I have never eaten a cannoli so sugary, not even in all of Sicily!!! Cloying to say the least. And, I would not want that kind of ricotta filling to be the one in the bucket that is already sweet and has nothing to do with the one they fill the cannoli with down there. You can do better, Gentlemen

Assurdo sabato mattina ore 9,30 potevamo scegliere tra una brioche vuota una alla crema una treccina... Punto. Chiedo con marmellata? NO! almeno due alla crema? Manda da basso la commessa a imbottite 2 brioche vuote rimaste in vetrina con un cucchiaio di crema e un po di zucchero a, velo. Le assaggiamo.... Stantite gommose. Io capisco la fatica di questi esercenti e il tracollo ecomomico che stanno vivendo ma il cliente finale va trattato ancora meglio non è rifila domi 2 brioche vecchie che diventi più ricca cara 'PASTICCERA". MAI PIÙ..e SCONSIGLIATISSIMA!!!!

It's not exactly the pastry shop it used to be! The frozen brioche was still raw inside, and the cake display case was very dirty!

What kind of bar is it where they tell you one price and then beat you just because my phone died. If I read the notification, it would have ended badly. Three beers for 33 and a pack of Golias, not even in Milan. Crazy thieves! I'll be back. If you wanted a tip, just say so.

They choose prices based on the payment method. I wonder how something like this could be done in Seriate in 2025. The drag queen at the cash register was very clever. Breakfast was like a mountain café with terrible croissants.

The girls at the counter were rude. I came in with my wife for a coffee, not even a greeting, they told us what we wanted from the counter. When the coffees were brought, they put them on the table without telling who had the correct one. Last time with these rude people.

I used to go there often because I really liked the croissants... but the quality had been declining for some time, until one day, after having breakfast there, both my friend and I felt sick all day! NEVER AGAIN!!! Plus, the staff and owners are absolutely beyond comment because nothing could describe their attitude better!

The lady at the register was extremely rude and refused to serve us a coffee because we wanted to pay with a 20 euro note. She didn't give us a receipt when we paid, and only stamped it when we specifically asked her to after we'd finished.

On Sunday, August 6th, at 10:00 a.m., I went with my family for breakfast. The tables outside were all occupied, and I asked the waitress passing by if it was possible to wait for a table to become available (so as not to beat anyone else to it). She neither stopped to listen nor answered. So we decided to go inside and grab a free table (dirty and still uncleared) inside. While we waited (for a long time) for someone to take care of us, we noticed some customers (probably regulars) going directly to the counter to order and then sitting at their table. No one mentioned that there were other people waiting before them. Having thus become aware of this place's strange ordering habits, I approach the counter, waiting (again) for someone to decide to give us the minimal attention a bar demands. While waiting, I witness a surreal scene: the waitress from before is yelling at her mother, across the counter and in front of the customers, ordering her not to stop and talk to them, peppering the already thorny sentence with a final curse word. Astonished, I decide to leave the place, opting for a more relaxed and friendly atmosphere. We found it without much effort.

Good morning, I bought some arancini with ragù, but the chef probably kept the tomato sauce!!! It's a shame because the breading is good. I recommend using any classic ragù recipe with tomato sauce and substituting it for the white ragù you use. Thanks, and greetings from Sicily!!!

Hi, this morning I was in this bar and wanted to pay for 3 coffees, but I realized I didn't have cash. And I wanted to pay by debit card. The lady said it wasn't possible. And I did them because she didn't accept them. And she pretends that I watch a lot of TV. I remind you, ma'am. Since January 1, 2016, artisans, shopkeepers and professionals have been required by law to accept payments made by debit (ATM) or credit card. ... Today, therefore, it is not possible to refuse payment by POS for any type of amount, even the smallest.

The woman who is also the owner was very rude when i asked the receipt of my purchased, she shouted and says "oh really, you ask also for the receipt like you bought a lot of stuffs from me!!" Well, she's obliged to do so because it's a law. And it's not only once that happened to me but twice, maybe she's been doing it for years and with other costumers. I'll never come back here, not recommended.
