Tacos El Goloso

Both orders via UberEats were fulfilling and great overall. Birria tacos were tasty and priced good. Nachos were topped well, but overloaded with too many onions. Bean and cheese burrito is something I’d pass on. They had my order ready fast for my delivery driver. Love that they gave a bag of chips and salsa for free. Overall I’m satisfied for it being a quick service restaurant.

This place is hit or miss on some items. Staff is always friendly and lively. Not a huge fan of the asada burrito which is my go to anywhere but they are known for the birria tacos and you can see why. Next time, two orders of those please!

Tried the birria tacos here and they were amazing. It's a little small, but if you have a small party, sit down doesn't seem to be too crowded on week nights. Staff is really kind and quick with your order. Parking is a little difficult, so be prepared to look for street parking and to walk over.

Me and 2 of my friends came here after spending the day at the beach and we were hungry. I had 3 crispy tacos with a side of guacamole and a side of sour cream and they were excellent. The guacamole is chunky and the sour cream was fresh and delicious. The tacos were perfectly crispy and the beef was shredded and tender. The red sauce is nice and the habanero sauce is very spicy, but with a lot of flavor. This place is not a hole in the wall Taco place so it is not cheap, but it is well worth the money.

Salsas were flavorful and were perfect with the chips that were served. Tacos were amazing! We had the Marlin and fish. Service excellent and margaritas very, very good.

Best mexican food in the area hands down taste like real food great prices if u order for pick up be ready they are fast no wait time very good when I walked in I could the kitchen was very very clean grill was shiny even though they had a full house of people great birria and they make it separate from the cheese so if ur dairy sensitive u can still eat the biria 100/10 stars

We were in California for 4 days, and we had this place 3 times! The birria is delicious, the flavor is the best I've ever had actually. The nachos, same. Definitely try it out if you're around the area.

This place is poppppinnnn the Birria tacos are super good. Consume is good, on the lighter side but yummy. Agua Frescas are fresh and the dudes are nice and friendly. $18 for 4 tacos and a med drink

Got their birria tacos and a bean burrito today for carry out. They were mindblowingly good. They do something special with their tortillas not sure what it is. They are a darker yellow and soft but crispy at the same time. So good.

The chicken was PACKED. Such a filling and epic meal. I really like to order a side of their amazing guacamole with my quesadilla too. Ordering is at the register, and then you find a seat. They don't solicit for tips either on the receipt which I like. I know I can get a filling and affordable great meal here.

First time. Came for the potato tacos. Delicious! Comes topped with iceberg and cojita along with hot green salsa, a grilled chile, consome, sour cream, and a lemon wedge - all on the side. Filled me up just right ❤️ Next time I’ll get four 😉 or maybe try the Cali Fries 🥳 Dinner was under $10, unreal. Fast, friendly service. Super clean. Convenient parking (and beach adjacent - what more could one want?). Thanks, yall! 🤠

Their tacos durados de birria is amazing, the mulita, quesadilla, and street tacos Birria and pastor is good, the only downside is their chicken that tens to be dry. However the consume does help. Our favorite is their homemade chips.

The South Bay is happy to have Birria in the house! Tacos El Goloso is authentic, simple and delicious. The menu is straight forward and not crowded with items meant to overstep classic boundaries. It sticks to the heros and shines bright in that area. If you have never tried birria you are in for a treat.

Their street tacos are very delicious. I tried pull pork, steak and shredded beef. They are all very good but my favorite is pull pork. They also come with a cup of soup and chips. I’m very impressed.

Our favorite were the potato tacos , we were all impressed by the flavor , crunchiness and freshness. Birria tacos were flavorful. The fish tacos were crunchy and had a lot of garnish which were good . I did not like the carne asada tacos , they were too dry and flavorless but everything else was fresh and we do recommend

I think I took some stars away for the small space and mainly the price. I think it could come down a couple bucks. Other than that, it's a great place to eat some scrumptious tacos in the area.

I don't know about the rest of the menu but the taco are super good. We haven't had any other weird fat pieces in our food since that one time. I do suggest checking this place out. But make sure to get their special tacos.!! ---------------------------------- I had super high hopes for this place but there were just too many bad things. My husband got the Tacos Adobada which were super tasty BUT he pulled out this huge piece of fat. It was pretty gross and kind of turned out stomach for the rest of the meal. Then I got the flautas. They were super dry and had zero taste. The side of guacamole I was given was completely brown on top which means it was older. I'm torn on whether I will try this place again or not. In total we paid about $35 for four mini tacos and a flautas plate. Which is a good quantity of food for the price, I just which the quality was a little better/fresher. I definitely do not recommend the flautas. The tacos were good, just make sure to check them before you bite into them.

Finally tried this place after hearing rave reviews. The birria tacos were tasty, right amount of meat and cheese. But the other items with carne asada were not so great. I was afraid the birria would be spicy maybe for the kids so that's why I ordered a variety of meats. Next time I'll just get birria!

Not bad..but not great. Burritos doesn"t come with sour cream. That's a first. Size is a little on the small side. A lot of rice and little meat. Could be better. And no salsa for the chips...that old and good salsa. Only sauces. Not a great service as well. I asked to replace guacamole for sour cream and they denied it at first. I insisted. Rather go to El Tarasco.

I have eaten at this restaurant many times before and loved it. This time around, they've changed the size of their tacos and the taco shell. The taco is now smaller, not as big as before, and the taste of the taco shell isn't as good as before. The portions are smaller now and pricey.

Had the fries with birria. Actually really large and good. My first time here, so I didn't know what "with everything meant." It meant ALOT! The only disappointment was the birria. Because it was on the fries, I expected the sauce would be on the fries, but it wasn't. It had guacamole and sour cream on it. Just seemed too much sauce already on it to add the birria sauce. The birria, without the sauce, wasn't bad but ... I think any other meat choice would've been better for this dish. The tortilla chips are fresh! Very good! The service was good. Just know it's a very small space, order at the register and pick up. Not on par with the surrounding restaurants. Thus, 3 stars. But they do have a few electrical outlets, a few outdoor tables, and the prices are good! It's very reasonable.

Really disappointed, I’ve visited their other branches, good service, great food. But this one, i called in my order and I order 3 birria tacos and 3 chicken tacos, when I arrived someone told me I only ordered three tacos. No problem right ? Let me just order 3 now .. only to get home and open my tacos and still have all chicken… this is not typical but still dissatisfying.

Food tasted good. But found FIVE DIFFERENT HAIRS in the food. Service was not overly friendly. Would not go back. All food served in to go containers, even for dine in, very wasteful.

Portions are very very small especially for the price. Birria plate came with hairs in it, $12 burrito was the size of a fork, paid for guacamole in the burrito, there was none. Wouldn’t recommend.

I made an online order and I show up and they closed and I don’t get a refund on $50 worth of food. As you can see my order is on the counter.

I wish they had a cero star option for service. The girl in the front with her long face didn’t greet us and just stared at us when we went in. Behind us came 2 American lady’s that were greeted with a hello and very welcoming gestures. We ordered the food with a nice gentlemen, ate and when finished we said good bye and thank you and were completely ignored by 3 staff people watching their phones 😒 not to mentioned the music being loud and annoying! I can overlook the quality of the food but never the customer service.
