Giant sized portions at very reasonable prices. We had chicken Parmesan and vegetarian lasagna which were both very good. I was honestly shocked how reasonable it was, and the portion size. We got there just in time as there was a line getting a seat.

Food and service was amazing! It was not busy because we were in between lunch and dinner crowds, so we were a little hesitant because we were the only ones when we first walked in, but so glad we decided to eat here! We loved that we got bread with garlic, oil, and balsamic before even ordering! The noodles were homemade and delicious. The fried pillows were great. All of the food tasted very fresh. Service was excellent! She was so kind and friendly and we got to share some stories, we can't wait to come back next year!

A more casual restaurant than their Santa Monica spot. Short walk from Hermosa Beach. Sign on front days casual dining, no dress code. Booths and tables could accommodate WC and larger groups. The mixed fried appetizer plate of shrimp, calamari, squid, yams and artichokes big, crispy. Served with tartar and cocktail sauce. Variety of pastas, fish, chicken, vegetable. Could sub out the pasta for vegetable also. Our server Lauren very attentive, informative, friendly. Their desserts are made fresh every morning. We followed Lauren's suggestion and ordered the flour free chocolate cake . Served with fresh whipped cream, no regrets, very good,! Also ordered creme brulee which was equally good, provided good balance to the dense chocolate. Large portions, take home for another meal!

Some real good Italian food. We chose to sit outside on a nice chilly evening. There was a heater next to us. This place serves bread while you order for food. The bread has a hard crunchy crust and is light and soft inside. For the main course we had Pillows creamy pesto and built our own pasta - spinach ravioli with Arrabbiata sauce. I enjoy hot food and Arrabbiata is perfect for anyone who likes hot food. Our waiter was super nice and we were provided quick service. Menu card is very elaborate and self explanatory plus it has a separate section for vegetarian food!

Small family business feel. Quaint. Excellent choice of Italian everything. Choose your pasta, sauce, meat, veggies, add ons. All prices are posted so no surprises. Unbelievable hot crusty bread with butter, but the real stunner is the fresh ground garlic. The server gave us more on request, and we ate all of it and took some home. So good. Mushroom ravioli with Basil cream sauce. Salad was good with balsamic vinegar and another honey mustard dressing.

Homey local Italian spot with large portions. Came here in a group of four on a Friday around 7:30 and waited about 15-20 min to get a table. Metered street parking only (no private parking). Indoor dining only. Credit cards accepted. Two gender neutral restrooms available behind the hostess stand. They can accommodate large groups. Kid-friendly. They give you complimentary bread with olive oil and basalmic vinegar. I got the chicken Parmesan Hermosa which was huge, and made for great leftovers the following day for lunch. The shrimp gnocchi is also a good call if you like creamy white sauces. For those who are pickier, you can opt to customize your own pasta. The tiramisu “for two” can easily feed four people and is a good dessert option. Overall, for a spot that’s close to the pier but still with a local flair, this is the right call.

I have been here for Late dinner and was the only open one I can't say that this is an Italian Restaurant but let's say that if they can fix something and you built your own pasta ... is not bad ... The minestrone soup was actually good taste and was good the best thinks I can say .. After I order my own choices pasta Spaghetti with olives oli + garlic sauce + shrimp + Calamari... the bad thinks is that they do not use Spaghetti but NOODLES 🤣🤢🤢 and was too cooked way too much ... there was too much garlic also if I ask lite garlic... the restaurant was decent taste... What I can say there are better Italian restaurant but if you make the right choise you can eat something

Ordered from them a few times and unfortunately whole thing went down hill. Last time for around $30 I got 2 huge portions of linguine Alfredo with extra chicken and a big portion of delicious bread. This time I got a tiny portion of one of their "specialty" pastas in a MUCH SMALLER dish with no bread. Seems they cut the portions and the bread is now "by request". Owner said I could drive down there to get the bread! LMAO. Yeah after I waited 45 minutes for a post mate delivery less than 1/2 size of my last order thats what Im going to do.

A SICK EXPERIENCE!! THE PICTURES LOOKS ON GOOGLE MAPS, BUT THE DISHES TELL A DIFFERENT STORY! STAY AWAY FROM THEIR SPECIALS!!! FIRST, let me emphasize that this is not nearly an authentic Italian food! They are Mexicans trying to make Italian food, but they have no CLUE!! I ate here yesterday and got sick as a dog after eating their salmon squid ink linguine for $29.99. I was going to order another dish, but they pushed me to order this, to soon realize that the dish was EXTREMELY SALTY, SPICY AND FISHY SLIMY TASTE. They added TONES OF CONDIMENTS AND SALT TO HIDE THE FLAVOR, so it was hard to tell if the food was bad or not. Two hours later, DIARRHEA, STOMACHACHE, AND NAUSEA!!!! I had to fly today feeling sick just because they were to GREEDY to throw away their old ink NASTY PASTA!!! I AM SO MAD AT THIS PLACE!!!
