Classic Pizza

I used to live right next door to this place for 6 years, and ordered the chicken garlic pesto with baked ziti from here at least thrice a month! This was half a decade ago! I'm happy to report that it tastes just as wonderful as it always did!!

I ordered a couple pizzas. A large cheese for the wife and 3 year old, and a small pepper and onion.. I was stuck between the small pizza and a large grilled chicken. So I ordered both. The sub with basically the works.. I had to call “Joao” or John as he said to call him. And let him know not only was the pizza perfect hot and cheesy. But the sub was one of the best I have had from them! I love classic and there quality of food has been near perfect. But tonight’s was a grand slam!! 👌🏻👌🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻🍕🍕🥪

No words to describe how great this place is. Best local pizza joint of Marlborough. Their Brazilian burger is the highlight in my opinion. Their pizza is also great!

Classic Pizza is a Marlborough classic! Kosta and Crew do an excellent job of putting out great food at an extremely reasonable price. Service is five star as well. And if you want a cold adult beverage to enjoy with your meal, that is available as well.

Classic Pizza is the best!! I had an issue with my order & they personally delivered me a new sub. They were kind & understanding about it! The delivery drivers arrive in a timely manner. 10/10! Thank you for being professional & also making great food!!!

I love the pizza the price and the service. Unfortunately my girlfriend and i both were not happy with the subs. However we both got steak and cheese. So mabye it was just an off day. Other then that no complaints

I love Classic, it's been my families choice for pizza/sub shop for years. Good ownership, staff is eh, food is amazing. However!! This "Tropical Pizza" needs a rename, call it "Trash Pizza" because it is literally everything that does not belong on a pizza and you'd find in the garbage. Heck it's not even TROPICAL, people complain Pineapples don't belong on pizza...well neither does CORN, BOILED EGG, CREAM CHEESE, OLIVES, ARTICHOKES & SAUSAGE. It's basically a "Brazilian" with less meat and more YUCK. But I digress, good food other than that new addition.

They used to give you a marmita that could feed three people with three good pieces of meat. They just started economizing I guess because now it only feeds one with two small pieces of meat. 🥺🥺 5 stars for pizza😍 because they still load them toppings but 2 stars for marmita that suddenly doesn't come with salad either.🥺🥺

I love the subs/grinders, always fresh and tasty. Delivery takes forever, at times, Very polite staff. The only thing I cant stand, is the pizza, always cold, over cooked, dry, and has no flavor. Im thinking they need a new recipe, with better crust... Over all Im pretty Satisfied... Oh yeah, get a better variety of chips....

Great place. Consistent quality. However I paid $15 for a chicken tender platter which only had three small pieces of chicken. The prices here aren't fair but if you don't mind that then it's a great place.

It's a basic pizza & sub shop.with Brazilian food. I only ordered mozzarella sticks and spring water. There is nothing to write home about. I was hoping it was a Greek run shop so I could order spinach pies. People were very nice.

This was my first time here. Very nice boy at the counter. Helped me right away told me 10 minutes literally. By the time I got back from the bathroom within 1 minute. It was another pretty girl asking me if what I got was a Chicken Cutlet sub. And I said yes, and then she asked me if I'd like a bag that was very prompt. The atmosphere was great. There was a ton of people, but it was moving amazingly. There were people sitting and eating and having a great time.It looks very family oriented. Nice little spot. And i'm not from the area so Pretty good.

Meatball sub. One of worst meatballs ever had. Dry grissly, chewy. Nasty. After removing meatballs, I enjoyed the Grilled onions, mushrooms, bread and sauce. Usually straight forward good service. But I think I'm done trying here.

When I placed the order, I had ordered curly fries along with a sub and salad. I got home and there were no curly fries. I went back and waited for the curly fries, only when I got home they were sweet potato fries. They were very good fries, but not what I ordered. I have been buying food there for years and it's always good and everyone is very friendly, but I've noticed lately that there does seem to be a problem with a language barrier.

Other than that I will always go here when I feel like it but some consideration needs to be taken in regard to clueless people answering the phone and having a positive attitude to some degree...js

Just look at me with either a blank stare and rarely ever a smile(god forbid). And even rarer is them ever thanking me for the business. Just hand me the food as if I’m the lucky one for them allowing me to eat their food. Not sure if it’s bc I’m not a part of “their” community or what the deal is. But I would never recommend going there even though I eat take out there about once/week. Like I said, unfortunately one of the better tasting pizza shops around and open later than most, otherwise no reason to go there.

Classic Pizza ... the food is amazing... BUT really BAD service, I live in Northborough and we usually going there two or three times a week to pick up, in the last month they always make mistakes with our order... ‘order 2sides and have ready just one, change the order even give us the food of the different customer’ . I just called and always the answer is ‘Sorry’ they don’t even try to said ‘apologize and we will deliver to you the right food’ I live just in the border between Marlborough and Northborough. I work at the customer services, to make happy the customer you have to go anywhere anytime. But they doesn’t care .

They gave me wrong pizza went to the car opened it went back they gave .e right pizza then person who pizza they gave me came in they handed them that pizza. Sorry I didn't do anything to the pizza but I took it to my car they have no idea if I did that should of been thrown out an a new one made

2nd time I have seen someone eating with gloves on and then handling food. Complained and the said they would bring it up to the manger! Won't go back again

THE WORST PIZZARIA EVER, they delivered my order wrong, I called and they said that the driver was coming to deliver me my actually order, after 1 hour nobody showed up, I called again they said the driver was on their way after 30 more min called again and the pizzaria was closed, after another 40 min the manager called me and said that nobody wanted to deliver my order and he was coming to deliver my order. I felt so bad about the manager he is a nice manager but they have no quality in drivers I would never tip him and I’m sorry but I’m not going to order at this place ever again.

I been ordering from this pizza shop for over 5 years. The last 4 weeks I been having a lot of issues with my orders arriving cold and far after normal delivery time. Well tonight after a 1½ of waiting I called to see where it was they said it was on its way. 2 hours comes and they said someone knocked and no one answered. That was a lie because I was next to my door the whole 2 hours. So 2½ hours later I finally receive my food completely cold and still charged. They obviously don't value their customers.

Kathleen has horrendously awful customer service, absolutely the WORST customer service I have ever experienced in my life. Don’t be a cashier if you hate the public sweetheart. Chewing and smacking your gum while attending clients is extremely disgusting and unprofessional, and shorts and bright pink flip flops? What? I understand you’re not working anywhere fancy, but what happened to safe and professional uniforms? I mean if the board of health walks in this place and sees that? Really? , I am shocked, Truly disappointing how low of a standard the customer service has become compared to prior staff.

Thursday, May 7,2020, I ordered 2small pizza’s and bacon and cheesy fries to be delivered. I have always bought here and loved it. I was so unhappy as both pizza’s an cheesy fries with overcooked to point I needed a knife to cut through fries and pizza was awful, so I gave it 1 star and that was generous. Again I am so sorry as Classic in Marlborough was a family favorite. I was s mad I just through it out.

Classic Pizza has been a great place to eat, but today I was extremely dissatisfied . I got there and order a steak tip sandwich, I was advised that now the steak tip sandwich was $15 because of the situation we are all in. Meaning cost of beef is high. Ok I understand, you have to make money as a business owner myself. I ordered a fish and chips ( and I have in the past) when I got it and went off on my merry way. I noticed the portion was reduced. Normally I have always received three long strips, but today a decent size fish strip and a small one. Again, I get it you want to make money, but come on there, there is no shortage of fish out there for you to cut back on your portions to make more money. I know I am a small fish in their pond, but my business(about 2K a year) will go somewhere else.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! I’ve been A loyal customer for years. I’ve had a few problems with this place but never nothing that couldn’t be resolved. I literally spend 200+ A WEEK at classic! The last FIVE times I’ve order I received my food FREEZING COLD. I’m not one to complain because I understand how busy pizza shops can be but they have HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I called the restaurant to let them know this isn’t the first time I’ve received freezing cold food. They offered to remake the food and send the driver back. Another hour goes by and I YET AGAIN received cold food. Theres always a problem at this place. Spend your money else where. I love the food but I will never EVER order here due to the horrible customer service.

This place used to be owned by Costa. I think they sold it. 2 things : food is no longer the same , with smaller portions and poor quality. AND 2nd they are adding gratuity to the bill . No matter the size of your party . With that being said. We always tip our server. Now this new service charged was added without our knowledge. The server now sits around and no longer is pleasant . We needed to call our server many times because he would just sit around and talk to people. He was not pleasant at all . So I understand adding gratuity but please have signs warning people or add a note to your menu. Also the service is now very poor so pay your server right so they can continue to offer good service. I am probably not going back. Too bad . Have been a customer for a long time.
