Come sempre non delude, cibo frrsco e genuino. Il vino rosso della casa è eccezionale e io lo dico con cogmizione di causa perchè molti altri mi fanno bruciare lo stomaco, mentre questo no ed ha una gradazione non esagerata, come piace a me. In poche parole una trattoria in cui si mangia genuino e il servizio è gentile e veloce.
Culinary gems can be found off the beaten tourist track. I won't be able to resist coming here again and again. And I did again, and I wasn't disappointed.
What can I say? It's a magical place! Food still made with the same care as the past, keeping traditions intact. Love, constant sacrifice, the search for top-quality ingredients, and the care and attention to detail allow you to rediscover the flavors of home, with that unique and strong embrace of feminine hands, arms, and hearts. Memories, simple ingredients that amaze and envelop... family, and a hint of nostalgia. It surprised and moved me! Did you know they still serve beaten eggs with coffee?
We drove by by chance on our motorbike... Authentic, excellent food, no frills, just the right amount and price... An atmosphere of times gone by... If we ever pass by again, we'll definitely be back...
The lady cooks every dish authentically, just like in the old days. The cold cuts are out of this world, and the other appetizers are simple yet authentic. The risotto with fresh porcini mushrooms is creamy and truly unforgettable, and the braised beef ravioli are also fresh and bring back memories of lunches I used to have at my grandmother's. It's been years since I've eaten so well and healthily in Pavia.

A historic and one-of-a-kind trattoria! Nestled in a heavenly green setting is Trattoria Da Pasquale... a fantastic surprise! It takes you back in time and with it modernity. Mrs. Elisabetta prepares delicious, high-quality dishes. It's definitely worth visiting her and meeting her impeccable staff. Prices are more than fair, clean and tidy, and the rest is up to you to decide. The restaurant has both an inside and outside area. I was personally most impressed by the interior, with its historic furnishings and many photos that tell the story of the place. Highly recommended.
Truly an excellent trattoria: the food is truly excellent, with interesting and well-crafted dishes! They haven't bowed, like many other restaurants, to the "business meal" where they stuff you with kilos of mediocre food: a few "poor" dishes, of excellent quality and the right amount—not scant, but not too much to even reach the sweet spot! Traditional, simple, and authentic dishes like Ionian anchovies with garlic, parsley, and butter, pork nerves with onions, baked pork shank, fried frogs, risotto with sausage and croatina, and finally THE house dessert: "what the chef made today," an excellent tart with seasonal fruit. Fair prices, accurate receipt, payment by debit card without any strange drama! Very attentive service.
A charming place, Betta and Marco are truly special people. They welcomed us with a smile and carefully explained the menu, highlighting the provenance of many of the ingredients. We tried the anchovies, gnocchi, snails, and tongue, and all the dishes were truly special. I recommend everyone to stop by; it's also worth paying attention to the details, both inside and out.
Home-style Lombard cooking. It's like going back to when my grandmother used to cook. It's like being with family. Excellent service and food.

Very welcoming family-run trattoria. Local cuisine and truly exquisite home-made dishes. I have happened to frequent it especially on weekends and it has happened that the dishes were slow to arrive, precisely because the place is quite crowded. Let's remember that it is not a fast food!!! Their food is a pleasure worth the wait. Simple dishes, rich as my mother or grandmother would make them by tradition.

È una trattoria praticamente storica, con una lunga tradizione di piatti, soprattutto a base di rane e bottine,risotti ecc. Il tempo ha voluto che tutto ciò o in un modo nell’altro non possa più essere ripetuto nella grandezza precedente.. pertanto personalmente consiglierei una netta virata verso ulteriori piatti della tradizione, anche Pavese inseriti volutamente in un menu a prezzo fisso ad un degno prezzo di qualità, ossia tra i 25 e i 30 € al massimo.

Trattoria, nestled in the Pavia countryside. Authentic, seasonal food. Service is basic but friendly. You can eat outdoors. They prepare fried bottine, small freshwater fish, and fried frogs. The only downside is the prices, which are a bit high, especially for the appetizers.

A very characteristic trattoria. It's worth stopping by if you want to enjoy some typical local dishes. When it's warm, you can eat on the terrace overlooking the garden. The atmosphere is spartan, but very charming. I recommend it. The staff is kind and friendly. Prices are reasonable (starters 7 euros, main courses 8-9 euros, fried frogs and fish 15 euros).
This place is good because it is homey yet the staff is kind. I am not sure whether they can speak English, but if you are around there, it is worth your while trying: the "deep fried fresh water little fish" and the mixed Antipasti is quite tasty as well. Go there on a spring evening and sit on the patio! The place holds some sort of old fashioned melancholy which makes it full of charm.
Clean atmosphere, friendly staff, but for my taste, the risotto was a bit bland, the veal was dry, and the anchovies with green sauce appetizer was truly miserable. The price was too high for the quality of the food. Little choice unless you book in advance.
