Edit: Have been back many times since my first review, and they are consistently excellent and surprisingly at a reasonable price for their sashimi and rolls. Highly recommend! --- First time to this cute, local sushi restaurant with no more than 7 table tops. Excellent sushi and service. Glad to have stored in. Definitely coming back!

Pitcured is the Salmon Lover's roll (spicy salmon, cucumber, avocado topped with fresh salmon) and the Ichiban roll (spicy tuna and cucumber with assorted fish topping). I LOVED the salmon roll and thought the Ichiban was just good! That just comes down to personal preference though. The ingredients were SUPER fresh and the prices for the rolls were great. The appretizers were a little expensive I should note. Overall super delicious and I will be going back here for sure!!

I have to say this might be the best bang for your buck sushi spot in the entire area. I have tried a whole bunch and this has become my go to to order from. Reasonable prices with good quality fish and portions. Every once in a while I like a baked or deep fried roll and they do not disappoint. The otoro has been great and the quality of the tuna and salmon is fantastic.

But from the first bite of that grilled chicken, I knew I’d made the right stop. Juicy, seasoned beautifully, and somehow better without the teriyaki sauce (which is amazing on its own), the chicken held its own like a headliner. The tri-tip? A total show-stealer—tender, bold, and perfectly charred. Every bite of the beef bowl had that “wait...this is really good” moment. It’s rare to find food this satisfying that still feels clean, fresh, and balanced. The only thing I regret is not dining in—because while I was vibing in my front seat, they were playing Mary J. Blige inside. That little detail sealed it for me. O Sushi isn’t just serving great food, they’re serving good energy. It’s soulful, comforting, and exactly what you didn’t know you needed. Next time, I’m grabbing a seat and a 3rd Bowl. 🍜🔥❤️

O Sushi is close to my job so when I'm in a rush and want sushi, I like to go here for a quick roll. I've been going here forever. I liked it a lot more before the pandemic because it felt a lot friendlier. I could sit at the bar and eat but now they have a table blocking the door so I do take out only. I find the cashier lady to not be very friendly. She just doesn't give off good vibes. But sushi is ok. I like the salmon avocado roll and the dynamite roll. I love that they offer a free miso soup or can of soda when you check in because the soup is normally $2.50. So my suggestion, if you want something fast, come here. But if you want really good sushi, go down the street to California Roll Factory, it's so good! I will have to write a review for them too soon. Anyway try it out and see for yourself.

Please stop combining 2 people’s orders in the same to-go box. If a customer makes an order for 2 rolls, they are likely for 2 people. Stop being cheap.

Toru was not pleasant upon entering the restaurant. When I asked him what items were included in the Bento box he pointed and circled the menu with a brusque voice stating here. The tempura was greasy and bland. Overall, the food was decent. I would not return due to Toru's attitude and lack of a greeting. Also, after Toru handled the transaction, he scooped the miso soup in a container without wearing gloves or washing his hands. Additionally, kindness goes along way when informing someone no other food is allowed. There is no need to come from behind the counter without greeting someone to tell them no other food or drink is allowed.

Ordered the lunch special for $13.09. The chicken teriyaki bowl and drink are of low quality. The chicken tasted like plastic and so did the vegetables and the rice. Very disappointing food. Not good taste. Lady taking the order is cold.

I got a skin rash after eating here. I am pretty sure they put MSG in the food. Unfortunately, the waiter and kitchen staff had no idea about the ingredients upon asking.

An incredible disappointment. My spicy tuna roll was falling apart, not spicy, and had no flavor. The salmon looks like it was sitting out to long, and for a 6 piece set they give you two shrimp? That’s embarrassing.

Ordered chicken udon, eel/avocado bowl and spicy tuna over crispy rice. Order was late, more than 30 minutes after the confirmed pick up time. Chicken udon had no chicken, not a little, but zero, zip, nada. Eel/avocado bowl had no avocado. The 5 small pieces of eel were more thinly sliced than deli meat; probably less than an ounce of eel total. It was basically a steamed veggie bowl with pickles. Crispy rice with tuna was ok, but will not be back.

I ask a question and the guys didn't answer me ignored me I ask if the poke bowl big and they just ignore me plus they charme 20 dollars for old lettuce the salmon and the tuna taste nasty it does not look like the picture I wanted spicy but no it looked like a 2 dollars salad with 6 pieces of tuna and salmon on top very disappointing I won't recommend his place.

I was in the area late on January 16, 2024, and I was really hungry. So, I decided to try and find something good to eat nearby so I could just pick it up and get in before it became much later. Most of the places in the area were closing between 9pm and 9:30pm so, after a while I was beginning to think that I would not be able to find anything. Then, I found O Sushi and thought that I would be able to eat something after all. When I called to place my to-go order, I noticed that the woman who answered the phone did not seem the friendliest, but I realized that it was near closing time and figured that she was just ready to be done. So, I went ahead, placed my order, and headed toward their location. I entered, and the counter was empty. Then, a woman came out from the back but did not smile or say anything. I told her that I was there to pick up a to-go order and gave her my name. She did not say anything and went to get my food. She brought it out, and then I paid for it. It was all just process. No friendliness, no welcome, nothing at all. I immediately wished that I had not ordered my food here once I walked in. What makes it worse is that once I opened my food and began eating it, I realized that I had wasted my time and money. The food was not appetizing at all. The avacado seemed old. All of the food tasted dry and awful!!! I would not recommend this place. I definitely will not go back!
