The place is wonderful. The staff isn't very friendly, and the coffee isn't great. We keep coming back because it's a stop on our hike and because the location is truly worth it. I think they could earn more with a little more attention. I haven't seen the only friendly girl, Giulia, who's probably only there in the morning.

Great location, and definitely good gelato, given that the place is always packed. But at 5 pm, not being able to get a sandwich or a savory crepe (even though there's a poster at the entrance) doesn't seem normal to me (just a humble toastie). Aperitif? Wow, two watered-down spritzes with too much ice, two chips, and two peanuts for €10... definitely not recommended. Biella definitely has better aperitifs.

Entrare e chiedere con gentilezza alla cameriera “Scusi, posso chiedere a lei?” E sentirsi rispondere “Io ho finito”. (Si intende il turno)… Va bene, andate avanti così che andate bene! Per me l’accoglienza e la gentilezza sono un’altra cosa.

NON ANDATE assolutanente in questo locale... ordini due centrifughe... per fortuna uguali.... dicendo gli ingredienti che la compongono... in modo seccato vieni ripreso dalla cameriera che ti chiede di dire il numero esatto scritto sul menù della centrifuga... il menù è online perciò riprendi il cellulare e riapri il link per cercare il numero mentre la cameriera ti fissa... poi al tavolo ti arrivano le due centrifuga uguali si ma entrambe sbagliate... all'assaggio gli ingredienti sono indubbiamente errati... lo fai notare alla cameriera che ti dice che essendo più ingredienti mescolati forse sei tu che ti sbagli... gli assicuri che le tue papille gustative non mentono.... va a informarsi... torna ammettendo... ovviamente... che effettivamente c'è stato un errore... una centrifuga viene comunque consumata anche se non era quella richiesta... l'altra viene chiesto che sia sostituita.... quando viene chiesto di portare quella corretta la cameriera si rifiuta dicendo che fra un quarto d'ora il locale chiude e perciò non avrebbero fatto una nuova centrifiga che se volevamo la sostituiva con una bibita.... tralasciando che erano le 23.30 e il locale chiudeva alle 24.... tralasciando che uno poteva essere allergico agli ingredienti utilizzati nelle consumazioni sbagliate.... tralasciando che non sanno nemmeno fare i cocktail.... non metterli in menù se non li sai fare.... ho bevuto il peggior mojito della via vita.... acidità istantanea e gusto pessimo... ma anche se tralasciamo tutto questo l'errore resta vostro e con che coraggio me lo fate pagare... perché ovviamente paghi appena ti portano la roba al tavolo... ma non me lo sostituisci con la scusa che mezz'ora dopo il locale chiude.... se sei uno che lavora bene e in modo corretto non ti comporti così.... non è per i soldi che ti ho regalato.. visto che la centrifuga sbagliata appena assaggiata te la sei portata via senza sostituirmela... ma per una questione di principio.... Pessimo... non si può dar zero stelle se no lo farei.... è la prima volta che faccio una recensione negativa perché io rispetto molto il lavoro altrui e capisco che si può sbagliare ma rimediare, essere corretti e gentili è doveroso qualunque sia il tuo lavoro...

We waited 10 minutes before anyone came to take our order. We asked for a Ginseng, a coffee with cream, and a glass cup with just whipped cream. They brought us the coffee with melted cream, the cold ginseng, and a cardboard takeaway cup with a dollop of cream. I didn't eat it because I don't like the taste of cardboard. I went inside to pay and pointed out that I hadn't consumed the cream because I had asked for a glass cup with the right amount of cream. One of the two girls, very rudely, told me that the glass cup would also have the same amount as the cardboard cup she had brought. I then pointed out that if I wanted a cup full of cream, paying for the amount requested, it was my right to have it. Since there were two people at the counter, one of them was extremely polite and apologized for the misunderstanding. They were both talking, and I kept looking back and forth between them. The rude girl spoke rudely to me, saying I wasn't looking her in the eye while she was talking. I paid for the crap they served and left. They'll never see me again.

We're not there yet. During the day, they leave all the tables outside even when there are very few people, but in the evening, when it's crowded, they take away four. We were forced to wait standing for half an hour because, in addition to the four fewer tables, they reserved one for the waiters on duty.

I hate to give a low review, but we ordered two lightly sweetened iced coffees with amaretto, a Sprite, and two granitas. The coffees were overly sweetened and not well-shaken, and the Sprite was room temperature. We made up for this with a glass full of ice. They would have remade the coffees, but they chose not to: the iced coffee was almost nonexistent. I honestly expected them not to charge us for them, but instead they did. A place that showed little professionalism and attention to its customers.

The staff was incredibly rude. Seven of us sat down, and our table wasn't cleaned or cleared of glasses. We were told to drink and leave within 15 minutes. Closing time was midnight, but we were seated at 11:15 PM. The two couples who arrived immediately after us asked to sit down for drinks, but were rudely dismissed and asked to leave. Never again.
