Taco Bell is my go-to fast food. I'm super disappointed they ended the Toasted Cheddar Chalupa promotion. Those were so darn good! The perfect mixture of crispy cheese and savory meat. I'll start the petition to bring them back. 🤟👄😝

Grabbed some hard shell beef tacos and nacho fries in the drive thru. My dad was driving and they automatically gave us the senior discount on our order. Didn’t know TB offers that for seniors, thanks guys. Everything was good and as ordered.

We stopped in for dinner at the end of the holiday weekend so it was not busy at all. There was no wait in line and we were able to order immediately. Food was good.

This was the best Taco Bell ever..we drove up from Riverside & stopped for lunch. The girl that took our order was beyond customer service..so polite..made us felt very welcmed there. The food was extremely fresh.. We went up on a Saturday afternoon. Oct. 29th about 3:30pm. Please see that the whole crew gets a commendation. I am a retired AT&T operatator. We were graded on our customer service skills to. These guys were amazing!!! We will make it a point to stop in every time we're in Big Bear...thank you

We ordered Mexican Pizza here and it tasted delicious. The drive through service was pretty fast. Nothing to complain about.

Really nice location! Mobile ordered and food was ready as I walked in. Bathrooms are super nice and spacious. Very nicely remodeled on the inside, great atmosphere for fast food!

If you like good food and fast this is a viable option. Most thing that Is great is their lobby. The lobby is clean and very nice to eat in. The employees are helpful and a nice addition to the nice meal.

Fast friendly service. Got the order right. Food was good. Drink wasn't flat (I've had lots of flat sodas from taco bells before) luckily everything was good. Had to go here after the El Pollo Loco was closed early for some reason even though there was like 8 employees I'm there still... Oh well...

Some people love it. Some people hate it. But if you've never been to Taco Bell, I HIGHLY recommend it! I live about an hour from the nearest Taco Bell and I never miss a chance whenever I'm in the area. This one is newly remodeled and very nice and clean. However, as of, March 3rd, they do not have dine in service (due to Covid-19)

Unlike pretty much every other fast food place in Big Bear, this Taco Bell is the most consistent at providing good, fast, service. Rarely have I ever had to wait in a long drive-thru line or inside. Also unlike other fast food restaurants here in Big Bear, the food quality is on par with other Taco Bell's down the hill. Also very rarely have I found the dining room the bathroom to be dirty.

The only place open late in Big Bear, also the most affordable. Been plenty of times and they are always nice and get the order correct. Use the app to make it even easier.

Going through the drive-thru at the Big Bear Lake Taco Bell restaurant, I have been really impressed by the quickness of the service. It took me longer getting my card from my wallet to pay compared to the time it takes to complete my order and get to the window to pay for my food that was already there ready to hand over to me. I'm like "Damn, that was quick!!" Plus they always have time to say "Have a great night." The staff are all very polite, friendly, and always smile.

This location has improved lately. I'm not sure as to why. I have tried to boycott them due to their past mistakes and service being hit or miss friendly. But with limited quick options in the town and they are open late, I come back. I stopped asking for side items, and it has kept me from getting upset with each visit. There's no way to complain once you leave the location. No one hears your concerns. If there were other options in the area, I would probably not come return too often.

I came in at 10:00 with a 88 item total, the app was not letting me place the order when I got there the staff made it easy to order everything and had us out of there in under 20 minutes, on top of that all the food was good and portioned well, I’m suprised the reviews are as low as they are

Can't go wrong with some taco bell. Taste is always consistent. If you ask for hot sauce, make sure to check your bag before leaving as my hot sauce was not in my bag even though I asked for it so I had to ask again.

Placed an order via the app, picked up through the drive thru at nearly 8pm on a Friday and was able to pull right up to the window. The woman at the window was very friendly and was cleaning while our food was being made by another woman. The food was quick, our order was accurate, and the food was HOT! Everything tasted great! My usual complaint is that they don't distribute the fillings of burritos well at most locations but she did great! (I ordered a beefy 5 layer and usually the sour cream is squirted in 1 spot) Happy to be posting up camp here for the next few weeks with a good staple fast food place to rely on for a quick cheap bite.

Denney's was packed, but no wait here. Weirdly fun to utilize their touch screen ordering system more common down the hill. I seldom eat at Taco Bell, but as stated, if the nearby local places are packed with tourists this was a respectable alternative.

Service is fine here, but the food seems different that was is served down the mountain from what we taste. Not sure what that is? The building inside is dated too, maybe from the 80s? Regardless, still hits the spot for Taco Bell!

First visit since renovations: Fast and friendly service. Customer service has stepped up a few notches.. Drive thru moves quickly. Food is fresh, pretty tasty. But I, like many, am bummed by all the menu changes. We want our meximelts. We want our enchiritos. .80 to add sour cream? Where is the shredded chicken mini quesadilla? Other than that, Taco Bell is still Taco Bell. Just looks a little newer, might pay a bit more for the same Taco. Or like me, you may have to get creative to get what you're used to. The managers at this location aren’t professional like a manager should. He was rude to the cashier thinking she was socializing when she was just being nice and providing outstanding service. Other than that everything was good.

Sassy taking the order, but in a sweet way. Glad to have a taco bell here. Forgot my red sauce. But hey. It's the bell. It was very clean. Drive thru set up can't sustain a rush though. Maybe 5 vehicles and blocks the entrance from Big Bear blvd after that.

Ordered through the drive-thru yesterday. This is at the Big Bear location. We stressed clearly that we want different hot sauces and they forgot! Had to get down and get it through the car they were waiting on. Also the food here tasted different from LA Taco Bell. I can’t say it’s bad or good but it’s different.

It's Taco Bell.... not fine dining. They've transitioned from helping people to the stupid kiosks, and if you try to order they're slow to respond unfortunately. Food is decent... consistently average. Dining room was never cleaned or even visited by any staff for the 30 minutes I was here, but it was mostly clean with only a few dirty tables.

When my friends and I came to eat before heading down the mountain, they were quite disappointed. They got an order wrong, and another was cold. Understandably, it looked like a busy day, but we were hoping to enjoy the meal better. One said he's not coming back, but I'd still like to go back, and try again.

We ordered the Fiesta Taco salads...the shells were stale and had a funky taste, like old rancid oil. The salad ingredients were fresh so it wasn't a total loss.

Service was very quick. I got the usual cravings box that I always get. Compared to the one by my house the bean burrito was more flavorful but more runny, the Crunchwrap supreme did not have as much flavor as others I’ve had. The fiesta potatoes where the best I have had at a Taco Bell so far. Service was fast and food came out very quick. Just standard Taco Bell experience nothing special.

Chips are ALWAYS stale. 35% chance on them getting your order right as well as 25% chance of getting your entire order. 0% chance on extra sauces, and if you like fire sauce, be disappointed because 100% you will get hot even though you request the red packets that say fire on them.

The food was good. The workers still care about how they make it, I feel. But in the end, I should have chosen to eat locally.

Helpful staff, but very slow service. Ordered in the restaurant and saw that there was a sizeable line for the drive through. Neverthess, it took almost 15 mins for my order of 8 items. . .not very "fast" food.

Among other items ordered, bean burrito was small and contained no onions even though onions we're requested. Also when asked what type of sauce and replied HOT and MEDIUM, we only received MILD. Only drive thru open at this time.

Bone in meat, soupy beans and not fresh. Won't be coming back for food. Not anytime soon. Sad, because this is the only Mexican fast food in town. We need a Del Taco up here! The folks here are nice, though. Just need to get the food quality standards higher. Taco Bell is no longer the bargain it once was, and with higher prices should come better quality.

After working in Big Bear Lake I got hungry. So I went to Taco Bell to get something to eat on the way home. You should be ashamed of yourselves. Not the quality I expect from Taco Bell. The Crunchwrap Supreme did not have even half the meat it was supposed to. Mostly cheese sauce and lettuce. It sucked. So did the rest of my order that they goofed up and gave me the wrong burrito. I was too far down the road to go back and make it right. Never will I go back to this location!

Sadly, like so many other fast food chains, Taco Bell has become unrecognizable from the foundation they started on. As the prices continue to skyrocket, and the portions and quality continue to dwindle, I visit less and less. Obviously im am not alone. The tacos and burritos have been shrunk down to snack size (Three bites each) yet are now three bucks each ! It is ridiculous that it cost as much to eat at Taco Bell as it does a nice restaurant now. To go in on a Friday evening and the whole place is empty says it all. You better figure out how to get back to your roots (Quality and Value) before there is nothing left to save...

Crunchy tacos were soggy where the meat was at. Girl at the drive-thru window did not listen to my order. Went over it with her three times when I pulled up to the window.

Foods great, franchise is great, but the workers dont really care. Tried going through the drive through only to see cones placed about halfway in. I had to back up out of there because I had no where else to go and thought that they were there for a reason. Apparently not. It was all a hysterical joke to them and now I have to fix the bumper of my car because not all of us can back out of a drive thru place with 2 sharp curves. Bad service. Would not recommend.

Lost 3 stars since they're not family friendly. They have high chairs but no changing table in their bathroom! The bathroom is spacious enough that one should have been put in. Had to change my baby in my car in 50° weather! Ridiculous! Next time, I'll change her on top of one of their dining tables so at least she's inside a warm place. Food good, & so was service, but the lack of a changing table ruined it some.

People are always very nice and I order here often and the food is good but whenever I doordash they forget my sauces that I pay for and also the quesadillas are not cut thoroughly 😞

watch your change back in the drive thru.. sometimes they ask if you want your pennies back.. this time i had to ask for all my change back and i get from the girl 'its just 2 pennies'.. she does this all day then takes home free money... wonder if taco bell cares she is ripping off customers

Went here at 9:40pm...store closes at 10pm. They refused to serve us, gave us a hand jester that they where done. What a great way to treat your customers. Maybe you should say on website you close at 930.

My mexican pizza had tomatoes when I ordered I said no tomatoes cause I'm allergic to them. I asked at the window when they gave me my order I said there is no tomatoes right and they said no. Well there was tomatoes I asked for extra pizza sauce and there was not extra pizza sauce. Very upsetting.

Lost my online order and made no effort to correct anything. I showed them my confirmation of my paid order. Made no difference. Was not a concern for them.

This place runs a scam where they charge you for an extra small drink, which doesn't sound like a big anything but during tourist season at 2:19 a piece these individuals are pocketing over $10,000 a day while you and I have to go to our 9 to 5:00 and make a respectable living. I believe this scam goes all the way up to management. BBB has been notified but buyer beware.

The food at this particular Taco Bell was pretty much standard. However upon leaving the restaurant I went to use the restroom and was horrified! I will spare readers the gruesome details of what I saw but it was like going into a bathroom in a 3rd world nation. Totally unbelievable. I can just hope that no employees used that restroom before making my burrito. Generally speaking public restrooms should be checked hourly if not more. There is no way this particular restroom had been checked any time recently. Sorry Taco Bell you have lost my business totally.

Ordered a drink drove off had a long piece of hair in it .went back ordered another one requested no hair and large and in charged me for the second one. I'm guessing she thought it was funny that I was upset considering she had the biggest grin and said it was okay while she charged me. Just so happensthe hair belong to the smiling F_tty herself. I went so far as calling Jenny Craig to complain but was told she had dropped out of the program, I'm guessing it's pretty unsanitary there and they giggle as they serve the food obviously they just proved it. My only recourse is to go hide all the diet pills in this town.

Online it shows that they close at 12am and we went at 11:40 pm and these guys didn’t answer. Pulled up to the window and the guy just shakes his hand no like excuse me? Love the customer service 👏🏽 I work in a food industry myself as a supervisor and for them to just dismiss us like that was ridiculous.

Really wished they stayed awake when making my order. Yes, it was 10 am on Sunday. Completely screwed up our order. 3 breakfast burritos with potatoes instead of meat and an order of donut thingys. Got 3 breakfast burritos with meat. And, Yes, they missed the small round donut thingys. I've had Taco Bell (at different locations) many times with superior service and awake staff. This location, not so much. Needless to say not visiting this location again.

This location has gotten two of my orders completely wrong, and I do not recommend them unless they are the only thing open.

There were 5 cars ahead of me in the drive through. It took 25 minutes to order and receive my food. They really need to work on timing at this location. The nacho fries were lukewarm at best and I would have thought that with such a long wait they would be piping hot. The cashier was friendly and apologetic.

Was told that they could not take our order because it would “take to long”. Then proceeded to ignore us until the car in front of us pulled away. When we drove by to leave there was three worker just staring at us. They continued to stare at us like weirdos. So we decided to come to Dennys down the street and they proceeded to call them 13 times for what we reason. The people here are weird and this Taco Bell sucks. Go to Dennys or McDonald’s instead.

Awful experience. Won’t ever go again. Long line in drive thru so we decided to go inside. 20 minutes after we placed our order we watched the drive thru continue to be served and started counting cars. Finally went up to ask about our order and was told “our manager told us to focus on the drive thru before helping customers inside.” Ridiculous since the line kept replenishing and was not ending any time soon. We asked for our money back. They did give us our food and our money back after we complained.

We were in the drive thru directly behind another vehicle, they took his order, we pull to the menu and nothing. The employee saw us when he handed the customer his food. So we waited a couple minutes, we say hello, we pull up to the window to be told that they were now closed, the guy ahead of us was their last customer. Yes, we pulled in at 9:50, but a little common courtesy would have been nice.

They got my taco wrong. They got my drink wrong. Girl was rude. Play sucks. I think I should call ice. So they can hire some american employees, they would do a better job just a thought

If there was ever a reason not to pay people $20 an hour for no brainer work, Taco Bell Big Bear proves it. The people working here have ZERO drive to do better or to retain or gain customers, instead they take their $20 an hour and act as if customers are an inconvenience. I guess I don't blame them when they have no incentive to do better and instead just collect their overpriced hourly wage for their skill set. Every visit here is like pulling teeth to get hot sauces (why ask if you are going to harass people if they want a decent amount)? Furthermore, they practically hide behind the counter and even though the place is empty, do their best to avoid giving you the hot sauce amount that you indeed did order and if they got your order wrong? Forget it, you will practically wait until the rest of your food is cold for some rude, unapathetic worker to pry themselves out of hiding. It truly is sad to see the effects of people not having to work hard for their wage and try to do better and instead just getting a high wage for poor service that requires zero skill set.

As soon as I approached the counter the lady walked away because she knew I wanted to place an order. After 3 minutes of waiting, she finally came to take my order. She was very rude when I was trying to place my order. She kept saying sir you can use the kiosk. She said there's lots of cars waiting to place an order also. Se At this point I was so confused why she was being so rude to me, after my order she said oh sorry sir its cash only, when just the week prior there was no issue with using drive through to use my card. The food was missing two orders, I spent 56 dollars in there and was not leaving unless I had all my food. I would not recommend this place whatsoever, the owners probably have no clue what's going on in their store. Hopefully they can fix this issue.

Says open till midnight. Came at 10am on a Friday. Which is statistically the perfect time for Taco Bell. And all the lights were off and they were closed. Google said they were open, yelp said they were open. Every app I could search said they were open. They weren’t. And after I sat by the speaker box for 10 minutes because the automated system asks if I wanna use the app still, 6 cars lined up in the drive way. Wasted everybody’s time.

Bad customer service. The second time visiting this place, I thought the 1st time maybe the employees were having a bad day. But, guess that is just the bad attitude from employees. I prefer dealing with humans vs. kiosks, and the cashier seemed bother, annoyed he had to take our order.

I’m not sure if all Taco Bell’s are like this but they gotten so damn cheap. Yeah the food is good but they barely give you anything on your Mexican pizza and nachos and it cost almost $30?! Like seriously put more meat and stuff on the pizzas and nachos. The damn pizza was literally a cooked tortilla nothing really on it at all. If we are spending that much money you better put more on it.
