and the cost of this places services/food I don’t think I have ever been so disappointed in a food establishment. Definitely will rethink where I spend my money every weekend.

Their stock is literally tanking. They serve burritos and bowls I’d say less than half the size they were even 12 months ago, and to make things worse, my last bowl had a rock in it. I have officially stopped going to this chipotle for good as once a loyal customer. Oh, and chips stale a lot of the times too, also rice is stale and blocky. It’s super gross.

Waited an hour past my promised time and then when asked how much longer I was ignored. My burrito wasn’t fully wrapped and my guacamole was forgotten. Do better.

Worst chipotle I’ve ever been to, they’re consistently out of food no matter the time, Half the staff seems to hate anything that has to do with human interaction, DO NOT make the mistake of ordering online because it’s almost guaranteed they will mess it up or forget something, but since I’m a student at UARK, it’s the closest and most convenient one to me but the chipotle on Dickson always seems like such a disappointment.

This is a pay to park restaurant. You have to pay to park and come in even to get to go orders. If you don’t you get the boot. There’s only like 5 parking spaces up against the building that you’re able to park at for free. It’s really extremely inconvenient for customers and for delivery drivers. I will not be picking up orders there anymore. The line stretches all the way in front of the door. You can’t even hardly walk into the building. To go orders are not put on the rack like they’re supposed to so you have to literally cut in the line at the cashier to get your order. This definitely needs a huge overhaul. It’s not the restaurants fault the parking is the way it is, but they need to reach out to the city to find a solution.

I used to love Chipotle but now the food is not as good and the serving size is a joke. I would not recommend this restaurant any more sad to say. Very disappointed 😞

I ordered doordash from this location and will no longer be ordering from them. When I received my food I did not receive my chips which I paid extra for. My bowl also had two extremely long black hairs, attached in the picture, in it before i had even touched it. So unappetizing.

I ordered online and my bowl showed up missing 3 of the items I requested: corn salsa, cheese, sour cream. The portion size was also half of what I have received in the past. Very disappointing.

This location should be avoided ! After receiving this bowl and talking with Jennifer she is stating that this is standardize portion size . We order from chipotle regularly and this not chipotle standard . The stance management took at this location on this matter is not worthy of anyone’s time or coin . Stay clear !
