Expired food/Vomit/Diarrhea. Recently i was at the airport to drop a friend. We stopped by @pomodoro Rosso for dinner. 1 Calzone with Buffala and other pizza with some aubergine. Not even 30 minutes after, on Autostrada. All of it came out by vommiting and my guest, the next day had a bad stomach. Do not visit at all. Crazy price: 2 pizzas, 2 small beers= €52 for expired ingredients.

Horrible pizzas with careless toppings, service was also so unattentive and borderline rude, the cover charge of 3 euros is absolutely unjustified.

I really wish I had read the comments before coming here. Initially a good greeting followed by terrible food. I mean, worst carbonara of my life… followed by laughter from the servers when I was giving some feedback. Get a manager in there. Try your own food, focus on customer service.

The food was of very low quality... it made us sick! The pasta was atrocious! The ingredients tasted as if they were old, not cooked properly, seasoned poorly and most importantly low quality ingredients... really dissapointing, this food without a doubt puts a really bad word on the company's name, it should be inspected...

Very very disappointed, the pizzas were watery and soggy we couldn’t even pick them and the tomato sauce was so raw it made me and my family sick. We also ordered CHEESE and tomato pasta but we were only given big chunks of pasta with a bunch of raw tomato sauce and absolutely no cheese. They charged us €72 for 2 disgusting pizzas and uncooked pasta. We ordered cheese pizza and fish pizza and both were cooked terribly, the cheese was thick and soggy, and the fish was salty. We confronted them and instead of apologising they threatened to call the police on us so we had no other choice but to pay. My point is I do NOT recommend eating at this place and it is a complete and total waste of money!!

i came to italy hoping to find a good restaurant but was instead met with a huge disappointment. the customer service was extremely poor and dont even get me started on the food. we ordered 2 pizzas, one cheese pizza with vegetables and one with fish. the pizza was practically falling apart, the cheese didnt look or taste like cheese, it felt like plastic. all the vegetables were falling out the second i picked up a slice. the fish tasted raw - its almost if as no care was put into preparing the fish before applying it onto the pizza. im a huge fan of pizza so i was looking forward to trying good pizza directly from italy aka the home of pizzas and im extremely disappointed that my expectations werent met. i also ordered pasta which was by far the most horrendous pasta i have ever had the displeasure of eating. everything tasted raw - the pasta wasnt cooked properly and the tomato sauce was awful. there was no cheese, despite the fact that i asked for CHEESY pasta. the staff didnt take time to help us through the menu as we're from the uk and are not familiar with the language so that was also a huge disappointment. i decided to try this restaurant in the airport as im not staying very long in italy, im only here due to a connecting flight, but my flight is in a couple of hours so i figured id kill time and take advantage of my limited time in italy. my limited time was in fact, not spent well. a huge waste of money and a huge waste of my time. im very annoyed, frankly. and to top it all off, the horrible food was horribly overpriced. €82???? what an absolute joke. dont waste your time or money on this place.

Very disappointing as we were 8 people and wanted to have some drinks , and we have been told, once we seated, that we cannot stay for drinks only, we would have to eat too. Wouldn’t recommend them !

Horrible experience overall. The waitress was having time to sweet talk to each other and not take order for 15+ minutes. I ordered a pizza, totally different from the one in the presentation, and the cheese was tasting and feeling like plastic. The tomato sauce, no comment, I think they let it ferment for a week before putting on a pizza. P.S. Overpriced for what they have to offer. Don't waste ur money in there. Additional 2.5 euro for poor service? You must be kidding me Pray I won't have an indigestion for the half I ate since I was hungry.

The worst restaurant I have experienced in Italy. Rude staff that wouldnt take the order even though the restaurant was empty and would only chat and stay on mobile phone. Pizza with a weird smell, cheese that was very chewey in a bad way and not burata. The tomato sauce was also very old and with a weird taste. The Coke we ordered was bought to us already in glasses, not opened near us. We couldnt finish half the pizza. Also they included a 5 euro for the table we ocuppied

Pizza was delicious but burned to black on the bottom. Service was fast but they stayed away, after I finished my meal they were just passing me like they wished I was gone. Despite that I was the only person there. I guess they think that because it's an airport (people come and go) that they can get away with utterly poor customer service. It has been a looong time since I was made to feel this unwelcomed as a paying customer. I was here on Monday evening of 23 Jan 2023 and the waitress and her male colleague obviously did not want me to be there...I told them a number of times in advance that I want to order more food after my main meal. However, once I finished my main meal they literally left me sitting there, going out of their way to ignore me up until I didn't feel like I want to spend any more money in this place. They certainly didn't deserve my money. Somebody should give them a training in the terms "customer is our number one priority - because they pay for everything, bills, ingredients, wages, everything" - these people obviously need to be told that.
