The staff here are genuinely good people. Even though I had a big order, the food was prepared fast and the food was delicious. Best taco bell I’ve ever visited, can’t help but say “yo quiero taco bell” every time I drive past
Man I come here every week because I have physical therapy and I haven't had any problems my food comes out slow but it's always fresh but today before my appointment I wanted a drink and y'all couldn't even get me my drink or let me pay for it in a good timing it took 15 minutes
I highly recommend you go here at least once, they are currently ranked #1 for worst Taco Bell on the planet and it's an experience. Make sure you have at least 45 minutes to wait for something resembling what you ordered.
Got a 7 dollar box had nothing I ordered and everything seemed like it was not made fresh
Just ordered from this location thru door dash in it’s hair my kids tacos thanks a lot you guys now my kids can’t eat and I just wasted my time and money I’m pissed
The times that I've actually been serviced by this place, the food is either cold, sloppily put together, or the wrong order entirely. More often than not though, I am left waiting for a drive through attendant for more than 10 minutes to take my order when I'm already sitting and waiting at the speaker. In addition, the few times I've been able to actually place an order it can take up to 30 minutes before I even receive my food. After mistakenly placing my faith in this location for the last time after a long day, I simply turned away and went to the taco Bell in Berkeley instead. Skip this spot and go somewhere else. Waste of time and money. As an avid taco bell enjoyer, I hate to say it but this location is dead to me.
Always slow, always mid. And won't respond at the drive thru if they don't feel like working.
Worst fast food establishment in the entire area. Those in charge should be embarrassed and the entire staff needs cleaning house

This is the worst taco bell I ever been to, I knew not to come to this one but I did, everytime I come to this place I order soft tacos and all the time the shell is cold and not even steamed. Today i order 2 chilly cheese burritos with sour cream and they were terrible, the burritos shells were cold and they didnt add sour cream kike i asked. The ladie that took my order took her 3 times to get a simple order right. Don't go to this taco bell unless you want shir food.
Waiting 30 minutes for mediocre fast food makes it not fast food. Shouldve gone somewhere else. Couldve gone to a sit down restaurant and had faster service and better quality.
Came in with my partner, placed an order at the kiosk at 1:30pm. We took a seat and after about 25 minutes, he asked about going to see about our food. When I asked, the girl who got sent to the counter to "deal with us" asked the crew in the back, and the gentleman in the back proceeded to say loud enough for us to hear "what's their problem? 30 minutes is our standard wait time. We're busy" while we were the only customers in the lobby at the time, and the customers who had come in after us and ordered had already gotten their food and left. We were then told they were still working on our food, and it'd be up shortly. We sat back down and waited another 15 minutes. We waited a total 40 minutes, for food that was incorrect. At that point, I was just irritated and over it, and didn't wanna even deal with the rude employees for another 40 minutes for a correction. As I have previously worked at Taco Bell, 40 minutes is absolutely asinine for a wait time, hell, even 20 minutes isn't appropriate. If you're going to go to a Taco Bell, shoot 4 or 5 miles down the road to the one in Berkley. In the time it takes you to get there and get your food and get home and eat that food, you'd still be waiting for your food here.
I used to go to this location weekly. I just waited in line with 2 cars in front of me for over 45 minutes. The time before this they gave me the wrong items. Definitely driving out of my way to a different location. Leaving now to a line wrapped around the building. Good luck.
Any time we're at this location, it takes forever. I placed a mobile order and have been waiting in the drive through line for over a half hour. We tried to go in 1st but the 3 people waiting had said they'd been there for 15 minutes and no one has talked to them yet. If the app would've let me cancel I would've.
Ask for a bean burrito grilled, Cashier refused to ring it up correctly. When I questioned about it being grilled, they assured me they would grill it when I got the food it wasn’t grilled. I mentioned it again and they told me sorry they charge extra to Grill?!
Came here in evening drive thru for nacho fries which I did not know were discontinued. The young lady said they’re out of it, I politely asked if they are out of it or they are not there anymore. Another guy, who sounded like boss, Rudely says she just told you they were discontinued. I told him politely well she said they’re out of it so i was confirming whether they still sell it though. He again says no she told you they were out of it and dc 2 weeks back which she never told me. For such a small question, the answer was in a quite rude tone. Even at the window they were quite cold. Never had such a rude/bad experience. Food was good though.
This is my first review in my life and I have been on the earth a very long time. To summarize, they had forgotten a small item. Just pinto and cheese. I needed to turn back as it was for a 3 year old that is a picky eater. When I returned back into the drive thru, I shared the mistake. the individual shared to just "pull around". I couldn't just pull around as there were 5 cars ahead of me. When at the window, I thanked them for the missing item and asked if I could trade in the frozen blast as it was my daughter and it melted in the wait. Again I thanked her. The window slammed and then a group started laughing. It really made me uncomfortable. I backed my car back and asked to talk to a manager. He was in the group that was laughing. He shared they were not laughing at me and just having a good time at work. If you have time to laugh and have fun, at least count the items at the same time going in the customers bags that they paid for ( At this point, I shared given the long wait and the cold food, that I would just prefer to give back the items and get my 25 dollars back. The manager told me it was " on me" for coming all the way back. This would have been a better experience if when an item was left out, as mistakes do happen, that they suggest that the customer with the missing item pull up to the front or side of the the building for someone to run it out. I understand as the manager said they are having a good time at work, and that is great. But as a customer that arrives at the window that is slammed on her, hearing a group cracking up in laughter, and told that it is " on me" for coming back. When trying to get my point across to a manager that should be able to make a decision to just re due a cold order or refund it, I was instead treated as if I made the error and to leave his premise when I asked for the customer service number to call. The manager said it was on the receipt and bag. There isn't a number on the bag and I did not get a receipt at purchase. I do hope this manager can eventually get some advice on how to treat customers. When I shared it was uncomfortable to have the window slammed with laughter especially on top of the cold dinner, he needed to take responsibility instead of his how dear you think we are laughing at you.... We are just having fun at work..... it is "on you" to need to have to retrieve food not in your bag.... It was unbelievable. Undercover boss show needs to get over there.... Trust me, that manager will not be getting the trip to Hawaii...
Came in to pick up a pick up order. Waited 10 minutes for someone to even come out to the front and he was only come out to go to the bathroom. I asked how much longer for my order and he went and asked and told me 15 minutes. What?! In the 10 minutes I’ve been standing there you’re telling me my order isn’t even been started yet clearly? I turned around to leave but for some reason the kid had locked the lobby door, with about 8 customers still inside. And then he laughed at me when I pushed the door to leave and it was locked. You’re not in the hood, don’t act like it
The drive through man scheduled to work on 12/20/2022 at around 11:30pm said we can only order 5 items max, but only let us order 2 meals. He never let us finish our sentence when we were trying to select our type of meat for our tacos. We got a random mix of beef and chicken. We didn't get our doritos locos tacos supreme. The food we did recieve was thrown together and kind of cold. The ingredients stuck together and kind of binded to itself. If you're used to eating taco bell tacos in the car, then you know it usually falls apart on you, so the fact that it was cold and stuck together made it super unappetizing. All in all, it was nasty and I had to throw away $30 worth of food. I really want a refund.
